essional throughout. The food was SO GOOD - the venue we had chosen didn't have a kitchen available, so they brought in all the food freshly prepared and kept it hot. Our guests were raving about it - they especially loved the brisket (I was personally obsessed with the mac n cheese). My husband is from Texas and I'm from California, so it was an extra sweet choice since it's CA-TX bbq. We loved it and highly recommend, thank you, Jason and team!
