PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!! An agreement and a deposit of $100 was made with this limo company by one of daughter’s, friend’s mom, to pick them (15 kids) up from prom and bring them back to the beach house in Crystal Beach. At 11:15 tonight, My daughter called me after prom to tell me that the limo driver who picked them all up from prom, took them to a gas station on Cullen Blvd in Houston, and told them that they had to give him $650 in cash or they all would have to get out. The agreement was a deposit of $100 and $650 in cash would be paid to them upon arrival at the beach house. He would also receive a $250 tip. The agreement was not to be paid in cash up front. The limo driver would not allow any of them to send him Venmo, Cash App, or PayPal. He yelled and cussed out the kids telling them to get out. The kids were so scared and most of them were crying. Houston Police Department was called numerous times from parents and our children requesting assistance. My husband and I immediately got in our car and drove to Houston to where they were- which was a HORRIBLE part of town. The limo driver wouldn’t even look at us when we were talking to him. All he would do was ignore us. After a hour of waiting, the police never arrived. What I don’t understand is why he would even pick them up from the prom if he thought he needed to be paid in full first? How is it possible that a business like this is operating? With all the trafficking going on in the world we live in (especially in Houston), I am thankful to God that the kids are safe. I would appreciate greatly those of you who would be willing to help me by making a complaint against this company. No one should ever have to go through this experience!!

Very poor service! Management was very rude and not accommodating at all. Actual service does not live up to the website at all! I would avoid at all costs!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! This place is a scam and they do not care about customer service whatsoever. They will not accommodate you for any reason. They trick you into a contract that doesn’t favor the consumer at all and will not work with you at all. We needed to cancel for emergency reasons and we gave well in advance notice and they would not refund us or talk to us. We even went in person and the manager refused to come out to speak to us. They do not care about you at all. All they want is your money. Do not book!

The company was not user friendly. The driver was rude. They didn't know where they were going and therefore were late. Not all guest were picked up. Unprofessional and unhelpful. Not pleased. Will not use this company again for anything.

I would probably never use Royal Carriages again due to their owners lack of customer service. Bonnie was the one who took care of us from the very beginning and would be the only reason I would ever consider using Royal Carriages again. Their fleet is alright, drivers are very nice but the management is the reason for the low rating.
