Mimoza and her amazing team. I had a South Asian wedding and had a difficult time finding a decor company that did quality work, was professional, and willing to listen to my vision. Most companies gave me absurd quotes for below average decor but it was important to me to invest in quality work. From my first meeting with Mimoza I knew she was the person I could trust to bring my dream wedding aesthetic to life - I only wish I hired her for all of my other events as well. The quality of her florals are insane and life-like and her lighting production is unlike any company I've seen. I was very picky with the way I wanted my florals and decor to look - very whimsical and organic. Other companies told me it could not be done, but Mimoza went above and beyond with the details and brought an elevated level of sophistication to all of our events. I was an out of town bride, so I didnt get to see any of her work in person. She was kind enough to let me and my entire family come into her beautiful office for a visit to see samples and swatches. She let me pick out the specific florals I liked which matched my outfits and theme and also showed us a sample of our 6 ft tall custom centerpieces. I nearly cried when I walked into my reception because it was more magical than I could've ever imagined. Our acrylic dance floor wrap with custom logo that I designed myself was the highlight of our event and we received so many compliments on it - it was truly top notch quality. Pictures do not do Mimoza's work justice, so you'll have to hire her to see for yourself. Thank you to the entire Royal Backdrops team for making our dreams a reality. Special shoutout to her husband Peter who called me and gave me a mini design lesson so I could have my logo and custom fonts printed on all of our signage that they made for us.

utely smooth. We requested a mandap filled with floral on the top and no runner. However Mimoza provided us additionally with a runner and floral all around the mandap. She practically provided us with way more than what was agreed in the contract, which was very sweet of her. She made the mandap looked absolutely like a dream. She was so so so kind and professional and her work was of super quality. The reception decor was on next level and she even extended the size of stage from what we had requested. Even my coordinator praised her and the team regarding how they went ABOVE and BEYOND to help our wedding venue look absolutely perfect. making your dreams come true. Where do I start? I contacted Mimoza middle of the busiest season, first thing she did? Calm me down and agree to work with me! She met with me via FaceTime because that’s what I preferred- sent me her portfolio with images that were similar to the look I was going for and I was blown away. I may have changed my mind on her 4 times and she still maintained her professionalism and kept her cool with trying to make ME happy. Giving her a deposit- easy. Contacting her anytime? Easy. She knew everything about the restaurant I chose, every single dimension and even gave me questions to ask the restaurant that were so helpful!!! She has every chair, table, backdrop, flower, floor design you can picture. NOW….. to my actual day- I had no words. Every single guest was taken back!!!!! The backdrop, table, candles, draping, and floor were something only true talent can create. So many different shades of pink I had, so many different flowers and her team somehow put them together to flow effortlessly. How they did It? I have no idea but I am certain every bride should truly trust this team in creating magic. & if you’re considering booking Mimoza/ do your self the favor and just pay for the floor also. It was installed so quick, tons of designs and really added the touch. Mimoza even added a few inches to my flooring just knowing It would need It! I indeed did get quotes from other vendors, before I contacted Mimoza because I didn’t even think she would be free and the others just did not fit. Either all about money first, too busy to dedicate time for me, or simply just didn’t fit. I will forever be grateful for this whole team. With all my love & support thank you Mimoza!!!!

ht. I was desperate for help decorating our tent wedding for it to look anything but a "backyard" wedding. We chose to have our reception at our grandmother's property in Long Island but wanted it to have a feel of an event space. I called Mimoza and she worked with me to not just a beautiful backdrop, but to decorate our bridal party dais, add the centerpieces and cover the tent walls. Her team of stellar ladies set up and took down the decor before and after the wedding in record time. We are so super grateful to Mimoza and her team for creating an unforgettable night for our guests and truly elevating our wedding. wedding that set the tone for the wedding the minute you entered my venue- all of our guests’ names and tables were printed on a stunning vintage mirror and was decorated with flowers and candles. Mimoza, the company owner, was amazing to work with in creating the mirror and sent me proofs well in advance for approval. Royal Backdrops also created a GORGEOUS monogrammed dance floor for our wedding and a stunning wall behind our sweetheart table with swag curtains, chandeliers and flowers. It looked as dreamy as it sounds! If you want decor that will make your wedding a memorable event, you need Royal Backdrops. My wedding decor looked absolutely regal and it was all thanks to this amazing company. I also need to stress how wonderful Mimoza is to work with. She makes you feel like your event is special and not just another job. Mimoza truly made me feel like she cared about my event as if it was her own!
