t we wanted our wedding here. The wedding coordinator, Jane Spair, was amazing to work with! She was so flexible in customizing our package and allowing us to decorate how we wanted. She is professional, responsive, and executed a perfect wedding reception for us. And, the food is honestly delicious! Much better then all wedding food we've had before. We were blown away at the tasting and many of our guests complimented the food. We would highly recommend!

e my brother had his wedding at Klein Creek and after visiting the venue we knew that this was the place we wanted to have our wedding at. It’s so quiet and reserved, being that it’s a private course and the indoor space has so much character and charm. We had planned on having an outdoor ceremony, but knew we risked the chances of rain in May. The morning started off on rough start with low temps and constant rain so we had to make the call and called for the setup to be inside for the ceremony. Although the day cleared up and turned into overcast, we ended up having an indoor ceremony, but Jain was kind enough to let the bridal party come to the venue earlier than planned to take pictures outside and inside because our other locations were also outside. The moment I walked in and saw how beautiful the venue was and how calm and well composed that Jain was; I knew she had everything taken care of and I didn’t need to worry about a thing. The set up was flawless and she was standing by from the moment we walked down the aisle to the end of the evening. Everything was down to the minute of the itinerary and I cannot thank her enough for making our day so memorable. We had the best time and our guests could not have said nicer things about the venue (food and the service was outstanding!). We not only want to thank the Royal Fox team for giving us a better wedding than we could have imagined, but we want to give Jain Spair a big thank you for being so responsive and helpful through the entire process. If we could live it all over again - we would because it was perfect.

Jane was super easy to work with and the pricing was very reasonable compared to other venues we looked at in the area. If you have a special request, don't be afraid to ask because Jane can usually make it work :) they even let us have an additional tasting because we wanted to try something from the menu that wasn't served at the original tasting. Loved working with Jane and would recommend Royal Fox any day!

s on the grounds are amazing; water views with lots of green. The club is so flexible and great to work with. The staff was friendly and so accommodating. Jane (wedding planner) was beyond fabulous! She was timely, trustworthy and cared about my day! I knew from the moment I met her I could trust her with my special day, and she DID NOT disappoint. The whole experience was smooth, the club went above and beyond and the food was AMAZING. The chef made adjustments to what we wanted and we received many compliments on the meal. The Royal Fox really wants to make the day perfect for each couple and that is apparent in the way they do business. I cannot say enough about Jane and whole Royal Fox Club, definitely check it out!

Our day was "a real-life fairytale" (per my grandma), and I couldn't agree more. Jane completely put our decor over the top with final touches that I hadn't thought to put together. The food was OUTSTANDING and our entire day went off without a hitch. It ran so smoothly that if anything went wrong...I have no idea about it! She's that good! We haven't stopped hearing about what a lovely venue it was, and I'm so glad we found it!

han perfect. The staff was incredibly kind, I received nothing but compliments on the venue and service. The food came out hot, and was also great as well. We were blown away by the service we received from the club. I had a perfect stress free wedding!!!!

the inside. It fit my theme perfectly. Jane was very nice to talk with as well. However, there were so many questions that seemed to go unanswered as the day approached that I should have known there would be issues. If it weren't for me hiring my own wedding planner, the day would have been a complete disaster. They offer this cool sign to hang in the driveway when pulling up, they spelled our last name wrong. Guests that saw the sign commented that it would have been cool if we got one of those... I had to tell them it was ours, just mispelled. We payed extra to keep the bar open during dinner hour. I found out they didn't start serving for 25 minutes into it (which is hundreds of dollars wasted). When I contacted the venue regarding this they commented that they kept the bar open longer during cocktail hour so compensated by closing for dinner. THAT is not what we discussed and we had guests complaining. Also, I heard the bartenders were rude to people about the bar not opening. They also did not have the ceremony site set up until 15 minutes before our ceremony. They pulled the extra help that I hired to help them set up which was ridiculous. I payed for that person to do other stuff, not what the venue promised to have done. This also caused the florist to have to leave and come back later to finish setting up. They didn't have my stuff set up early, but when we were still there and finishing the night, staff started taking my centerpieces off of tables and throwing them at my wedding planner to put away and were placing new linens on tables for the next day. They were pink... thank you so much for not having my stuff ready, but being that ready for the next day so we can see. All of these complaints came from guests... except for the sign. Unacceptable

