Madelyn shows her true passion to make sure your event is exactly how you imagine! Planning from WA was stressful as is but booking with her was seamless and I appreciate her timel...
y response if anything arised. She offered cleaning service just in time for my wedding and it was a sweet touch on the detailing. Will be booking with her and husband for future events, thank you!
The venue is stunning, the rooms were incredible and the women who run the venue were endlessly helpful and supportive. Could not recommend more!
We loved Ruby Ranch, and working with Madelyn is lovely! For an affordable and easy going venue it was perfect for us. I recommend the weekend wedding package especially! The abili...
ty to set up and stay there the day before meant that we could take our time a d enjoy our wedding day! It's a lovely, large venue that let us be creative with the space!
Ruby Ranch Lodge was such a beautiful venue to host my wedding and there aren't enough kind words to say about the owner, Madelyn. She was the most sweetest person to work with and...
was always willing to answer any questions that I may have had. I'm so happy I chose this venue for my wedding and thank you Madelyn and Ruby Ranch Lodge in making my wedding such a memorable experience.
We absolutely love the Ruby Ranch! We got married here 5 years ago and visit here several times a year! It is both quaint and gorgeous! The owners are so kind and accomdating. This...
place is off the beaten path and a breath of fresh air with today's fast paced world! Already planning our next visit!
This venue was absolutley perfect for our October wedding! It's a FANTASTIC value in comparison to the price of other venues in the area. They do provide tables and chairs to sea...
t approximately 150.00 guests and you are able to have your rehearsal at the venue for an additional cost. We had the veue provide our catering so there was no additional charge but i don't know if they still offer the catering portion. the flexibility of the venue is very nice as we weren't obligated to use their vendors. They do have a bartender should you need one. Jeff is actually quite amazing and I would really suggest hiring him for your event! Adrian is great about answering questions and Madelyn is extremly helpful in helping coordinate the day of events.
This venue isn't one of those all inclusive venues that includes everything you may need on your wedding day, it's more of a canvas that allows you to really make your weddin gwhatever you want it to be. If this is what you have iin mind then this is your place! I can't say enough great things about this venue. My wedding turned out absolutley perfect :)
I found out about Ruby Ranch through a mailer I received when researching wedding vendors. The cost for a Saturday event was MUCH cheaper than most of the venues we saw in Austin. ...
The owner Madelyn was extremely helpful and friendly. The venue itself is beautiful if you are going for an outdoorsy/rustic look.
The day of the wedding was a little hectic since I didn't have a wedding coordinator and it rained so our schedule got thrown off. I didn't ask all of the questions that I should have asked about what help would be available, so some of our guests ended up moving chairs and tearing down the main hall to convert it to the dance floor. My suggestion would be to ask lots of questions so you know exactly who will be responsible for what.
Ruby Ranch is a great value and the owner is very family-oriented!
