Rosie's did an amazing job on our wedding cake. We wanted a small but beautiful cake for cutting and decorating by our florist and Rosie's delivered. The cake was delicious and pricing was very reasonable. Rosie's staff was flexible and great about communication. I would HIGHLY recommed Rosie's for wedding cakes.

Rosie's was awesome to work with for our July 16th wedding! We ended up ordering 100 gf/df cupcakes for our wedding! We were able to schedule a delivery for our wedding day since our wedding was nearby. This took all of the stress of me! Everyone raved about the cupcakes and our gf/df guests were very happy!

Rosie's was such a pleasure to work with for my wedding. We had a birch tree wedding cake, bunch of cupcakes, raspberry cheesecakes for a late night dessert, and a dozen large cinnamon rolls for the bridal party the morning after. everything looked and tasted awesome!

What can I say about Coz other than she is AMAZING!! She is so sweet, a great communicator, and professional. She made the cake portion of the wedding planning process so easy. Our family and friends still rave about our cranberry/white chocolate wedding cake and cupcakes (Red velvet, Chocolate, and Strawberry). Thank you Coz for such an awesome job!

We used Rosie's Coffee Bar & Bakery for our small family wedding gathering in July. We could not have been more pleased with Coz and her staff. The suggestion of working with Rosie's came from Hi-Point Steak House in Ridgeway (also amazing) who catered our wedding. It was one of the best suggestions we got over our experience! Coz was so easy to work with and just the most kind and pleasant soul ever! The desserts were AHHHHMAZING. I have to say, it was such an amazing experience at our tasting and at our wedding. Do yourself a favor and use Rosie's Coffee Bar for your next event!!! :) I can't say how wonderful the quality, pricing, customer service and entire experience was. Thank you Rosie's Coffee Bar, we cannot wait to use you again for our "postponement day" in 2021!

I truly cannot say enough great things about working with Rosie's and Coz specifically! I have about a million allergies and Coz was still able to make us an absolutely beautiful wedding cake that both tasted amazing and was safe for me to eat! I think I ate about three pieces at the reception and then I had two large slices for breakfast the morning after the wedding. I'm not sure if the topper for our anniversary is going to last the whole year! I honestly have never had a better dessert for my dietary needs and highly recommend Rosie's!!

My husband and I used to live in the Netherlands, and we looked all around the Madison area for a bakery who would make bossche balls, a Dutch dessert, for our wedding (essentially a giant cream puff dipped in chocolate). A lot of bakeries in the area were only willing to make items that were on their menus, so we were so happy to find a couple that gave the Dutch dessert a shot. Coz at Rosie's Coffee Bar & Bakery did an AMAZING job on the dessert! For our tasting, she made 4 different versions of the balls to see which was closest to the authentic taste. The dessert turned out absolutely perfect! Coz was great to work with. She was great at communicating with us before the wedding, and worked with us for delivery/presentation the day of. Overall, we're so happy that we went with Rosie's for our wedding dessert!