rything I asked. The most important quality of this venue is that they care. They are trying to make this the most special day of your life and they really do. The venue is gorgeous and that speaks for itself. The service is the cherry on top. There was no need for a wedding coordinator because Jane and Carrie did it all. From making sure the flowers were where they needed to be, to at my shower writing who gave me what gifts on my cards!!! Talk about going above and beyond. It was first class service. Now with the details...everyone RAVED about the food. We did shrimp and steak which was a hit, but everyone died for the pizza as a late night snack! Another major hit was a champagne parade!! The servers came out with sparklers after dessert and poured the head tables some delicious champagne!! It was a hit! I keep wishing we could go back and do it all again! It was perfect! Not one single hiccup. The Royal Fox Country Club is the perfect place to start your happily every after :)

beginning- very timely about returning my calls/emails and getting me all the information I was requesting, but throughout the planning process they were so accommodating to my changing plans, drop in guest list, drop in budget, and new additions! When the day of my wedding arrived, I was so nervous as to how it would look as I designed all the décor. When I walked in, it was more than I could have hoped for! They completely transformed the venue into MY wedding! They added some extra touches that made it even more beautiful as well! My guests were all raving about how friendly the staff was, how yummy the food was, and how beautiful the venue was! We choose to do our ceremony inside and it was just as beautiful as it would have been outside! The pictures we took outside were stunning locations (water options, huge trees, gazebos, wooden bridges... just to name a few! I would recommended this venue to anyone that asked! they turned my dream wedding into a reality!

we had. We had our ceremony outside by the pool; if you are looking for an outside ceremony, I highly recommend it! It was perfect, exactly what my husband and I were looking for.If weather does not allow an outside ceremony, there is space available in the ballroom (you never know in Illinois!) The ballroom looked amazing, the food was delicious and the service staff was great! Big thank you to Jane and the staff at Royal Fox Country Club for helping make our big day special! The only thing I would take back is time, so we could relive our dream wedding!

reat value especially compared to similar places in the suburbs. The coordinator Jane is always available and very helpful. We had wedding pictures on the golf course prior to the reception and were able to use golf carts which was a lot of fun for the groomsmen. Earlier in the year we had a tasting in which we got to taste the food and see the room set up with different colors at each table which was helpful for selecting colors. At the wedding the food was delicious and just like the samples we had at the tasting. We had late night snacks of hamburgers and hotdogs which were also a big hit with the guests. We had a band and there was plenty of room for the dance floor and the band with all the guest tables (180 guests). There are close hotels which provided transportation to and from the reception. At the end of the night I wouldn't have changed a single thing-definitely would pick the Royal Fox again!

as so wonderful. Knowing that we had Jane on side plus a beautiful place we could not go wrong. The value was very reasonable compared to other local places. We couldn't believe we could get this whole building with these gorgeous windows all to ourselves for the day for the same price as a room with no windows and would potentially have to share with other brides or events. Jane was always timely with emails and did what she could to make sure OUR DAY was everything I wanted it to be. I loved having everything I needed at one place- ceremony and reception! It made the planning process so much easier. All of my guests RAVED about wonderful the food was and how the portions were perfect! Thank you Royal Fox for making my day everything I dreamed!

