Ruddy Events

ocess, and on the day of her and her assistant (Tarynne) were so kind and helpful. She was always thinking two steps ahead, asking questions that my husband and I would have never thought of in a million years. Having Jazmine and Tarynne there day of helped our day run smoothly while my husband and I were able to enjoy the day together with our loved ones.

our reception my wife and I were not bothered once, Jaz took care of everything imaginable. 10/10, available for all our questions and concerns as well. Ruddy events team made us feel very comfortable as an LGBT couple, super flexible with any changes made and overall a great addition to our wedding team!

ommunicate my husband and I wanted during our ceremony. At the reception she help set everything up and also took down the decorations. I had a decent sized wedding and everything came out so well. Our families couldn’t stop talking about it! She is organized, communicates well and very easy to work with!

mmunicative and super helpful.  We are grateful to have chose her for our special day. She kept the entire process organized and on schedule. We HIGHLY recommend Jazmine!!

o much easier. Her communication was the best, always quick to respond, totally on top of every detail, and she made sure we felt supported every step of the way. We never had to stress because we knew Jazmine had it all handled or knew we could count on her to answer any questions we had. On the big day, everything went perfectly. The timeline, the vendors, the flow was all executed perfectly. We got to fully enjoy the moment without worrying about anything, which was priceless. She took a huge weight off our shoulders. One of the things we appreciated most is that Jazmine was able to connect with and help our family throughout the day, even the ones that only spoke Spanish. That meant so much to us, and it made our loved ones feel included and taken care of. Her warmth and ability to communicate with everyone made such a difference. She also made sure my husband and I were taken care of and had everything we needed at all times, whether it was a bobby pin or a plate of food! Lastly, and most importantly, what we loved about Jazmine, was her fun & positive personality. Jazmine brought such good energy to every meeting even during crunch time. We genuinely loved having her around & working with her. If you're looking for someone who’s a total pro, an excellent communicator, and just a joy to work with, Jazmine & Ruddy Events is your girl. We feel so lucky to have had her by our side!

ssues at our 150 person wedding and a large part of that was due to Jazmine. She even does the little things like ensuring we had appetizers at our table as she knew we were busy taking photos/greeting guests. She is worth every penny! Thank you for being a part of our special day, Jazmine!

ardest to make sure everything went according to schedule and that all the little wedding details were completed orderly. Thanks to Jazmine we were able to enjoy our wedding day without any stress. We would highly recommend her! Her price was also one of the best deals!

y. We appreciated her kindness and initiative and cannot thank her enough for making our day just how we wanted it (not to mention less stressful!).

late January 2023. She was Nicole's assistant, and she did an awesome job taking over although she was unexpectedly put into such a big role. One star was marked down because in the beginning, it felt that I was initiating and proposing some ideas for coordinating, and the services that I had signed a contract with Nicole could no longer be fulfilled completely. Despite that more collaborative start, on the day of my wedding, I was able to fully rely on Jazmine to triage any questions, keep everyone on the timeline, communicate with my vendors, and set up/break down our venue decor. Jazmine also responded to her emails and texts in a timely manner. Although I did not get to work with Nicole, I feel that her business is in good hands, and I hope it continues to grow with Jazmine.

ortunately, Nicole dropped the ball on almost every aspect of her coordinating duties for my wedding in December. According to her contract, two weeks before the wedding she was to take over as the contact for the vendors. The week of the wedding, I was tracking down the ceremony music vendor because I hadn’t heard from him. The morning of the wedding, my mom had to keep asking her to contact the florist because they were over an hour late. She wasn’t in contact with the vendors or aware of their schedules. She charged us an extra $100 for rehearsal which in her brochure says is included the morning of the wedding. Nicole was supposed to pack up the decorations we brought, however she left right after the ceremony and my mom and my family had to spend time during the reception taking down decorations and packing them and carrying them to the car. I specifically told her that was her job and it’s usual and customary for the coordinator to do it. This was really upsetting that my mom missed half of the reception due to this. Nicole was supposed to be in charge of the timeline, but she left so things didn’t run on time- The cake cutting didn’t happen on time and my mom missed it because she was doing Nicole's job. My photographer had to step in and take over her role as coordinator. Overall she was to coordinate the day and she didn’t. On top of all the unprofessionalism, Nicole had a bad attitude and was rude to my bridal party and family members. I really cannot reccommend Ruddy Coordinating services to any bride, as she caused more harm than good the day of my wedding and no bride deserves that.

ng. She took care of our vendors and followed up with them beforehand. Can't thank you enough Nicole for all the great work you did. 10/10

were very appreciated. Although we technically had her booked for just the month of our wedding, she was communicative and helpful throughout our whole wedding planning process. She provided wonderful recommendations, was incredibly flexible and was very helpful on the wedding day keeping us on schedule! We appreciate Nicole's help so much and highly recommend her :)

e the day off. I simply can’t thank you enough. You truly are the reason I was able to enjoy my wedding. Thank you a million times!

with us a couple of months prior. She met us at our venue twice for a walk through to make sure she heard our vision, just the way we pictured it. She is an empathetic person who wants to help deliver the best service she can for you, to make your day all that you want, without having to worry any step of the way. And this is what our experience was. The day of our wedding was so peaceful and FUN! Even with the minor hiccups, she handled it and left us to be present with one another and our guests. Our wedding day flowed so beautifully and she made sure everything happened and was in place as we wanted, that was within her control. Our guests are still saying what a good vibe it was! We’re grateful for you Nicole and had such a great experience working with you. She’s on top of communication, attention to details, and professional in her manner. Thank you thank you thank you!

the wedding planning process. Before hiring Nicole I was anxious about how my wedding would come together. After meeting with her, I felt so much more relieved and excited for the day. The rehearsal went over so smooth thanks to her guidance. The day of the wedding went off without a hitch, she helped set up beautifully and made adjustments due to the wind and venue. Everything was absolutely perfect and a dream come true and a lot of that was because of Nicole and her amazing attention to detail and time management. I highly recommend Ruddy Events if you need day of coordinating to bring everything together on your special day!

commodating and patient with us the entire time. She was knowledgeable, and helped direct us to numerous vendors. She primarily served as our day-of coordinator, and ensured everything went according to the itinerary she created. Although a few hiccups occurred throughout the day, from our mariachi group arriving late to our wedding ceremony to the bundtini party favors not being picked up when they should have, Nicole helped us make everything work. Our wedding day turned out to be beautiful, and incredibly fun for our entire family! Nicole also helped us in setting up the reception venue, as well as take everything down after the evening was over. I would absolutely recommend Nicole as a wedding planner and day-of coordinator!

ond and was extremely reliable. Would highly recommend her!

e sure everything was running on time and to take care of hiccups. She helped send out my timeline to all of the vendors. And made sure everyone was on the same page. I had her do a few things the day off to make sure our set up the night before was perfect and candles were lit and things were given to the correct people. During the reception of course hiccups happened but she had them all covered and told me not to worry and she’ll take care of it. She checked up on my mom a few times to make sure everything was good too! She was on top of my MOHs to see if I was good and needed anything and to change to my party dress. Everything was amazing! I didn’t need to stress about anything! Thank you Nicole for your hard work it didn’t go unnoticed! I will be recommending you to everyone I know!
