Very poor service. They are not welcoming. I was completely ignored by the consultants.

I would like to respond to the previous review as it is a lie. I am not employed by Roxi's but was in the store at the same time as the customer. There was never any comment or indication that this was a same sex wedding. This would not have mattered in any circumstance as the staff at Roxi's is friendly and accepting of all brides! The previous review is a lie and I will attest to what I heard and saw to anyone. Please contact me and I testify to the truth.

Went it to buy full bridesmaids dresses and whenever the staff found out that it was for a same sex wedding they refused to help us any further. We will for sure be contacting a reporter because this is UNACCEPTABLE. The entire town will know about this. If you are a decent human being ABSOLUTELY do not give your business to these people.

The dresses I tried on there were nice and I almost purchased my dress there. But the experience was dampened by the look and feel of the store interior. It was dark and musty feeling. Not the atmosphere you want to be in when shopping for a wedding dress.
