anted to go with something a little more unique with lemon/citrus, and Rosie offered suggestions on cake/frosting/curd combos and prepared samples for me to bring home to my fiance to taste test for a second time. Our final cake was delicious and included two different flavor combinations. For the design, she was able to give us a modern, minimalist look for our cake based on the inspiration photo I showed her. I was particular in regards to the stand and presentation, and Rosie was able to use a specific stand I selected from Etsy that was not in her original inventory. Overall, Rosie goes above and beyond. She will provide you with a cake equally as beautiful as it is delicious for your wedding! We can't wait to eat our anniversary cake (the top tier) in 1 year!

It held up really well, even though we had an outdoor wedding in June. Rosie was very attentive to all of our questions throughout the whole process and her pricing was very fair. We highly recommend her!

I knew I could completely depend on her. You can't buy the kind of comfort that comes with knowing your vendors are reliable and completely have your back on your wedding day. When you're choosing vendors, you don't only want people who are amazing at what they do, but also organized, thoughtful, and prompt. We had 160 people at our wedding and had about 15 slices remaining plus our top tier so the amount of cake Rosie recommended we order was right. She worked with our florist to get flowers and she decorated the cake when she delivered it. Highly recommend you give Rosie a call, we got a lot of compliments on our cake!

er for our wedding cake for our wedding this past August. I had lofty visions for everything thru the entire wedding, and was very detail-oriented about the whole vision - including the cake! Rosie took my pinterest concept photo - a woodland, shimmery gold & silver 3 tiered cake with real flowers & greens cascading down around it, and sugar gold leaves, sitting on a wooden tree stump base, on a moss-covered table. It was a tall order. Rosie made the cake absolutely perfect. My breath was taken away when I saw it... and then when we tasted it! FORGET IT! I didn't get to eat much that day, but I remember the taste of that cake and I started dancing around it was so delicious - not kidding. We got a strawberry champagne swirl cake with strawberry preserve filling, and buttercream icing. We also got another flavor to be passed at dessert-time and it was a mocha-chocolate chip cake with peanut butter filling and buttercream frosting. It was life-changing. Rosie's cakes are so flavorful, moist, delicious and STUNNING that I would have purchased our cake thru her for double the cost! Thank you Rosie!!! I can't wait to have an excuse to order more cake!!!

I loved the idea of a smaller, two-tiered cake with a ruffle look and Rosie was spot on. She even suggested a ribbon of fondant in our wedding color and created flowers out of fondant to go on the ribbon. For our wedding cake, we served Strawberry Lemonade Cake with Lemon Curd filling and a Bridal White with a raspberry filling. People were raving about the strawberry lemonade cake! I cannot say enough good things about Rosie. Her cakes are phenomenal- both in taste and looks. And the value is incredible. One of the reasons we were comfortable in adding a 3rd tier is that the price was still far less than any we had seen from other vendors.
