BRIDE & GROOM BEWARE Ms. Melanie of Royalty Flowers! Melanie Saisagul intentionally did not supply the toss flowers for our reception. In our initial consultation, Melanie provided...
us with a checklist of items that included the toss bouquet. The toss bouquet, as stated on her consultation form and out of her mouth, was complimentary. On the day of the wedding, there was NO toss bouquet, and no one noticed until it was time to toss the bouquet. We had to improvise and use a wilted corsage. After the wedding when we contacted Melanie, in an email she stated the following: “It was a pleasure doing the flowers for your wedding this past Sunday. There is no toss in the order. The toss bouquet is always to be left at the reception for the reception. And is not meant be used for the ceremony, but the final order did not have the toss bouquet listed. I also left the 2 additional bud vase arrangements for you all even though there were 8 tables and 1 head table arrangement.” It seems to me Melanie contradicts herself even in this email. She had NO intentions on providing a toss bouquet that was promised in our initial consultation. If you know about her check list, a toss bouquet is included. Melanie chose not to rectify the situation in anyway. On several occasions, I also contacted the vendor to whom Melanie contracted (Ft. Belvoir), and they chose to do nothing. Ft. Belvoir did not even speak with Melanie. Right is right! My reception was void of a real bouquet of toss flowers, and it was the “main spoil” of our wedding day.

ecided until the last minute whether we were going to DIY a big portion of the flowers or have them done professionally, and Melanie was very accommodating. nd were not available. I had to correct the order a couple of times as changes weren't accurately reflected, but that's okay. Also, some of the flowers I wanted were not the right color. The bouquets for the bridal party were on the small side and not what I pictured, but I did get compliments. I think it would be better if she was able to give you an idea of what your bouquet could look like beforehand so you can confirm it's exactly what you want. Or, be prepared to show pictures to get exactly what you want.
