I reached out to Ruby Design for our wedding decor after our original plans fell through months after booking. They were so good about helping take those plans we had made and hone...
stly making them even better! The staff at Ruby was easy to work with and helpful with suggestions (decor is not my forte).
We ended up using their services for tablecloths, cloth napkins, and centerpieces. Their services and recommendations helped everything to come together so nicely!
Ruby Design was very easy to work with. The linen rental pick up and drop off was very easy. However, some of the linens did have wrinkles and unwanted creases. Unfortunately, I di...
dn’t bring a steamer when setting up linens so I have to live with it, but overall the quality was good.
We were very happy what they provided us with our wedding. I would recommend them to any event.
Beth from Ruby’s is amazing. If I could hire her to do my entire wedding I would. They were so helpful when we needed them to be and went above and beyond. Thank you so so much!

We used Ruby Design for our wedding in the summer of 2022 and we cannot recommend them enough! They were so incredibly easy to work with and helped us bring our vision to life! W...
e chose to have their team set up & take-down all of our decor and we were incredibly impressed with their attention to detail – everything was absolutely perfect. We highly recommend using Ruby Design for any of your events!
The staff were very helpful throughout the planning experience and overall I am satisfied with the experience. I deducted one start because the vases that I rented were very dirty ...
and every single one needed to be cleaned the day of the wedding, which took a lot of extra time in setting up. I also was disappointed that the rust napkins I ordered were unavailable and I was notified of this the day before my wedding. I understood that this was due to a problem with another company and that Ruby design had no control over this, however the only reason why I chose to rent napkins through Ruby was for that exact color napkin, so I was disappointed that I had to change my order the day before my wedding. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I would rent from them again
The staff at Ruby Design was very helpful and welcoming. They made communication a priority and were quick to answer any question or request. Their showroom is beautiful and they t...
ook the time to really make a vision come to life. The team was even able to accommodate my last minute rental request. Great group to work with!
Rented linens, exactly what I wanted... I even changed my mind a few days before and they were able to accommodate.
Ruby Design did an average job helping in regards to my wedding rentals for my reception on June 10th, 2017. The team at Ruby Design provided the rentals (chair covers, linens, ta...
ble runners, head table skirting, pillar vases, glitter/sequin table covers, and pub table covers). The 3-star review was for the lack of communication and poor service two days before the wedding date. The team at Ruby Design did not inform me that they would not transport my rentals to the reception location, I was not informed of this until I asked. My event planner and the team at Ruby Design went back and forth on who would be bringing the rentals. After everything was said I done, I did have to pay a delivery fee. Ruby Design and I agreed on a time that would work for drop off. The rentals did not arrive at the time or the date we agreed on, and that I paid for. The staff at Ruby Design have good quality rentals, but poor communication and lack of service makes them miss the mark.
