Ruby Peoples Photography

Ruby did my daughters bridal and wedding photos. She drove over and hour away just because she had and idea of a perfect spot for an engagement shoot. Between freezing cold weather for engagements and a huge wedding party every single detail was captured above and beyond. She is attentive to all detail and her is easy to communicate with! Would use her over and over again.

I contacted Ruby like a psycho when I found out my husband was proposing because out of all the vendors, I knew I wanted Ruby as our photographer. When I say every shot, every important moment, and every vibe was captured by this wonderful woman, I feel like I'm not doing her justice. At one point she was on the floor of the dance floor taking pictures. She made me and the entire bridal party feel comfortable and at ease (not an easy feat with 20 people) and I got every photo we dreamed of. Her turn around time was super quick, we got I think around 1200 photos back with both a color and black and white flash drive. She's super quick to respond and kept the lines of communication open. I am so grateful Ruby was there to capture our Charleston soiree. I can't imagine being any happier with the results.

Ruby photographed our sons wedding in May at Reflections at the Pond in Canton. She was fantastic and really captured every special moment of the day. I don’t even know where to begin to tell you how fantastic Ruby is. My oldest daughter got married last October . Ruby was so fun & easy to work with! She made my fiancé and me very comfortable throughout the entire session. She was a trooper hiking up the mountain to get our perfect pictures with the mountains and sunset as our backdrop. I loved that she took in consideration all of our different concerns and requests when guiding our poses. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone for whatever purpose they need photography!

Ruby is the absolute epitome of a professional! From our initial inquiry to the morning of the wedding she was such a pleasure to work with. Communication was always quick and she more than delivered on our requests (such as letting me have 2 locations for my bridal shots, 3 outfit changes for our engagement pics, sneaking in extra family pictures at the last minute, etc.). Our sneak peeks from all 3 sessions were ready less than 24 hours after the initial meeting, and they were all AMAZING! She captured every detail and moment (big & small) of our big day and still got the photos back to us about a month later! We will forever cherish those pictures and I cannot recommend Ruby enough, she's seriously the best there is!!

Ruby is the only photographer my husband and I considered for our wedding, because her volume of work speaks volumes with her breathtaking, natural light photography style. She is insanely kind and professional. My husband and I decided against doing a "first look" so all of the still pictures with family would occur after the ceremony. It started down pouring when we were walking out of our chapel, so our wedding guests sat in the chapel while we took our "still pictures". She was able to rapidly get through the staged pictures so our guests didn't feel the pain of having to sit through it, and with incredible results. Her turnaround time is super quick and the humidity of the day at the outdoor reception didn't show its toll on either of us in the edited pictures. In love with everything Ruby does, and highly recommend this talented, more than capable wedding photographer. Can't get over our stunning pictures.

I loved how Ruby captured the simplicity of our special day. I hardly even knew she was there until we got our pictures back, and then it seemed like she was everywhere! The candids were great and the still shots were beautiful.

From start to end ruby was the best!!! She not only was our best photographer she was there to help the boys with boutonnière and helped the bridesmaids with their dresses!!! Ruby and her assistant were... INCREDIBLE!! She is quick, efficient and knows what she's doing. We chose the package that included the engagement shoot, but were only in town the weekend of the wedding. She was very willing to hike up one of the local mountains to get some amazing shots after the wedding day. We have only received two sneak peak photos but we are in total awe at how incredible our photos are. She was able to capture not only how beautiful our day was but how beautiful our love for each other was. She has a special gift. I would recommend her in a heartbeat!
