I’m Rachel, the founder of ROSIE, a wedding floral studio based in the Washington, DC area and available for travel.
At ROSIE, every wedding is designed uniquely for the couple. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all floral packages. Instead, I work closely with each client to create florals that feel personal, intentional, and reflective of their story and celebration.
We offer floral design for a range of wedding styles and scales, including:
- Elopement floral bundles starting at $800 for intimate celebrations
- DIY flower ordering and floral recipe curation for hands-on couples
- Personal floral packages starting at $2,000
- Full-scale wedding floral design and installation starting at $5,000
Working with me is a collaborative and highly personal experience. Before flowers, I came from a hospitality background, which deeply shaped the way I approach weddings and client relationships. Communication, flexibility, teamwork, and genuine connection are at the center of everything I do. I want my clients to feel supported, heard, and fully confident that their wedding day is being cared for with intention and attention to detail. Whether we’re planning an intimate elopement or a large-scale installation, my goal is always to make the process feel seamless, creative, and exciting.

I’m Rachel, the founder of ROSIE. I was born on the Big Island of Hawai‘i and raised between the volcanic Pacific, the desert landscapes of Albuquerque, and the energy of Los Angeles — influences that continue to shape my approach to floral design. I come from a fine arts background, and that training allows me to create floral designs that feel both visually compelling and deeply intentional.
The name ROSIE is deeply personal to me — a tribute to childhood imagination, sentimentality, and the orange cat who stayed by my side for 18 years. That sense of nostalgia and emotional connection is at the heart of everything I create.
