I am a Venezuelan graduate of Andres Bello Catholic University in Industrial Relations and certified as an Event Planner. Like many Latinos in the United States, I had to reinvent myself upon arriving in a new country. In doing so, I found my passion and became a professional Event-Wedding Planner. R's Events Creations was born not only from this passion for event planning but also from the dream of a little girl who longed to plan her own wedding and feel like a princess in her wedding dress. ---- Mi nombre es Rebeca, Una venezolana graduada de la Universidad Catolica Andres Bello en Relaciones Industriales y certificada como Event Planner. , but also support and real encouragement and consistent, professional, efficient work!!! She goes above and beyond in every area for you. Even though technically she was hired to be a day of coordinator for me, she answered so many questions prior to the wedding and helped me communicate to vendors. She also somehow managed the monumental task of helping to calm my nerves and make me feel better along the way! On the wedding day, you couldn’t ask for a better person to be your coordinator. Everything we requested was seen to, and every need was met. She thought of things I never would have, she was always 5 steps ahead, and even if she wasn’t sure about something I asked she would find out immediately. Rebeca will work harder for you and do more good for your wedding than anyone else, and it’s because she genuinely cares. She never made us feel like it was just business. She’s warm, sweet, and kind while also always being a professional at what she does. Do yourself a favor and hire her!!!! 🤍

We hired Rebeca for my 10/25/2025 wedding for both planning assistance and day-of coordination, and overall she and her assistant were great to work with. Leading up to the wedding...

, Rebeca was very organized and kept everything on track with spreadsheets, timelines, and planning meetings that helped reduce stress. She was responsive, friendly, and genuinely invested in helping us bring our vision to life. Her pricing was also more than fair for the level of support she provided. On the wedding day itself, there were a few moments of disorganization with setup and breakdown. This may have been partly due to me not providing enough detailed instructions or partly due to some questions that could have been clarified ahead of time. Even with those hiccups, everything ultimately came together beautifully, and both Rebeca and her assistant worked hard to make sure the day flowed smoothly. Overall, I appreciated their help, professionalism, and positive energy. With just a little more clarity and communication on both sides, it would have been perfect. I also would have liked for them to allow me to post photos prior to sharing on social media. I would still recommend Rebeca to other couples looking for support in planning and coordinating their big day.

She arrived with her coordinator Sandra, and both of them were absolutely incredible. They jumped right into setup, kept an eye on every detail, and constantly checked in on me and my family to make sure we had everything we needed. Rebeca stayed on top of every vendor and handled things I didn’t even think to ask about. Our day was special because of her. My family and friends kept coming up to me to tell me how amazing she was, and I completely agree. Rebeca brought calm, confidence, and so much care to our wedding. We couldn’t be more grateful, and I can’t recommend her enough.

ve been so stressed without her doing this for us. We started working with her so long before the wedding, and she helped us figure out timelines for when we needed to have each step figured out. She would help us figure out if we were behind, and she was always reassuring us that we were in a good spot when we had done tasks she suggested for us. She was always really quick to respond whenever we had questions for her, so we never felt like we were just waiting around for her. Rebeca was also super friendly throughout the whole process! Overall, we really enjoyed working with her and would definitely recommend her to help your wedding day go smoothly!
