ve us our "refund." SHAME ON THEM. DO NOT TRAVEL WITH THIS AGENCY. We had to travel with them by default for our friend's wedding. First issue: I had to be the one to reach out to them for trip confirmation even if I paid for our trip in full all at once (not installments). I did not get this confirmation until after about 3 months from paying. SECOND ISSUE *PROOF THAT THEY ARE INEXPERIENCED TRAVEL AGENTS* I was unable to check in with Alaska Airlines on our day of departure. Why??! coz they had my WRONG LAST NAME. I was dumbfounded coz I was staring at the confirmation Ani sent me and it had my correct name. Alaska told me that whoever booked my name made my middle name the start of my last name and this is not an easy fix -- you need to be REBOOKED. The wedding the next day and my fiance and I paid almost $2K for this trip. They asked me what my name was on the passport - I sent it to them. I sent my name as how it reflects on my passport without thinking that they might get "confused" coz why? This is not my first travel and they are not my first travel agent and this never happened on any of those occasions. I also signed their credit card authorization which reflected my last name and all my emails with them were signed with my first and last name. If they were not sure on what my last name was.. why didn't they ask and worse.. WHY DID THEY ASSUME??!! The big LOL, SMH & WTF moment for this agency - when I was on the phone with them trying to correct my name.. Lily told me not to leave the airport coz their air department is on the phone with Alaska and they are "holding the plane" for us.. I told the Alaska check in people of this.. and they looked at me like im crazy. FYI Lily.. there is no such thing!!! Do not lie to your customers!!! Third issue *SLAP ON OUR FACE* I was crying, hysterical and panicking so my fiancee did not leave me specially mexico isnt the safest destination. SO i asked for a refund or credit for the first night.. and u know what they told us??! "Theres a no refund policy and plus, there was nothing wrong with your fiancee's booking so he could have flown" If Lily was on my face, i would have slapped her. What kind of a man does she think my fiancee is??! how can he leave me in that condition??! UNBELIEVABLE. When she told me that thats when I decided to write a review and 2 minutes after, my fiancee gets a call from Lily telling him that I need to take this review off or if not, no refund. We did not care about the refund at that pint.. but we deleted the review because we were scared that they would sabotage our trip more if we piss them off even more. And note.. Ani was nowhere to be found, never returned my call, Lily her assistant was yelling and being combative with me and they have this other assistant that would just not hand the phone to Ani or Liliy . NO ONE EVER APOLOGIZED for this.. not Royal tours or Apple Vacations. This place will rip all of you off. None of my friends who booked with this agency enjoyed dealing with them. Bunch of scumbags. Better business bureau is next.
