Nanci made the experience so fun and personal- after asking us a series of questions, she immediately went to work to provide us with mock-ups. in-house; but that's what complicated the process. I drew and designed the invitation on photoshop, and for the print actually required a different file format. Nanci assisted me with converting the file while ensuring a quality delivery. She is the quality control between the printer and us. I was so grateful that she took her time and checked/verified back and forth with us. It was a time consuming process for sure, but Nanci remained friendly, professional, and incredibly attentive.
