I used Rouge Cosmetics for my wedding hair and makeup after a coworker recommended them, and they exceeded my expectations! Allie, the owner, is an amazing businesswoman who runs a top-notch, highly professional, and friendly team. They were so accommodating, understanding, and attentive to all of my concerns and preferences. While my trial went well, my actual wedding day look took things to the next level—it was precisely the bridal look I envisioned! They also did a fantastic job with my bridesmaids and the mothers. Everyone looked gorgeous! I cannot recommend Rouge Cosmetics enough for your wedding day or any beauty service!
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Rouge Cosmetics! From the trial to the day of, Allie and her team made me feel comfortable and beautiful. They were so kind, flexible and easy to work with. As someone who never knows what to do with hair and makeup, they knew the right questions to ask to help bring my vision to life. I loved my wedding look and could not believe my makeup stayed flawless the entire day/night (and I really put it to the test with how much I was dancing)! 10/10 would recommend going with them for your wedding day.

Alejandra “Allie” Kough has been the owner of Rouge Cosmetics since 2014, bringing more than 25 years of experience in hair, makeup artistry, beauty retail, and client care to every appointment.
Originally from Venezuela, Allie’s love for beauty began long before Rouge. Over the years, she has worked across many areas of the beauty industry, developing a strong eye for detail and a deep understanding of how personal beauty can be. For her, the best results always begin with listening—understanding a client’s features, style, comfort level, and how they want to feel.
Bridal beauty is one of Allie’s greatest passions. She loves being part of such an important day and takes pride in creating hair and makeup that feels polished, timeless, and completely personal. Whether a bride envisions soft and romantic, naturally radiant, classic elegance, or a more glamorous look, Allie works closely with her to bring that vision to life.
Her approach is warm, calm, and highly personalized. She believes brides should feel cared for throughout the process, from the first conversation and trial to the final touches on the wedding day.
