Kaitlin made it seem as if our day went off without a hitch (if there were any hitches, I didn't know about them). Her knowledge and previous experience in the wedding industry allowed her to help us get the vendors we wanted within our budget, which was wonderful. When we had questions, she always had answers. She did say that her job was to make sure we were taken care of and not to make friends, which is the opposite of my style (I avoid conflict and stepping on toes like the plague), but at the end of the day, our wedding was perfect, and she is a large part of why.

Everyone can guess that there is a lot that goes into a wedding, although you never quite understand how much until you get into the thick of it. That’s where Kaitlin and Rowan Lane Events shines. Even with an intimate wedding like ours, intended to reduce stress and headaches, there is always so much juggling to do. We hired Kaitlin for Month-of Coordination and from the beginning, she took control, helped with the vendor communication and simplified the process to her being the sole gatekeeper - on point, organized, and calm. We had already selected many of our vendors and locations, however, she provided excellent advice, additional vendor suggestions, and trouble-shooting solutions that were invaluable during the process. Our wedding was in good hands, so that we were able to just enjoy our perfect day.
