Hi Guys: I read some not so great reviews about Ross Limo - I have used them three times over the last year for different events. They rate a 10 - the driver, the car and overall feeling of knowing I do not need to worry about driving - ensures that I can enjoy myself.

This limo company was terrible! I ordered two limos for my wedding to bring my dad and I (the bride) and my bridesmaids to the church. On a 90 degree day in June, the air conditioning did not work in either limo. About 5 minutes into our trip, the limo with my bridesmaids overheated and broke down. We had to fit 11 people in an 8 person limo, which ended up meaning we had to sit on top of each other. Keep in mind there was NO air conditioning. The limo driver in the limo that broke down was incredibly rude, unapologetic, and did not do anything to rectify the situation. Extremely disappointed with the services.

Our driver was prompt and professional. 10 people were a bit cramped in the 10 person limo and there was a strange noise coming from the tire but the ride was quick.

Ross Limo was great to deal with! They had everything I wanted in a Limo company. The staff was dressed in black tie attire and were so nice! They helped me, the Bride, get in and out of the limo, held my flowers, and even held my train! They call you to confirm many times, which gave me a sense of ease. They were on time and everything was perfect with them!

They showed up ontime and the limo was very clean. However the driver was VERY rude and not nice. He did not make the experience great. My bridesmaids did. Also we booked shuttles through them and the first shuttle left our wedding before it was even full so not everyone had a ride home, which i thought was disgraceful. Also we needed a car service to the airport the next morning and they were not willing to give a discount after we gave them A LOT of service. I found this terrible customer service. Would not use them again.

The party bus and the service was great. They were prompt, courteous and on time. The pricing was very reasonable and well worth it.

Our limo drivers were helpful on the day of our wedding, assisting girls with getting in and out of the car and being flexible when we needed to move quickly to different locations.

I drive by their location all the time and decided to give them a call after looking at their website. I asked why the cars were so much more expensive for weddings compared to bachelorette/bachelor parties and was told it was because 1) the driver will wear a tuxedo on the day of the wedding 2) he will "fluff" the bride's dress when she gets out of the car and 3) he will walk her down the aisle. Seriously. Too much money for too "much service".
