Our wedding at Ruby Oaks Event Venue was everything we hoped for and more. The property has such a charming, natural atmosphere that required very little extra decoration. We had our ceremony outdoors, and the transition into the reception space was completely seamless. Our guests loved having both indoor and outdoor areas to mingle throughout the evening. The management team was incredibly accommodating, answering all our questions and ensuring everything was set up exactly how we envisioned. If you want a beautiful, versatile space with a team that truly supports your vision, this is the place.
I hosted an event at Ruby Oaks in Pierson and it couldn’t have gone better. The venue is naturally stunning, with breathtaking ceremony space, beautiful ballroom, and a warm, inviting atmosphere that made everyone feel comfortable right away. Skip and his team were incredible throughout the entire process. They helped with setup, answered every question, and made sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish. The animals on the property, especially the zebra, were a huge hit and added something special you don’t get at most venues. Guests loved the on-site lodging, and I appreciated how easy everything was thanks to the support from the staff.

Offering a blank canvas event space, outdoor ceremony spaces, Airbnb, and even farm animals, you can create a celebration that is perfectly suited to your vision. Tie the knot outdoors in the romantic Evergreen Garden, with a canopy of lush trees as your backdrop.
For receptions, The Ruby Room is ideal, with its open floor plan and elegant white drapery. You and your loved ones are welcome to stay onsite at the Farmhouse and/or Campsite before the big day, so you can relax as you get ready to say, “I do.” Altogether, the venue can accommodate up to 100 guests on your special day.
