Scott was our DJ for the night and he executed everything perfectly. He played all of our requested songs with on point timing during the ceremony and then a nice mix of music throughout the reception. My assigned DJ was Madison and she is AMAZING. She made me feel so comfortable in our planning phone call. My husband and I were pretty nervous about having to dance in front of people for the whole length of our song (we’re not dancers) and she worked with me to fade out the song and it was perfect! She kept the party going all night! Our guests raved about the music. I cannot say enough good things about RSP Entertainment!

Russell was able to move some equipment upstairs and get the music going again. Needless to say, there was non-stop dancing after that. We have had many of our guests say "that was the most fun wedding I have been to" and "that DJ was amazing, there was never a dull moment." All I can say is that if you have music needs for a special occasion, you NEED to book RSP Entertainment. Even if you are not local, Russell travels to you. We also couldn't agree more that all clients should be very specific with what they want and don't want for their big day, as tastes in music tend to be very diverse. We took the time to review, gather and load the 71 pre-requested songs provided for the less than 2 hour dance time allotted, there was just no way to have fit them all in unfortunately...
The Grease Megamix that you're referring to (currently in the Top 200 list of all time wedding songs) takes the top 3 Grease songs from the movie soundtrack and crams them all into roughly one regular song length. Being that your DJ had 2 requests from guests that evening for Grease songs, he figured knocking them both out with the megamix would be the better (and more time efficient) choice. We're sorry it didn't fit with your vision for the evening. None-the-less, we appreciate your input and have addressed this with your DJ as to better improve our services. y wedding a few weeks ago and I received multiple compliments on how well he kept things moving and got everyone on the dance floor! He really knows how to keep everything on track so you don't even have to think about what time to cut the cake, toss the garter or anything else which makes your wedding stress-free for everyone involved. Anytime I hear someone is looking for a DJ I always recommend RSP. I have never had anyone tell me they were unhappy with them as their choice.

The not-so-good: We had Spanish music incorporated with your average wedding music, and I would have preferred if he hadn't interspersed the Spanish music with the other music because the transition felt awkward. If you don't have this concern (which I'm sure many of you won't) then I would definitely recommend RSP Entertainment. It was much more affordable than other DJs I saw and the planning guide was very detailed and helpful.

Roy was extremely professional, worked with us to ensure the day/night was exactly as we wanted it and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. Our guests came from all over, but mainly NJ & NC, and I think it's safe to say that everyone had an amazing time. Even my grandmother was on the dance floor until it was time to shut down.

He runs his system off of a laptop computer with a library of 20 000+ songs so he was constantly downloading songs at a moments notice. We didn't have to pick out 4 hours of music. The best part for us was that he was out on the dance floor with us. He and the caterer were swing dancing and got everyone going at that point.;We loved him!
