The Rotherwood Estate is rich in history and charm. From its origination- the house was built from love. The Victorian Farm estate was built in 1887 by Asa Sphar who built the house as a gift to his bride since then the house has been transformed into a venue to carry on the tradition and history of honoring brides.
It all comes together with our stunning location, historic Victorian house, and charming boutique barn where you will think- this isn't a barn. The elegant Victorian house overlooks lush green lawns and a beautiful Mimosa tree, creating an idyllic backdrop for Regency or Victorian garden weddings. The house
Rotherwood is more than a venue—it's your personal canvas for an unforgettable day. Enjoy blooming garden beds, panoramic views, a barn seating up to 200 loved ones, a luxurious bridal suite, groom’s quarters, and a prep kitchen for your caterers. Every detail lets you relax and celebrate fully.

Single Day Saturday Package from $5,000
Two Day Package Your choice of two days Friday-Saturday from $6,000 and
Three Day Full Weekend ( Fri-Sunday) package from $7,000

Aaron and Holly Kuster have always dreamed of owning a beautiful venue or bed and breakfast, a vision that took root years ago while they were living in Europe. During that time, they formed a close friendship with a charming B&B owner whose passion for hospitality left a lasting impression and planted the seed for what would eventually become their own venture.
Hardworking, dedicated, and deeply committed to exceptional customer service, Aaron and Holly believe that clear, thoughtful communication is the foundation of every great experience. They approach each wedding with the understanding that no two are alike—every love story is unique and deserves to be celebrated in its own special way.
