We would not recommend Royal Limos for wedding transportation, especially for those on a tight timeline. They proved to be unreliable, as they failed to show up at the agreed-upon time and location, causing significant inconvenience for our wedding day. Due to their miscommunication and lack of punctuality, we were forced to hastily adjust our photo schedule, and ultimately had to cancel a portion of it.
Furthermore, when we reached out to Royal Limos to address the issue and provide feedback on their mishap, their response was disappointing. Instead of taking responsibility and addressing our concerns professionally, they were short with us and did not acknowledge any kind of accountability.
Overall, our experience with Royal Limos left us deeply dissatisfied and frustrated. We strongly advise against choosing them for your wedding transportation needs, particularly if you value reliability.
I will definitely use royal limos in the future for any of my transportation needs. They were really kind and easy to work with. On my wedding day, there was an accident and they were running late. They handled it very professionally and made sure that all of my guests made it to the ceremony! I am very grateful to have worked with them.
We rented the black Escalade to pick us up from our venue and take us to our hotel room in downtown OKC for the night. Clint was professional, friendly, and accommodating. We didn't get to eat much at our wedding so he even took us to the McDonald's drive through before we went to our hotel. The vehicle was beautiful and affordable. We highly recommend Royal limos!
