rom another venue so I was very leery of anyone in the wedding venue industry. However, Royce Brook proved it was not interested in following the practices of the industry and instead committed itself to honest and fair dealings, and ensuring a great value for the cost. The day of the bridal arrived at 9AM and Devon greeted us with a smile and immediately got to work getting us situated. Myself and the Best Man then met with Devon to hand her our décor and give a general idea of where we wanted things. Devon took our instructions and then added her own artistic vision to work with the florist to create a beautiful wedding space for us. Chris, the Maitre D' was incredible as well. He had a fine attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring our wedding was perfect. Chris even paid close attention to what boxes our decorations etc arrived in and everything went back to its original box. I could not be happier with Royce Brook and give them my absolute highest recommendation for anyone in need of a venue.
On your first meeting, Theresa (coordinator) will make it seem like she is always there for you and will answer you immediately. You book and secure your deposit, and that changes....
If you are like most brides, who want to plan ahead and get organized, this gets difficult. Your questions will not be answered until you are maybe 4-5 weeks away from the big day.
The food tasting is so impersonal. We were able to bring 4 guests. The food was served buffet style and we were the first table to go up to get plates- the food was freezing, tasteless and there were many bones in the salmon. It is cash bar and long lines- be prepared. At the wedding, the plated dinners actually tasted amazing and there were no complaints. The appetizers were not available enough (not sure if it was not enough servers passing out or not enough food). The actual bar is small in size and for a wedding of 150 people, you get 1-2 bartenders. The line was long at first but worked out well eventually. Throughout the wedding, Theresa (coordinator), who promised to be there for whatever we needed could barely be found- we may have seen her once for 3 minutes. The bathrooms are in close distance, but are legit trailers- not aesthetically pleasing. When we arrived at the venue for our photographs before the reception, no one was there to greet us. They told us we were early, although they were made aware that we would be coming beforehand for photos. We were able to use the golf carts to go around and take our photos. I never used the bridal suite, so I cannot chime in on that. Overall, our wedding ended up being a great night because we made it one. The bartenders kept the drinks flowing and the dinner tasted good. My negative review is because of the lack of communication, organization and personalization the team consisted of.

staff at this place are. She works to make sure that your day is exactly what you want it to be and she doesn't stop. The venue itself is beautiful for an outdoor wedding and the food is fantastic. I highly recommend using them if you're looking for an outdoor wedding and i can't say enough about Theresa, Jojo and the rest of the staff at Royce Brook golf club. The bar was fully loaded, more beer options than I’ve ever seen at any wedding I’ve ever attended. Let’s not forget about the mashed potato bar during cocktail hour. Every thing was beyond perfect. cation from beginning to end, answered all of our questions efficiently, and was clear and transparent about everything. We loved that Royce Brook provided set-up of all our details during the wedding day (even decorative supplies we dropped off the day before) included in the package. They got every detail correct from my set-up instructions. They did set-up and take-down that is included in the package. The banquet manager, Maria, was wonderful during that evening and made sure every need was met during the night. And--most importantly--the food was spectacular. Our guests were raving about the food and that it was the best food many have had at any other weddings (which are usually "dining hall plus" elsewhere). The pavilion tent was beautiful as well. We cannot be more pleased with how our wedding turned out, and I highly recommend this venue for all wedding needs.

ponded to all of my questions via email (there were A LOT) and she was very accommodating. I DIY'd all of my wedding decor and my photo booth. Set up was required and I wanted to do all of that with my bridesmaids/groomsmen the night before so I couldn't have to worry the next day. Jen said it wasn't a problem and arranged to have the tables set up before I arrived to set up. The two things that bugged me: on the day of, neither Jen nor the day-of wedding coordinator arrived before 2:30 pm. Luckily, I still had some time since my wedding didn't start until 5:00 pm. However, there were quite a few things that needed to be cleaned up in the tent, one of the tablecloths had a big stain on it and I needed help decorating my cake. I wish there was someone there before I arrived at the venue because once I arrive at the venue, I'm being whisked away for photos and don't have time to follow up on all the details that needed to be fixed. The second is that there was only one bartender at the beginning of the evening. My friends and family drink a lot. There was a huge line all throughout cocktail hour until they finally added a second bartender. I wish they would have staffed it sooner to avoid the long lines, but it ended up being fine. My guests just ordered 4 drinks at a time lol. Anyway, the tent was absolutely beautiful and everyone had a great time. I highly recommend Royce Brook Golf Club to anyone looking for a classy, sophisticated venue. This is it!

I only wish we were communicated with more when the venue decided to make changes to the ceremony site without informing us and that we had to sort of dig to find out information about the cake options and other information that you typically get ahead of time. Otherwise the whole day was amazing for us! Definitely will recommend this to other couples.

nd filet tips. Aside from a beautiful aesthetic in late April, our wedding day coordinator, Jenny was unbelievable. We had multiple guests tell us how hard she was working throughout the night to make our day perfect. Jenny rolled with the punches (late shuttles) and was even refilling our chocolate milk at our dessert bar! Jenny gave us leeway to pick up our items the next day and genuinely made our day seamless. We can't thank the venue enough. Jen, the sales manager was quick and thorough in every email that she sent prior to our wedding day. All in all our experience was even better than imagined.

The lead coordinator was most helpful during one-on-one meetings, and even found an outside vendor for me to surprise my husband with a special groom's cake. We had a cocktail hour, and buffet-style dinner followed by dessert and all of the food from beginning to end was absolutely incredible, as well as the staff who served it. Holding the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception all in the same place was wonderfully simple and the employees transitioned the space in the tent/attached porch from one purpose to the other seamlessly throughout the night. I couldn't recommend this place more!
