Ruben Orengo has played the violin for more most of his life. He is a long time member of the Asheville Symphony and retired as the string orchestra teacher at Asheville High and Asheville Middle school after teaching there 34 years. Ruben Orengo performs with his violin at weddings and special events. Ruben also performs with the Rio Trio and has a Latin jazz concert/dance-band Picante. The band is available for concerts, receptions, parties, corporate events and festivals.
