I can’t say enough positive things about Roxie’s Designer Collection! Her dresses are high quality, stunning designer dresses sold at a discounted reasonable price. Roxie clearly takes pride in her work; she ensured that I found the best dress for me allowing me to try on as many dresses as I wanted. Roxie held 3 tailoring sessions and one final try on session with me to ensure the dress fit perfectly and was flawless. She even steamed the dress before my final try-on and pickup. Roxie was very professional and kind throughout the entire time I worked with her. She is very personable and we became friends by the end of it - my mom and I always enjoyed our visits with Roxie! Roxie's is owned by Roxie Hagopian, who majored in fashion design at the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising, (FIDM in LA, CA). After graduation and debut fashion show, she went on to creating beautiful wedding dresses and veils. She has worked in the design and bridal industry for over 30 years. Although she enjoys designing, it's always been her dream to own a bridal boutique where she has the pleasure of helping brides find their dream wedding dress. Roxie has a great selection of dresses, and that is the reason this is not a one star review.
All you need to know about Roxie is that these were $400 alterations (only a hem for ...
length) that Roxie charged us on top of the price of the wedding dress. When my wife got the dress back, we noticed that her $400 alterations were not even, and looked like it was done by a beginner. If you look at the images attached here you will see:
-There are double stitches
-There is a tear and pulled thread in the dress
-The stitch is incredibly uneven
-The hem is white thread, the dress is ivory
There were other incidents and comments from Roxie that called into question her professionalism, but I don’t want to be lengthy.

I always give my 100% to all my brides spe...
cially during alterations, by giving myself and them 3-4 weeks' alterations time, with 3-4 fittings to make sure every detail is to her liking...that everything is perfectly done before dress pick up.
Unfortunately, that was not the case this time. You came in for the 1st fitting and left the next day back to Portland. I only had 3 days to work on your dress.
I cleared my schedule, put all my projects aside in order to finish your dress on time for your mom to pick it up before her flight to Portland.
In 3 days, I had to finish the hem, re-arrange the back buttons, and bustle the long train. That's not enough time to hand stich your hem like I always do!
I just wish you were here and had 3 weeks' time to have 2nd and 3rd fitting to make sure you're satisfied with the finish on the hem and all the other details.
Please share with us that I have said and done that questioned my professionalism. I welcome your feedback to better myself.
Again, thank you for your review, I appreciate your time and the opportunity to have been part of your special day.

n incredible designer! I could not have asked for anything more. The countless hours and many months of work she put in to creating my dress, I am so appreciative for! I genuinely looked forward to our fittings and I miss seeing her now that the process is over. I did not realize how challenging finding a dress could be in many of the major bridal boutiques but finding her made the process so much easier! She makes you feel cared for, instead of it being just another appointment. She creates custom dresses (which mine was) but she also sells dresses from out of her studio! To be honest, she has better dresses than many of the boutiques (and I have been to many!). GO TO ROXIE!! You will NOT be disappointed.

AZ or anywhere near where she is located, she still took her time to help me virtually, sent me pictures of dresses she has in different angles, and even put them on her mannequin so I have a better
idea how the dress would look when worn. She gave me her mannequin's measurements so I know how the dress would fit me. She added extra padding on the bust area so I wouldn't have to spend money to get it altered. If she was able to help me this much virtually, I can't imagine how much she can do in person! If you're in AZ looking for dresses, please please give Roxie a chance :)

Roxie’s was an absolute dream place. I tried on so many different dresses and Roxie was super patient and when I finally found my dress (prior to Covid) I was so excited to go back...
for my alterations. Except.. my dress did not fit anymore! (Oh goodness, nothing like a little worry). Roxie kept me calm the whole time, I opted to try a second dress and boy was I so glad I did! I ended up saying yes to my dress (again!). Roxie got my alterations done in a timely manner, weeks before my wedding I had a dress that did not fit, that she was willing to recreate for me, to having my new dress the week prior to my wedding. Everything was perfect and I was meant to find this dress. 10/10 would recommend, her studio is something of a dream.
PS go check out her FB page to see photos, not to brag but the dress was stunning! And I was a very very happy bride.

3 sizes too big 6 weeks before my wedding. I found Roxie's Designer Collection online and I messaged her. She replied to my message right away and I was in her shop 2 days later with a variety of DESIGNER gowns to pick from. Let me tell you, these gowns were absolutely GORGEOUS! I left my appointment that day with a beautiful Design gown and all alterations taken care of. Her customer service was impeccable! I never thought I could afford a Designer gown - her pices are very affordable! I felt so beautiful on my wedding day. I never wanted to take my gown off. Thank you Roxie for being my wedding angel!

ne you would like modified, she will tailor it to your liking. I purchased my wedding gown, veil and bolero from Roxie and am so glad that I did! She made my wedding dress dreams come true, as I felt like a princess wearing the gown and accessories she designed.