Jane Spair was our main contact at The Royal Fox, and she helped us achieve the night we had planned for, and did so by making any planning she was involved in easy and seamless. The staff was accommodating and friendly, and the venue was clean and inviting. The venue's rooms and spaces were brought to life the day/night of our wedding, and there was nothing that fell short of our expectations (and, even though I was an easy going bride, my expectations the day-of, after alllll of the planning we'd done, were fairly high). From the exterior grounds to the lighting, tables and chairs, and from the layout of the rooms to the structure of the building - this venue is stunning. What is more, the food was EXCELLENT (and my husband and I are quite the foodies!). We felt more than taken care of, we felt special - a sensation that every bride/groom should feel on their wedding day. This is an experience that The Royal Fox staff has clearly mastered. So if you're looking for an inviting, elegant, and glamorous evening - look no further than the classic venue and services offered at the Royal Fox Country Club. It won't disappoint!

a wedding from out of state is beyond stressful. While in California, my family helped us and went on “venue visits” all over the Chicago-land area. I settled on a venue just north of the city. (NEVER settle, that was my big mistake) After the booking our original venue, there were countless issues immediately, and having simple communication struggles with your wedding venue is the last thing any bride wants to go through, especially for an out of town bride. Luckily, while I was in Chicago visiting family and wedding planning, I ran across this gem, The Royal Fox Country Club in Saint Charles. With only 5 months before our wedding, we ended up cancelling with the original venue booked and scheduled our venue @ The Royal Fox. Sounds crazy to cancel and rebook your venue 5 months before your wedding date, but it was THE BEST wedding planning decision we made. I’m not sure where to start… the amazing wedding coordinator Jane? the friendly chef? kind staff? Delicious food? When planning your big day, you will be working closely with your wedding coordinator. At the Royal Fox CC, the wedding coordinator Jane truly cares. Seriously. She listens, gives advice, guides, asks questions… Jane goes above and beyond. You are NOT treated as just another wedding on the books; she gets to know you, your taste, dislikes, everything. I brought my in-laws to the venue, just to show them around, and we ran into the Chef. He’s amazing. Incredibly talented, very friendly, and gave us a background on his experience. The day of our wedding, there was a little confusion with our florist, and Jane had to cut down all the flowers that were delivered and filled all of the vases herself. (She’s amazing right? Not everyone would do that) The food? Delicious is an understatement. Perfection. 4 weeks after our wedding, I still have family and friends talking about how great the food was, and how beautiful the venue looked. We had broccoli soup, martha’s blend salad, and filet & chicken combo. Even the bartenders and staff were amazing. Incredibly friendly and attentive. Oh, and to top it off, we had about 175 people and it was affordable. Amazing staff, food AND affordable? It’s true. If you are looking for a venue, you honestly owe it to yourself to check out the Royal Fox. I will forever recommend this venue and remember our beautiful October wedding.

ind that non-traditional venues, like barns or any museum or mansion in Chicago, cost a pretty penny. I am so grateful that my aunt found the Royal Fox. First of all, because it's a country club, it's not quite as expensive as the non-traditional venues. But it also looks so much more unique than other country clubs I considered; it's designed after Thomas Jefferson's Monticello home, and fit my Great Gatsby theme beautifully. Secondly, you get everything you need in one place without having to order caterers, chairs, etc., from outside vendors. I planned my wedding from Los Angeles, and Jane, the banquet manager, took care of everything. She listened to every request or worry that I had, and worked around my schedule for tastings and other visits. I also got so many compliments on vendors Jane recommended, like Town and Country Gardens, and Kristin La Voie Photography. Hampton Inn and Suites and the Marriott also have rooms blocks and shuttles nearby. Jane is also willing to negotiate somewhat, and helps coordinate the ceremony and reception, so you don't need a wedding planner. She does take awhile to answer e-mails, but is quick to return phone calls. Overall, I could not be happier with my choice of venue, and was told by many that we had the best wedding they'd ever attended.

