As exciting as this is for us we were sent a screenshot from a friend. Rox Beach Weddings did not tell us or try to contact us to tell us one of our pictures from one of the biggest days of our lives was featured in a magazine hundreds of thousands of people will see this summer. My husband contacted your company and the response we received was appalling. All we asked for was a copy of the magazine for a keep sake. Rox beach weddingds told us they would try to get us one. Since getting married our family has moved to TN as my husband is military. I have been visiting Ocean city since I was a small child and unfortunately we won't be able to celebrate our anniversary or take our yearly family trip due to being stationed at Fort Campbell. It's a shame but this instance has truly shown your companies true colors. After realizing you would be no help in this matter I contacted the extremely wonderful woman who did my makeup for our wedding. She sent us out a copy....the next day. If your looking for a company who cares about your big day this is not it.

Every single person who we came in contact with was very personable and easy to talk to. Sean even gave us suggestions for restaurants, hair, cake, etc. His wife and photographer also contacted us before our wedding day to see if we had any other questions and to verify information. The only thing I wish I would have done was an extra hour of photography for more pictures before the ceremony. Rox made planning easy and gave us the wedding of our dreams with very beautiful pictures and memories that will last forever!

By the time we hung up, I knew I found my planner. He is warm, engaging and very knowledgeable about OC weddings, vendors, licensing, the weather forecasts etc.. They make it as "one-stop" as possible. We selected the Casablanca package which included the officiant, Sean, the beautiful set-up, DJ, photographer, Lisa, who is awesome, a video, options for the vows which were perfect and you can even customize if you'd like. Our pictures were gorgeous, our video was amazing, and the day was virtually stress free. Brides - if you are busy like me and don't like to sweat the details, you must call Rox Beach. BTW: I changed my date 3 times in a 30 min period, calling Sean each time, and he was so gracious each call. I even selected May 6th which happened to be Sean and Cassandra's wedding anniversary! But he said, no problem, we expect this - no worries! What a great couple! Thank you for such a wonderful experience on a day that should be so special but is often filled with anxiety. You truly took all the anxiety out of our day to make the experience what it should be: All about the love between the couple!

They helped with everything and were available whenever we needed them. It was such a stress free experience. We had great weather that evening. Sean and the photographer came before the scheduled time to speak with us. Everything went great. The pictures turned out wonderful and we got a lot more than what we thought we would for the time we actually took the pictures. We didn't have anything in particular that we wanted so the photographer had ideas of his own and they turned out great. I couldn't have asked for a better day and better people to work with like Sean and Cassandra. I am so thankful that I chose them to marry us. For such an important day you want everything to be perfect and it most certainly was!

She loved it as much as we did :) As I met Sean for the first time, he smiled as sweetly as can be, looked me in my eye with passion and asked "Are you ready"? d many Ocean City wedding venders and I just thought "How awesome would it be to get married on the beach?" But then family got involved, and before I knew it we had almost 20 people wanting to join us on our wedding day. Sean was very helpful and understanding and straight forward with cost and what was available to us. I remember actually breaking down on the phone because the weather channel called for rain and I didn't want all of our hard work to go to waste (since most of the decorations are being used for our reception) Sean calmly spoke to me about being able to work things out if they need to that day. He calmed me down rather easily, and it didn't end up raining. We had probably the most magical wedding I could ever dream of. I only have two complaints: my first is that things were not clear on what we should do, and we were only given directions once so most of the wedding party had no idea what they were doing. It felt rushed and unprofessional. My second is that we ended up ordering the one package that did not have a photographer, and I thought we did have one. So there was a disappointment in not getting professional photographs, but that was my own fault. I will forever hold the memories and thank you Sean for a true magical wedding that I never thought I'd have.

Cassandra are simply amazing to work with, and are so very sweet. Every time I spoke to them I felt so comfortable and knew it was going to be great. Their website is wonderful as well, and really helps you locate everything you could need from flowers, and venues,to getting your marriage license. We had so many memories as teenagers, and now adults in Ocean City...we knew that a wedding there would be magnificent. But where to begin?? When the day finally arrived, and I was able to embrace the guy that pulled it all together, it was like seeing a long lost relative....Sean, Cassandra, and Lisa, our photographer, were amazing cheerleaders for us and brought their own brand of sunshine on our rainy day nuptials. Though the day brought us unexpected hiccups....it was seamless, and we couldn't have been happier. I would recommend Rox to ANYONE considering a beach wedding....it was so easy....so fun....so incredibly romantic and tender. We will always be grateful to Rox. better quality than the ones our friends took with their phones. When I called to discuss that I was dissatisfied with our wedding album, Sean Rox became very angry and defensive. He actually raised his voice several times. Even though it was clear that his yelling was upsetting me, he showed no compassion or value of customer service. He accused me of blackmailing him with a bad review for free photos. I ordered the photo disc since that is a record of my wedding. However, now I have even less photos to create an album with because I cannot use any that the officiant, Sean Rox, is present in. He was so harsh and hurtful that my memories of my wedding are now tainted. If I could do my wedding all over again, I would not have hired Rox Beach weddings. While Sean Rox will continue to make money off of people’s weddings and will eventually forget about my husband and I, we will never be able to forget how mean and disrespectful the person who married us treated me. No bride deserves to be spoken to the way he did to me. I hope that no one else has their wedding memories ruined like I did.

We ended up having a larger oceanside ceremony with 50 guests. Sean and Cassandra set it up perfectly. It was simple, elegant, and exactly what we wanted. My husband and I have a 2 year old daughter and we wanted to include her. They accommodated it perfectly and her 4.5 minute walk down the aisle tossing sea shells was hands down the sweetest moment of my life! Sean put us totally at ease from day 1 and made sure everything ran smoothly. I am totally type A and didn't have the time to plan a wedding; we wanted to write a check, show up on the beach, and get married, but still have an elegant and memorable ceremony as opposed to a typical JOP wedding. It was everything we wanted and more, and really affordable. We honestly can't say a single negative thing about the whole experience. It has been almost 3 months and we are still in awe of how perfect our wedding day was. The cameraman and videographer were so wonderful too. They were very sweet and helped capture every moment. All of our family and friends commented on how much they loved Sean, specifically. They thought he was a great officiant and included just the right amount of humor and respect into our day. We can't thank Sean and Cassandra enough! Highly recommend them to anyone!

cean City is a beautiful place to have a wedding. I had mine early in the morning, and the photographer was able to get the pictures we wanted without any of the beachgoers in the background. I was also able to request a father/daughter dance after my husband and I's first dance. Anything I wanted they were able to accommodate. This really is a great company. They want your day to be perfect.

same sex marriages were legal. That's when we came across the 2013 Bridal show in Ocean City, we bought our tickets, booked a hotel room and traveled from Ohio, to see what it was about. We booked our ceremony for June 2014, on the spot. We wanted simple and beautiful and what we received was more than I could have imagined...Sean was patient and attentive. We were able to pick our music, rearrange the wording in our vows and the photographer was amazing, I love watching the DVD they put together for us. I would recommend ROX to anyone and everyone, whether you live in Maryland or across the nation. Our wedding day is truly the best day of my life and Sean and Cassandra helped make that possible.
