Throughout our ceremony and even during our wedding photos, my husband and I didn't even see them. He came in right away with a great vision, took a look at the venue and what was currently happening during the "getting ready stage," he started capturing amazing footage right away! Him and his team were extremely professional and friendly. They definitely made us all feel comfortable. I've had experience feeling awkward with photographers in the past, that was not at all the experience with Richard and team. Throughout the day and night, it's so true that we didn't even realize they were shooting! Now, what really set Richard and team apart, is how they reacted when we had a very unfortunate event happen during our wedding. Our fully outdoor venue lost power for a large portion of the reception. Thanks to Richard's own lighting system, you would never know from the video and pictures that were captured! We had no light throughout our reception area, but thankfully Richard had the perfect lighting system with backup batteries to fully light our dance floor! Him and his team reacted swiftly to ensure the party kept going and the video footage was still the best! While we were disappointed with how our venue handled the power outage, we couldn't be more grateful for Richard and team for stepping up and looking out for our best interests! Royal Films was well prepared for anything that could have gone wrong and our story proves it. They go above and beyond for their clients and we definitely felt that throughout our wedding day. He made my husband and I feel at ease and comfortable the entire time. They were never in the way, and were super courteous when they wanted to film something a certain way. Richard and his team took direction from them and worked together flawlessly to avoid being in each other's' way. They were very personable and friendly. Even meeting with Richard and Tracy prior to booking them was easy; they set up a meeting with us closer to our home which was so convenient. Upon meeting them and hearing them talk so passionately about what they do I knew right away I had to have them do our wedding! Day of the wedding I honestly didn't see the film crew much, which was a good thing! They are so discreet when capturing moments, they just let it all play out naturally and catch it all on film. The finished product was a like a Hollywood production. So beautifully put together in high definition with music and the sound was amazing, I really can't believe how perfect our movie came out. They captured every important moment from the wedding day, and the fun, goofy moments that define us as a couple in between. Some moments I got to see on the film that I didn't get to catch the day of which was so important to me, like my nieces walking down the aisle prior to me walking down the aisle, my husband getting ready at his hotel prior to the wedding, and guests just enjoying themselves at our wedding! The highlight film I received from them was also something I'd recommend. It's all the best moments condensed into a couple of minutes and is set to music, and you can view it shortly after your wedding, it gets you excited for the full feature you receive after! I'm so glad I had Royal Films document the events of my wedding, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. They are great people who produce great work.

Tracy and Richard let you call the shots no matter the situation, there was no uncomfortable re-dos, no excessive or forced fake wedding situations which was also greatly appreciated because other weddings made it feel more like a display than a celebration. All of our requests for shots and moments were listened to and tended to throughout the wedding, they never got in the way and even acted in part as coordinators when messages needed be relayed. My bride and I kept getting asked by either or both Tracy and Richard if we needed anything or were doing okay as well. To be honest I heard it more from them then all my groomsmen combined! They did their job flawlessly and still made time to party, smiling and laughing right a long with us, and when those special moments came they got right back to work capturing it all. During the wedding you hardly know they are there filming, they feel more like guests or part of your bridal party, they are seriously SO GOOD at what they do. Richard is a true professional and camera magician. Tracy is bubbly, fun, and knows how to get everyone to loosen up to create beautiful and lovely video/ pictures during the pre-reception (picture hour). Both sides of our families loved Richard and Tracy. The sound during the ceremony and speeches is crystal clear. They captured so many sweet moments; like when I was twirling in the yard with my little cousins from North Carolina. Moments like that, they may forget, but now I have them forever. Richard and Tracy captured all of the important moments, nothing was left out. They delivered the video on the day that marked our 1st month of marriage! I haven't even received my photos from my photographer, but they were able to get a beautiful edited 45 minute film to me in ONE MONTH. I know that won't always be the case for everyone, because during busier wedding months they may need a little bit more time, but I can tell you that they work hard, and are so easy to contact! Everyone who has seen my video has been in complete awe, one of the girls I work with cried when she saw it! She wasn't at the wedding, but she actually got engaged in Thailand on her vacation the same week as my wedding! She said it made her so excited to start planning her wedding and she loved how much the video captured my husband and I's love for each other. Richard and Tracy are such awesome individuals who made our day fun and relaxed. They knew exactly how and when to do everything on our wedding day. Their confidence in capturing our special moments was visible every second. They catered to our unique and nerdy batman wedding, personalities, and made our video so intimate/special. This is what makes them stand out. All videos are unique to the couples they shoot, and that is exactly the product we got. We relived our special day through their work of art; I cried, laughed, and couldn't stop smiling at everything they captured. We even got to see details of our special day we missed from being so busy (the day goes by so fast). My husband and I are happy we chose Richard and Tracy. You will not regret it whatsoever!

I liked, and I finally found Royal Films! I was still on the fence (because choosing a videographer was tougher for me than choosing my wedding dress), but then we met with Tracy and Richard in person and both my now-husband and I knew they were the right choice for us. The day of, we had contracted them for 10 hours - that's a LONG day for a vendor! But Tracy and Richard were amazing throughout it all. They were so professional, kind, and absolutely amazing. They were such a pleasure to work with and we're so grateful to have had them there on our special day. Cut to TWO weeks after our wedding, and we have our wedding highlight film in our inbox. TWO WEEKS! I don't know anyone who has had that kind of service with their videographer. Not only were they extremely punctual, but the film they created was absolutely breath taking. They knocked it out of the park and we're so excited to have this little master piece to look back on for years to come.