Jane Spair was better than any outside person we could have chosen. She made all the planning so easy and fun and was there the entire time watching over all the details discreetly and from a distance. Jesus, our captain, was equally excellent on the night of the event. They were both helpful without being overbearing. Jane especially had great ideas with the decoration of the Sweetheart table. The MOH had a plan but Jane tweaked it ever so slightly to make it perfect. The venue was beautiful and the L shaped room was a positive for us. We put all the older guests on one side and put the young adults on the side by the bar. Both groups were very happy! We also used the Library for a long table of our St. Charles friends. It was like a special little party for them, despite the fact that they were the farthest from the bride and groom. The price was very competitive as well. Using the golf carts for pictures was so fun and the weather cooperated(I don't know how Jane prevented the thunderstorms that were forecast?!) I would highly recommend Royal Fox.

I was able to change my wedding dress into a more traditional outfit halfway through the reception with ease. I cannot thank the Royal Fox staff enough, and I cannot recommend them enough. If you are looking for an unique venue with gorgeous outdoor views, a friendly staff, and excellent food, definitely visit the Royal Fox Country Club.

She is truly fantastic and so is her staff! Jamie was our day of coordinator, and we never had to worry about the slightest thing. She was flexible, kind and quick to assist anyone who approached her. Jamie was awesome! Oh and the FOOD! 10000% DELICIOUS! 79 steaks and NOT ONE was under or over-cooked. They melted in your mouth! Also the presentation of the food is just the height of loveliness. The servers were super efficient and gracious - they quickly delivered plate after plate of piping hot, scrumptious food. The bartender made delicious drinks and never skimped on the alcohol - fun was had by all! The entire facility is immaculately maintained and decorated. If you love classic elegance with a historical twist, then this is the venue for you. You cannot go wrong with this place, choose the Royal Fox and you will have the perfect wedding, like I did! :)

The reception itself went off without a hitch. The food was AMAZING and the service was excellent. We almost had the venue at capacity- and it still did not feel overly crowded. It had a classic/vintage vibe- which was exactly what we were hoping for.

go suburbs go and the event coordinator, Jane, is friendly, welcoming and willing to work with you to create your vision. I didn't use a wedding planner, but I really didn't need one with Jane. She was on top of all aspects of the wedding and she made sure that my family and I didn't have to worry about anything the day of the wedding. The food is wonderful and we received many positive comments from our guests about how much they enjoyed the food. The servers were attentive and polite and kept the party going! The packages are affordable and can be tailored to anyone's taste. The venue is gorgeous. The building is modeled after Thomas Jefferson's house, Monticello. The grounds are impeccably kept as one can imagine with a country club. They have a few strict rules that are intended to keep both the grounds and the reception room in fine shape, so we were happy to oblige. I did have my ceremony outside and I couldn't be happier with my decision. There are also lots of wonderful places to take pictures both outside and inside this venue. I can't say enough good things about Jane and the Royal Fox Country Club. It was truly a wonderful day; perfect in every way!

July of 2012, through the ceremony and reception, everything was perfect. Christmas is naturally such a beautiful time to get married but what Jane and staff did to the place was incredible. One of my guests said to me towards the end of the night that it was like a, "Martha Stewart wedding, through and through." If that's not the ultimate compliment, I'm not sure what is. The staff the night of the wedding were great - I had people checking in with me constantly if I needed anything, I very much appreciated that. We served the chicken with berry compote - not only was it holiday-looking, it was beyond delicious. What set Royal Fox apart and what I preach to every bride about how important it is, was the level of attention Jane gave me during the entire process. I'm sure the email count between us was in the thousands as I'd change my mind or think of something new to do. I literally met with her two days before our wedding and she changed the floor plan entirely so that I could keep the reception to one room and feature a U-shaped head table. My family and I love the movie, "Father of the Bride," and during my Dad's speech at the reception, he said to everyone that Jane was far better than 'Franck.' So, so true! Forever grateful for Jane, Mr. Weiss and everyone at Royal Fox - I always knew my wedding day would be a day I never forget but it was beyond anything I could've ever imagined!

