Her communication was the best, always quick to respond, totally on top of every detail, and she made sure we felt supported every step of the way. We never had to stress because we knew Jazmine had it all handled or knew we could count on her to answer any questions we had.
On the big day, everything went perfectly. The timeline, the vendors, the flow was all executed perfectly. We got to fully enjoy the moment without worrying about anything, which was priceless. She took a huge weight off our shoulders.
One of the things we appreciated most is that Jazmine was able to connect with and help our family throughout the day, even the ones that only spoke Spanish. That meant so much to us, and it made our loved ones feel included and taken care of. Her warmth and ability to communicate with everyone made such a difference. She also made sure my husband and I were taken care of and had everything we needed at all times, whether it was a bobby pin or a plate of food!
Lastly, and most importantly, what we loved about Jazmine, was her fun & positive personality. Jazmine brought such good energy to every meeting even during crunch time. We genuinely loved having her around & working with her.

late January 2023. She was Nicole's assistant, and she did an awesome job taking over although she was unexpectedly put into such a big role. One star was marked down because in the beginning, it felt that I was initiating and proposing some ideas for coordinating, and the services that I had signed a contract with Nicole could no longer be fulfilled completely. Despite that more collaborative start, on the day of my wedding, I was able to fully rely on Jazmine to triage any questions, keep everyone on the timeline, communicate with my vendors, and set up/break down our venue decor. Jazmine also responded to her emails and texts in a timely manner. Although I did not get to work with Nicole, I feel that her business is in good hands, and I hope it continues to grow with Jazmine.

ortunately, Nicole dropped the ball on almost every aspect of her coordinating duties for my wedding in December. According to her contract, two weeks before the wedding she was to take over as the contact for the vendors. The week of the wedding, I was tracking down the ceremony music vendor because I hadn’t heard from him. The morning of the wedding, my mom had to keep asking her to contact the florist because they were over an hour late. She wasn’t in contact with the vendors or aware of their schedules. She charged us an extra $100 for rehearsal which in her brochure says is included the morning of the wedding.
Nicole was supposed to pack up the decorations we brought, however she left right after the ceremony and my mom and my family had to spend time during the reception taking down decorations and packing them and carrying them to the car. I specifically told her that was her job and it’s usual and customary for the coordinator to do it. This was really upsetting that my mom missed half of the reception due to this. Nicole was supposed to be in charge of the timeline, but she left so things didn’t run on time- The cake cutting didn’t happen on time and my mom missed it because she was doing Nicole's job. My photographer had to step in and take over her role as coordinator.
Overall she was to coordinate the day and she didn’t. On top of all the unprofessionalism, Nicole had a bad attitude and was rude to my bridal party and family members. I really cannot reccommend Ruddy Coordinating services to any bride, as she caused more harm than good the day of my wedding and no bride deserves that.

She is an empathetic person who wants to help deliver the best service she can for you, to make your day all that you want, without having to worry any step of the way. And this is what our experience was. The day of our wedding was so peaceful and FUN! Even with the minor hiccups, she handled it and left us to be present with one another and our guests. Our wedding day flowed so beautifully and she made sure everything happened and was in place as we wanted, that was within her control. Our guests are still saying what a good vibe it was! She primarily served as our day-of coordinator, and ensured everything went according to the itinerary she created. Although a few hiccups occurred throughout the day, from our mariachi group arriving late to our wedding ceremony to the bundtini party favors not being picked up when they should have, Nicole helped us make everything work. Our wedding day turned out to be beautiful, and incredibly fun for our entire family!

She helped send out my timeline to all of the vendors. And made sure everyone was on the same page. I had her do a few things the day off to make sure our set up the night before was perfect and candles were lit and things were given to the correct people.
During the reception of course hiccups happened but she had them all covered and told me not to worry and she’ll take care of it. She checked up on my mom a few times to make sure everything was good too! She was on top of my MOHs to see if I was good and needed anything and to change to my party dress.
Everything was amazing! I didn’t need to stress about anything! Thank you Nicole for your hard work it didn’t go unnoticed! I will be recommending you to everyone I know!
