attention was one of RUFFMEDIA’s highlight reels. They used part of a K-pop song that was on the soundtrack of one of my favorite K-dramas. We decided to reach out and Leslie responded. We geeked out about K-dramas over e-mail. I liked how personable she was. Come wedding day, Ruff and Leslie were so professional. With the hustle and bustle of the wedding day, I barely noticed they were there. When we saw our wedding full motion picture, we realized that there were so many moments that were captured that you as the bride or groom missed because you are caught up in the schedule of events. We essentially relived our wedding day through our motion picture. We are so happy with RUFFMEDIA and their work and would recommend them to any bride and groom.

They work so well with the photographer, jumping in and out and collaborating with your photographer so you get the most out of video/photo. They definitely have some of the coolest shots, and camera angles that you don’t see everyday. Ruff and Leslie are so nice and you it feels like you just made a lifelong friend after your wedding (that’s pretty cool). They also cater so well to certain unique things to your wedding. Working with rough is a 5/5 and you should definitely hire them for your wedding!

beginning, so communicative and responsive with quotes and making your custom package and they were so flexible with all the changes that COVID 19 threw at us (including date change). Our videographers were the sweetest guys and so professional. They took everything we wanted into consideration and made the best recaps that really felt like us. I have watched our video soooo many times it came out spectacular. We really couldn't have asked for more! Would 1000% recommend!

When I first started looking for videographers I kept finding companies who made the videos look so cheesy ...
and I wanted to feel like a movie star...then I found RUFF and I had to book them immediately!!!! We ended up using them for our photographers as well and I can honestly say that I bragged about them to my friends and family almost every day and we hadn't even worked with them yet! My husband and I got married on December 28th, 2018 and it was just magical! The entire RUFF team made the picture/video taking process so easy, we never felt awkward and we had a freakin' BLAST!!! I am super pumped to see what they end up giving us because I just know everything will look incredible. I'm so impatient so its killing me to wait, but it will be worth it! We love you guys!! al and a lot of fun. It was as if they've been our friends for a long time. Especially since they were very accessible via email from the moment we booked them (which was a little more than a year in advance). They made sure to capture every detail and were also very patient in working with us when it came to making decisions. We were able to do a 'romantic short' which is like an engagement shoot but for video and they were so easy to work with and capture a style of video that we loved! They helped us with our vision and even incorporated our dog in the video.
On the day of the wedding, we had a different company doing photography (Dustin and Avalon from True Photography) and we quickly saw that Ruff and Leslie were able to work with them easily and efficiently. It almost felt like a bunch of friends hanging out and just taking photos. It definitely made our wedding day fun and easy!!
Ruff and Leslie are amazing artists and we are glad we chose them for our wedding! Though we're still waiting on the final video since our wedding was only 2 weeks ago (right before the holidays) we know it will be amazing and are excited to see the final product!!