like we were taken care of. Jane was always attentive and willing to work with us on special elements of our day. We had our ceremony outdoors with the reception inside afterward. The reception hall is an 'L' shape. Couples might initially find that odd, but we thought it worked out well and we received positive comments from our guests as well. The head table sits at the corner of the 'L' so all guests can see them. After dinner the table is removed and that becomes a nice centrally located dance floor. By splitting guests on the two sides of the room it made the view from the head table still feel like it was a large gathering, while making guests seated on each side feel like they were part of a more intimate evening. The Royal Fox does a great job of taking care of everything for you. The total package. They will arrange your cake, your lighting, your linens, as well as your obvious needs like food and drink. I particularly enjoyed the tasting experience. Various couples who with upcoming weddings are invited to a tasting dinner all together. We weren't sure what to expect when we arrived, but found that each party had been seated at our own table that had been decorated using the approximate colors that we had mentioned to Jane when we had first met with her. Each table was different and gave us a great sample of the different options available to us. Napkin folds, runners, floor length or shorter table cloths, etc. Some couples had come with several family members, but we were seated at a table for two, which was a great way to have some fun and make some decisions together. The day of, we always felt taken care of. There was never a moment that I worried about the country club's service or features. It was very comfortable and easy. I can't say enough about how great this experience was.

and found that many of the spaces in our budget were very similar (lots of big ballrooms!). Royal Fox, however, is beautiful, unique and reasonably priced for everything you get! We had nothing but great experiences with our coordinator, Jane. Throughout the whole process Jane was attentive to our needs and answered every question in a timely manner. During the wedding we had a couple of last minute seating changes which Jane and her staff handled quick and easily. The day of the wedding I was absolutely thrilled when I saw the room! Jane had thought of every little detail and added small touches everywhere. Even on a dreary March day, the room and views outside were beautiful! We have been complimented many times on the space, food and the service. I know most people are biased towards their own wedding, but even looking with a critical eye, I can still say Royal Fox did an amazing job!

The food at Royal Fox is absolutely delicious, and we had many guests tell us how much they enjoyed dinner. Besides the cake, we chose to have a dessert table, and Jane set up a selection of desserts and pastries fit for a king. After all the effort I put into planning, it was so wonderful to be able to sit back and truly the day. Jane took care of all the details. She even set aside a plate of appetizers for my husband and I (and our parents) because we weren't able to enjoy them during the receiving line. When my bridesmaids were having trouble bustling my dress, Jane stepped in and saved the day! She made sure that every inch of the room was just gorgeous. If you choose to have your wedding at Royal Fox, you really will be treated like royalty!

bs. Once we finally had it narrowed down to two venues, the final decision was easy. While both country clubs we were looking at offered similar wedding packages and features, we decided to go with The Royal Fox mainly due to their wedding coordinator, Jane Spair. She was extremely friendly, personal, accomodating, and helpful from the moment we booked all the way through our wedding night. The venue itself is absolutely breathtaking and its beauty is matched by the service, professionalism and friendliness of the people that work there. Our outdoor ceremony was equally as beautiful and ended just as the sun was setting which made for gorgeous pictures. Jane and her wonderful staff did a great job of setting everything up and put so much time and effort into the decorating and precise planning. Everything looked better then we could have ever imagined and they definitely exceeded our expectations. Jane and her staff went above and beyond! We had so many compliments on everything from their delicious food, service, linens, cocktails, beautiful decorations, stunning views, etc. We have absolutely no complaints! We have heard numerous times from our friends and family that it was the most beautiful wedding they have been to. I cannot say enough great things about The Royal Fox and their wedding coordinator, Jane Spair. We are so happy to have chosen The Royal Fox and would highly recommend it to our family, friends and to any couple searching for the perfect wedding venue! They would not tune the piano for us even though we paid over 13K for our night (We asked them months in advance when our piano guy checked the place out for us). That was disappointing and my wedding cake, which I paid additional for, was done wrong and I never got a piece either, except for when we cut it. Seems like I did 98% of the work and it is impossible for a bride to do anything on the day of the wedding so I had to let it all ride with the wind. Our guests really didn't know anything was wrong or unorganized, which is good, but I did. Overall it was good but I would just triple check everything beforehand.

