Situated in the historic building once known as The Letter Shop, the venue has been carefully renovated to sport a modern, industrial-style aesthetic. The primary indoor setting is on the second floor, which features a versatile floor plan that can host up to 150 people. The painted brick, hardwood floors, and large windows make for an elegant, airy atmosphere for you and your loved ones to enjoy. Just outside the doors is an intimate lounge area, where up to 25 guests can enjoy cocktail hour under the sun. Couples that prefer an outdoor ceremony or reception will have private access to the lawn area. Rustic bistro lights hang overhead to give your big day an extra romantic touch. You will also have the option to rent the entire facility and enjoy your special day with up to 300 attendees. As a pet-friendly venue, you and your partner will be welcome to incorporate your furry companions into your ceremony schedule. Servers and bartenders will be present to ensure all your guests are cared for throughout your reception. In addition, the team will offer a variety of beverage options for you and your loved ones to enjoy throughout the night.

on one end of the room, with tables on the other. The separate gathering area and greenery wall was a favorite place for pictures and mingling. The selection of beer, wines, and other cocktails was wonderful; Jade (Ruby Beach Event Planner) and the rest of the staff couldn't have been more professional, diligent, and cooperative. Even our wedding planner commented on how great the staff was; they helped her load up the decor and food after the event was over.

de, who is the event coordinator. Besides being incredibly sweet and easy to work with, her dedication in ensuring that our needs were met was incredible. Major props to the bar staff especially Sydney and Casey who made sure that our wedding guests were taken care of. Their customer services, politeness, and hard work was much appreciated when dealing with our large group of family and friends. The venue itself was beautiful! Whether if it is the vintage upstairs space or the spacious outside area, Ruby Beach would be the perfect spot for anyone who is looking for a space for any event!

area and downstairs taproom. The historic elements and the brewery vibe made for excellent wedding photos. But what really made it was all of the details! Corey and Jade worked with us every step of the way to ensure our big day was a hit. No matter how many questions or concerns we had, they responded in a timely manner. We were able to choose our own wines with the drink package, bring in a food truck, have a live band upstairs, have Ruby Beach glasses with our wedding details etched in for take-aways, and best of all.. brew our own wedding beer! We had the flexibility to truly make our wedding how WE wanted it. All of our guests raved about how wonderful and fun the venue was for a wedding. We could not be happier!
