as available, and then went to the store. The treatment I received from the young woman who was at the front counter was astonishingly rude. I was so shocked at her condescending demeanor toward me that I walked out. I was so disappointed given that all other reviews attested to the high quality of service. I'm not sure what was going on. I'm polite to everyone, and have worked retail until very recently (June 2015), and I was very taken aback and disappointed by my treatment. In 5 years I have written only one bad review on yelp, but this experience compels me to make my second bad review.

f-a-kind ring. He was so happy with the quality of service, friendliness of the staff, and family environment that he insisted we go back to pick our bands. Rubini's has many catalogs to look through, but they were very patient and helpful in helping us design our perfect bands. We had them engraved with our wedding date on the inside--it was done wrong, at first, but the error was corrected quickly to no detriment to the band. If you have something very specific in mind for your ring or band, Rubini's can help make your dream a reality!
They were able to order the engagement ring setting and wedding band that I wanted. Service has been amazing! Husband loves his wedding band.
