My husband and I visited three local jewelers when we first started our search for our wedding bands after getting screwed over for my engagement ring from Kay's. Plus I knew I wanted to support local and knew we would get amazing quality - and that's best way to describe Rumanoff's is QUALITY. I got a wedding band that has diamonds half way around it to match my engagement ring and my husband got a tantalum, matte, black wedding band since he doesn't like anything fancy or flashy. These rings look so beautiful now that we get to wear them everyday! I visited Rumanoff's several times leading up to the wedding day and each time they happily cleaned and shined my engagement ring (which remember, wasn't purchased there). They even gave me some jewelry cleaner when we went to pick up the bands and also included a free rhodium plating for my engagement ring just for purchasing the bands there. This normally costs $50 but they wanted to include it so my bands would match perfectly when I started wearing the wedding band. Thank you so much to everyone at Rumanoff's - the entire family and staff is truly a delight to work with and I will continue to recommend them to everyone!

Steve and Rumanoff’s are the absolute best!!! My husband purchased my engagement ring with Steve - he was so helpful in guiding my husband to designing the most perfect ring for me. Steve was always there for us - including a crisis a few months before my wedding where my ring got caught on something and ended up bending - I cried once it happened but Steve immediately took action and assured me they would get it fixed ASAP! We love Rumanoff’s so much that we purchased our wedding bands and other accessories through them. I purchased an amazing engagement ring from Rumanoffs. My fiance gets complements everywhere, from everyone, and I get a lot of kudos--which I really owe to Doug Rumanoff. He was fantastic. Perfection is a real thing! My family and I have been customers of Rumanoff's for a while now and have gone there for a number of jewelry related items. We have always had a more than pleasant experience. When it came time to search for the perfect engagement ring, it was only evident that Rumanoff's was the place to go. The best thing about it is the level of care and passion they place into how special you are and how important of a purchase this is. They walked him through the cut, clarity, etc. giving as much education and background as possible. I went back in for a touch up and they treated me like their golden customer. OUTSTANDING! I absolutely loved working with Rumanoff's to design my wife's engagement ring. I specifically worked with Doug Rumanoff, who is a phenomenal jeweler. It's family owned, and brings that sort of flavor, as opposed to a big chain-like national shop. I would highly recommend it to anybody who's looking for an engagement ring or wedding bands. They were very flexible and helpful to my fiance when he was ring shopping.

I have been going to Rumanoff's for jewelry for more than 6 years. It started when my husband purchased my engagement ring there and together we purchased our wedding bands. Rumanoff's will forever be the only place I will purchase fine jewelry. About a year and a 1/2 ago I started my quest for the perfect engagement ring to propose to my girlfriend at the time (now soon to be wife in 5 days!) Leslie, and the full staff were so accomodating and never once pressured me. I didnt feel like I was just another number, I really felt like a valued customer. Needless to say I got the perfect ring for my girl, and we went back and bought both of our wedding bands at Rumanoffs too. My dad and I worked with Leslie to find the perfect ring for my mom for their 35th wedding anniversary that they celebrated at the beginning of the summer. He wanted to make it real special for her, and planned on asking my mom to "marry him again" and renew their vows. Leslie knew exactly what to do. Not only did she work with my very indecisive dad on finding a gorgeous anniversary band, but also rebuilt my moms original engagement ring, and resized his wedding band for the big day. I also should mention the staff worked on the original rings quickly and had them ready for us in 2 days! I'm very traditional when it comes to romance. I've always wanted to be surprised when I got engaged and have no clue what the ring looks like. As a type-A personality that worried me though. What if the ring was ugly? Rumanoff's made it so that I didn't have to worry. With their help my now fiance picked out the most gorgeous ring. It truly is the ring of my dreams. (And the ring setting I'm now seeing pop up on a ton of celebrities!) They went above and beyond when it turned out to be too big for me. We were able to send it back from many states away and have it exchanged for a smaller size. We were so impressed we went back to buy the matching Lieberfarb wedding ring. My fiance is going to be using his grandfather's wedding band and they were able to re-size it for him perfectly. Both Steve and Mike Rumanoff (and the rest of the staff) took such good care of us and helped us design and make exactly what we wanted.