Our ceremony, which was brought indoors last minute due to the weather, was gorgeous in front of the large bay windows that looked out to the scenery. Our wedding dreams all made possible by the special events coordinator, Jane Spair. Jane is professional, positive, informative, and creative. Upon a last minute emergency with my Mother’s health, Jane was comforting and accommodating ensuring accessibility, and providing for our last minute family needs. I highly recommend this beautiful venue! Given the option, we would do it all again, exactly the same way!!

hat was the place! The rooms are regally decorated, and give an elegant ambiance. The ceilings are high and the chandeliers are beautiful. There are large windows that look out to a well groomed golf course, which also served as a beautiful backdrop for photos of the wedding party! This is no boxy ballroom! The driveway up to the main door provides a covered entryway in case of bad weather. There is a large gathering space when you walk in that is great for greeting guests. It’s all exceptionally beautiful, unique, and impressive! But, aside from the lovely setting, what set the Royal Fox apart from other venues was the Coordinator, Jane Spair. It was evident to us, every step of the way, that Jane really cared about what we wanted, and had a vested interest in making my daughter’s reception all she and my son-in-law had dreamed of! Jane listened to us, was always open to what we wanted (and made it happen), and also offered great creative suggestions when we needed them! Jane was always available to talk or go over details and plans! She is very professional, as well as warm and friendly, and has a calm, pleasant demeanor that immediately put us at ease. Dealing with Jane was absolutely stress free! It is evident that she loves her job, and that she pours her heart into making sure everything goes well! And the night of the reception, July 28, 2012, everything did go perfectly! The rooms were beautifully decorated, with great attention to details! The food was delicious and the portions large! All servers and staff were well trained and pleasant. The dance floor had ample space, and we liked the bar set up. All details were carried out beyond our expectations and we didn’t have to worry about a thing! We were able to totally enjoy ourselves! We are still getting rave reviews from friends and family that the reception was the best they had ever been to! I totally agree! ed. Since our wedding we have had friends and family tell us numerous times how it was the most beautifully decorated site with the best food out of any wedding they have ever attended! I could not believe the food either because usually there is a sacrifice in quality when you are serving 130 people. Working with Jane was a great experience and you could tell she truly cared about making our day special. She worked extra hard with the staff to put in extra touches and made sure we did not have to worry about anything on our wedding day. For all of the food, decorations, and service, the Royal Fox is a great value. I could not recommend this site more. You will not be disappointed. This was one of the most important days of our lives and looking back, the Royal Fox, and especially Jane made it perfect. Thank you so much. isappointed. Here's a rundown of the major problems: 1. They served the wrong main entree - Yep, you read that correctly, they served the wrong food! When we brought it to their attention they told us "the wedding last week didn't want the breaded chicken, so we didn't think you would either." Ummm, what the heck does a wedding a week ago have to do with what my sister ordered? 2. They didn't have champagne at the bar, even though my sister paid extra specifically for it. When we asked the manager on duty where the champagne was we were told that we were lying about paying for it (we weren't and the contract proved that). 3. The room was WAY TOO HOT! Several guests complained about the temperature. When we brought this up, they told us it was because we had too many people in the room; however, we had at least 70 fewer people than their stated maximum. They also brought us to other sections of the club and said "see, the temperature is fine here." Again, what does that have to do with anything? The reception room was hot and they did nothing to resolve the issue at all. Overall, what was going badly was made much worse by the horrible attitude of the staff. They never once apologized and instead were defensive and made excuses for everything. I would never recommend this venue to anyone. As of today, they have not done anything in the way of an apology or compensation for the issues we experienced. The reception could have been great, but instead was frustrating, uncomfortable, and frankly, a little embarrassing. Never again. If I could give this place zero stars, I would.

