If I could give her 0 stars I would. There were NUMEROUS issues in dealing with Cathy's company. She was recommended by my sister who owns a wedding boutique because she stated that her floral arrangements were nice. I decided to use her company, had a phone consultation and provided her with our colors, etc. I did state that I like everything that sparkles. I was having a 10 year vow renewal and wanted to have a nice event. Cathy agreed to provide the decor for the Spirit of Philadelphia. I made the agreed deposit but she could not provide me with a final amount until she priced certain items. (Oh yeah, she does not own anything at all. She rents everything). When she finally provided me with an invoice, she stated that she needed the balance in a week because she was going on vacation. Her bill was about $29,000.00. I declined most items and instead wanted to spend about $6,000.00 on flowers as it was just a vow renewal. I ended up spending $8,000.00 with her company. At this point, the issues began. She was highly upset when I declined some of her services. I paid $8000.00 for an arch, 2 bouquets, 2 boutineers and 10 SMALL centerpieces. I contacted her and asked that the arrangements be in tall vases and she said I would get short small one and like it. I let her know that she does not make the decision as to what I get and offered to provide her with tall vases. She stated that "her company" does not allow outside vases. LOL. TWO days before the ceremony, she texted my sister to ask if she had any thoughts on vases and to let her know that flower prices had increased. She had done NO work prior to this time. She sent a picture of a mirror vase that I liked but she stated that she didn't know if she could get them in 2 days. I ordered them from Amazon and provided them to her. (Remember she said her company does not allow outside vases). To top it all off, my colors were blue and white and my sister's bouquet was pink. The icing on the cake was that my ceremony was delayed because she was late setting up. My guests were already seated and had to watch her decorate! I was horrified. To call her and her company a bunch of LOSERS is a compliment. Everything that I have stated is verifiable in writing! If you use her or her company, you are a fool!

I was so very excited to use Cathy because I saw her at a wedding expo and really loved that she was willing to do my Christmas wedding. It all started off amazing, we looked at the venue and we were excited to work together. I didn’t have to wait get my pricing estimate. The number she responded with was pretty high . I let her know that I thought that number was higher than I wanted to spend and my fiancé wouldn’t agree with paying that price just for my ceremony. I told her that my sister didn’t pay that much and that we would need to come up with another number or I’ll have to find someone else. I even told her it sucks because I really loved her . I was respectful and just explaining myself and communicating my thoughts . She then sent me a long paragraph with 8 different pictures pretty much saying that what she does and the quality of work she does is worth the amount that she was charging . Which I understood that but me personally wouldn’t spend that much . I was 100% okay with her answer until she said “ I am not sure what flowers your sister received for her wedding but if it was lower it was not at the level , type or quality you requested for your wedding” Mind you , she continued sending me pictures of her flowers and saying things like “ were your sisters flowers this quality “ it came off so rude and disrespectful. She even told me to send her pictures of my sisters flowers. For what reason idk, it seemed she wanted to pick apart my sisters flowers to show me why hers were more expensive. The only reason I gave her two stars is because when I decided to not use her anymore she offered to do my flowers which she never did but she ended up just giving me my deposit back.
