When I first started looking for videographers I kept finding companies who made the videos look so cheesy and I wanted to feel like a movie star...then I found RUFF and I had to book them immediately!!!! We ended up using them for our photographers as well and I can honestly say that I bragged about them to my friends and family almost every day and we hadn't even worked with them yet! My husband and I got married on December 28th, 2018 and it was just magical! The entire RUFF team made the picture/video taking process so easy, we never felt awkward and we had a freakin' BLAST!!! My wife wanted a videographer for our wedding and our friends referred us to this company. Leslie (contact we dealt with) was very responsive, helpful, and friendly. She addressed all of our questions in a timely manner and left no detail out. On our wedding day, Ruff and his team were incredible. Their kind, fun, and professional personalities made them a joy to work with. We cannot wait to see how our video turns out! Will definitely refer this company to others in the future.

There's not enough words to explain how amazing and easy it is to work with RuffMedia. From the initial consultation to our day of the wedding, Leslie and Ruff were very professional and a lot of fun. It was as if they've been our friends for a long time. Especially since they were very accessible via email from the moment we booked them (which was a little more than a year in advance). They made sure to capture every detail and were also very patient in working with us when it came to making decisions. We were able to do a 'romantic short' which is like an engagement shoot but for video and they were so easy to work with and capture a style of video that we loved! They helped us with our vision and even incorporated our dog in the video. On the day of the wedding, we had a different company doing photography (Dustin and Avalon from True Photography) and we quickly saw that Ruff and Leslie were able to work with them easily and efficiently. It almost felt like a bunch of friends hanging out and just taking photos. It definitely made our wedding day fun and easy!! Ruff and Leslie are amazing artists and we are glad we chose them for our wedding! Though we're still waiting on the final video since our wedding was only 2 weeks ago (right before the holidays) we know it will be amazing and are excited to see the final product!! We cannot say enough good things about RuffMedia... They captured our wedding last month... the level of service and quality of work are unbeatable.
