A friend recommended Marsha, they used her a few months prior to our wedding. We traveled to Cancun Mexico 2 days after our wedding. I did not see the advantage of using a travel agent til I started the process. I considered using priceline.com for hotel, transfers, and airfare but they require ALL MONEY upfront. Not with Marsha. We were only due half our hotel/transfers at the beginning and then the rest a couple weeks before the trip. I bought airfare myself, but her experise helped me decide the right time to buy. And I didn't owe her anything, it's free for her services. The best part she got us a private transfer from airport to resort (Excellence Playas Mujeres) in a all leather SUV. It was so nice not be on a crowded bus full of travelers on our first day of honeymoon together.
