RPS Catering

My husband and I recently got married on November 10, 2018 at the Crystal Ballroom at Sunset Harbor in Daytona. Trish and her staff were incredible from the very first tasting til the night of our wedding. the food was incredible and we are constantly getting compliments from our guests on how much they enjoyed the food. Trish makes you feel like family and she's so accommodating with everything and anything you may need. We are so happy we went with RPS Catering for our wedding! Thank you Trish!!

Amazing! A week before our wedding our caterer had surprised us with unexpected up-charges. When speaking with our venue about it he referred us to RPS catering! Truly a blessing in disguise! Trish contacted my mom and discussed our prior menu and even suggested a few different options to elevate our idea. She was so understanding and helpful with it being last minute. Her staff through out the evening made sure we were well taken care of with bringing hors d’oeuvres and making sure we were served first. All of our guest raved about how great the food tasted and we couldn’t agree more! Highly recommend them!

Amazing. By far the best caterer available in Central Florida! 12 days before our wedding our original caterer surprised us with up-charges totaling over $700 (after promising that there would be no further charges) and Trish at RPS came in and saved the day. The other caterer was a big mega company that felt very impersonal while RPS is small and felt like Trish welcomed you into her home and made you a good home cooked meal. She made the whole ordeal pleasant and the tasting was amazing. We chose the same menu we had originally selected (except at a way higher quality of taste) and I couldn't have been happier with the last minute catering change. They always say there won't be time to eat at your wedding but you will make time with their food I promise you that. They also did the bar and the linens which were good as well but the FOOD OMG!!!!

Trish, Dawn and her team are amazing! they made sure me, my husband and our bridal party all had appetizers during our pictures. And all of the food was wonderful. And they were all so kind. I genuinely felt as thought they cared about us and our day. All very affordable too! They were just the best!!

Delicious food! Everyone came up to us and said how good the food was! People even went up for thirds. Trish is great to work with and all her associates were wonderful!

Trish and the rest of her RPS Catering team were FANTASTIC! And so reasonably priced to boot! We just used her for our wedding on Saturday and I have had countless people tell me how much they enjoyed the food! The were so sweet to cater to our needs at the sweetheart table, delivering food and drink to us as well. Trish also went above and beyond to help us with the tasting, as we lived out of town. She drove about an hour out of her way to we could meet and pick up the food to take home. Trish even sent my mom a text the next day saying thank you. Highly recommend if you're getting married near Palm Coast, St. Augustine, Ormond Beach and Daytona!!

Trish was amazing! From the first tasting to the walk through at the venue to the wedding day she was there to answer any questions. The food and service were great! Perfect! Amazing! Helpful! Trish and crew worked so hard to make sure our wedding day was perfect. From ordering the ceremony chairs outdoors to setting up the reception decorations indoors. They made my day stress-free!The food was the best food I've had at a wedding! I'm not just saying that because it was my wedding; my guests agree!

Trish and her team were absolutely wonderful! We were treated like family. Our guests still rave about the food and we couldn't have asked for more flexibility and an extra hand even when it wasn't the caters responsibility! Trish and her team helped with setting up our centerpieces and stayed well after the event and assisted with clean up. We had a small wedding for about 40 people at Coral Sands Inn in Ormond Beach. RPS Catering was the best choice we made. From the first email I sent requesting a quote, they were very responsive and helpful. The food was excellent and reasonably priced. All my guests raved about the food. Trish and her team went above and beyond to help make our day special. I cannot say enough and I highly recommend this caterer.

I was faced with a major hurdle only 10 days to my 20th anniversary renewal ceremony when my reception plans fell through. Then someone gave me the name of RPS catering. I called them and they worked with me. They treated me as if I was the only client they had, which was far from true. The food was absolutely amazing. The service was excellent, and they left the place cleaner than they found it. What a wonderful company!

The food was wonderful, and the service was great. They knew just how to work our venue. All the guests commented on how good the food was. The only thing I would recommend is that you find out what happens with leftovers, I would have liked to have some control over that. Highly recommend them!