ed the errors. Let me begin with what I enjoyed about the venue. Royal Fox is a beautiful country club. The room is surrounded with windows that show the beautiful golf course and neighborhood. The unique layout with the bar away from the dance floor made guests who didn’t want to spend the night dancing feel very comfortable, and the charming library was the perfect entryway into the reception space. I also enjoyed the appetizers and was told by many of my guests that the servers were all very kind and even accommodating to the children we had invited. Finally, the bakery that Royal Fox uses made a beautiful cake and was willing to make adjustments to match my color scheme. But as I said there were some issues. First, the room was very warm. I understand that it is June, but guests were uncomfortable just sitting and eating dinner. When guests asked for the air to be turned up, they were told it was being taken care of, but the room never cooled. I finally asked to see the thermostat. It was set at 76 degrees. When we asked that it be lowered they did so, but this was not until the end of the night. Clearly, guests asking for the air to be turned up did nothing. It took the bride and groom going up to the office, away from all their guests, to look at the thermostat for anything to be done. Another issue was the bar stock. We had specifically discussed serving champagne throughout the night. However, when guests asked for it during cocktail hour they were told it was not available. My husband then asked for a glass and the bar tender had to go to the kitchen to get it for him. Again, after the bride and groom discussed the issue with the management the champagne was made available, however guests asking previously did no good. The biggest error came during dinner. We had ordered breaded chicken with berry compote. At our tasting it was served boneless so this is what we were expecting. At our reception we were served a bone-in, roasted chicken with gravy which was not breaded. Our entrée was completely wrong! The side dishes, soup, and salad, were correct. The biggest complaint I have with this venue, however, is how they handled the errors. We never once received a call or an apology. During the night the main manager was rude and defensive about the issues. She even called me a liar at one point and claimed my guests were lying about the champagne availability. The following week we had to contact them to see what would be done about the mistakes. Over two weeks after our reception we did receive a $1,000 check. This check did not even cover the gratuity we had paid Royal Fox. I still cannot believe we were charged full price for an entrée we did not chose and had to give a 20% gratuity for somewhat lousy service. When we called to discuss further compensation we were told they would look into the matter. Over four weeks later, we had been given no response, despite frequent calls and voicemail messages. We were also told we would be given golf passes for our guests, however these were never received and we were told we could come in for a meal with our parents as an apology, but no details were given as to how we could actually follow this through. Weeks after these two options were offered we were then told they were no longer available to

re is only one wedding there at a time and the reception room is very elegant and full of big, pretty windows- very romantic! The food was beyond amazing and we have received endless compliments on how it was the best wedding food anyone has ever had! My only complaints are: They did not cut all of the cake, so we thought we were out and some people didn't get any, only to receive about half of it to take home.. what a waste (to avoid this, have them serve it individually rather than put at a table for people to grab like we did)! and the other is that the planner, Jane, is great but seems way too busy. They need more staff/a helper for her to plan events and stay in touch with couples quicker. At the end of the day, everything was done it just got a little nerve racking during the process of trying to figure it all out.

service and beautiful setting of Royal Fox made my daughter's wedding a memorable event. The two rooms versus one big room afforded the opportunity for more guests to see the bridal party. We could not have been more pleased!!

She is so accommodating and easy to work with. Her expertise and impeccable taste in designing every little nuance of the room was just phenominal. The service by the staff was absolutely top of the line, from the white glove service to the bartenders and waitstaff who were helpful and friendly. And the food!! Oh my, the steak almost melted in your mouth. It was by far, the best food I have ever eaten at a large function. All in all, we were so fortunate to have walked into Royal Fox a year ago and decided this was the reception site. Jane and her staff are the best in the area and I highly recommend this beautiful venue to all new brides!
