My daughter got married on Sept 25, 2024 in St Helena, Ca and it was a destination wedding. We hired Run Away with me because of their "all inclusive" option and the reviews that we had read. They exceeded all expectations that we had! There are not strong enough words to describe what an outstanding job they did from the first call until after the wedding helping us load up the bus with our guests and items we needed to take home. Everything they did was perfectly planned and executed. They helped plan the most perfect wedding that exceeded our expectations, helped make the wedding extremely personal (was definitely NOT a one size fits all!) down to minute details, hired and suggested vendors that did beautiful work, and executed a ceremony that was completely flawless! Many many thanks to MaKenna, Kalika, and Stephanie for making our daughter's dream wedding come to life. She has told us that she felt like she was in a movie and that it was the best day of her life. There is no way we could have done it without Run Away with Me team!!

Run Away With Me made our wedding day perfect. We cannot recommend them enough. Whether you're looking to plan a small elegant elopement or Big White Wedding, the Run Away With Me team will make your dreams come true. When my husband and I started planning, we had no idea what we wanted and were daunted by the sheer amount of choices facing us. Kalika and Sarah walked us through each of the decisions before us with astounding industry knowledge, were nonjudgmental about our budget, and struck the perfect balance of keeping us realistic while delivering the positivity and assurance that our wedding day would be everything we ever wanted. They are such experts. As we got closer to the wedding, they would start each planning call with a check-in to be attentive to our stress levels. We left each interaction with them feeling less stressed and more excited than we started, which really allowed us to enjoy being engaged and the wedding planning process as much as possible. On the day of our wedding, Kalika, Sarah, Makenna and Stephanie were superheroes. They absolutely nailed the details -- our tablescapes and bouquets looked straight from our Pinterest inspo pictures! The team was attentive, calm, confident, and sweet -- right there to solve any issue that arose (without even giving a hint that an issue had ever arisen) and able to melt into the background just as easily while the party continued. Not to mention, when our officiant (a family member) backed out last minute, Kalika even stepped in to officiate for us. It was beautiful and we have received so many comments afterwards about how incredible the ceremony was. As a neurotic perfectionist, I was so worried that I wouldn't be able to relax enough to enjoy my wedding day -- but thanks to Run Away With Me I was relaxed, happy, and felt taken care of enough to enjoy a magical day with my new husband and our family and friends. I can say without a doubt that the best decision of our entire wedding planning process was working with Run Away With Me.

From the moment my fiancé had her first call with Run Away With Me we knew that we had found the ideal wedding planners for our Sonoma County wedding. As busy, working individuals we wanted a team that made our lives easier and handled all of the detail work that we wanted off of our plates. RAWM took in all of our requests, questionnaire responses, and notes from calls and orchestrated the perfect wedding day. From ensuring things were all on schedule, to making sure there were drinks and snacks waiting for us after the ceremony, we could not have been more pleased with their services. Best decision was to elope thanks to RWME weddings. The best part was the entire experience. Always one step ahead of me. I felt guided the whole way by Kalika. Beautiful ceremony, ministry, guidance, and delicious cake! Everything went so smoothly, I wasnt nervous at all. We were beyond thankful for the beautifu bouquets and having the whole setup just like we imagined. The photographer was also amazing felt like my personal photographer who knew us. When we turned in our marriage license we even recommended Run Away With Me and the photographer to a couple looking to be married. The team at RAWM was fantastic. They handled everything and more. We did not have to worry about anything other than uploading some design ideas to their portal and talking through little details. Everything else was on them. The vendors they work with are wonderful and we had some amazing photographs done by their resident photographer. They were quick to answer questions and did not hesitate to jump on the phone with us to talk through the wedding. It took a tremendous amount of stress off of us. The wedding day itself was incredible. Everything was to our design, but better and they took care of all the logistics to make sure everything was perfect. Could not have done any of this without them.

RAWM was amazing to work with! I literally showed up to my wedding and had no doubt that everything was going to be as discussed and it was PERFECT! They were exactly what I was looking for when i was looking for an all inclusive planner. They made big decisions feel very easy. Brianne, Sarah and the entire team were amazing to work with. The day of I had no stress and they ushered us and my guests everywhere we needed to be etc. Would 100% recommend them to anyone, especially if a bride doesn't want to deal directly w/ vendors etc. They were great!

My husband and I want to give a 5 star review to Run Away With Me for helping plan our wedding. The entire team at Run Away With Me was exceptionally thoughtful and diligent in their planning / logistics, while being super responsive to our many questions. They removed the stress of planning our wedding. Additionally, I want to call out Sarah, our point of contact and day of lead coordinator, for her help in planning the wedding. She was a hero!!! Run Away With Me brought our wedding vision to life!! The flowers were beyond perfect. The table settings were perfect. Truly everything was amazing. Our friends and family told us this was the best wedding they ever attended. Run Away With Me completely exceeded our expectations.

While other planners made me feel like I wasn't a priority (ignoring calls, taking weeks to email me back) RAWM made me feel so special throughout the whole process. Wedding planning is incredibly stressful, and they made it a breeze. All the staff were incredibly kind during the planning process, and they gave me reminders/tips right before the ceremony. My specific planner Sarah was so compassionate and supportive. I truly love RAWM and could not advocate for them more. The wedding cake was delicious and beautiful. The flowers came directly from all my dreams, and the venue was breathtaking.

I could not be happier about how our elopement played out! Our planners at Run Away with me were attentive, easy to work with, and kind but professional. They laid out simple options and provided everything we needed even though we chose to keep it very simple. On the day of, they kept us as ease, surprised us with amazing details and all we had to do was meet at the location! RAWM brought my dream fairytale wedding to life! I am based in Florida and planned my entire Napa wedding with RAWM. Brianne was excellent at communicating through email and phone calls. Sarah was my day of coordinator along with Kari. They kept everything on schedule and eased my nerves throughout the whole day. Sarah even helped me fix my dress when a button popped off. Stephanie made us feel so comfortable through our photos and the photos turned out amazing! Our wedding day went perfectly and I will cherish the memories forever. Really wanted to rate RAWM 5 stars based on their phenomenal reviews. Unfortunately, after a call with the owner where she said she'd follow up with materials on how to get started and sign a contract, we were ghosted. Follow-up emails ensued but we never heard back. Wishing other couples a better experience with RAWM.

Sarah and the ladies at RAWM were wonderful. They easily picked up on our style and vibe, provided excellent options for venues and vendors, and made the whole process seamless. I need to know all of the things and I ask 1 million questions. Kalika and team were incredibly patient and kind dealing with my neurotic brain and many, many bullet point novel emails. They were so accommodating to any request and extremely responsive. I trusted them fully and they executed flawlessly. Food: A+++ Chef Lisa, WOW. Absolutely incredible. Our guests raved about everything from apps to dessert. When I say raved, I mean "best food I've ever had." That is a period. Not just at a wedding but period. We wanted our food to be different, we wanted our guests to have an elevated experience and Chef Lisa delivered. Everything was outstanding. Her staff was also delightful. Details: I am a detail driven person so leaving everything in their hands made me uncomfortable and boy they blew me out of the water! When I walked into the room and saw the tables, I just about cried. The flowers, the plates, the silverware, the cake... everything was better than I could have imagined. Guys, the silverware. I need to take a moment to discuss the silverware because holy cow. I was like who is getting married right now? Royalty?!? STUNNING. I am not over the silverware, it was so beautiful. I really can't say it enough. They take your vision, your vibe and they make it happen. I kick myself because I stressed my own self out for no reason. They literally think of and handle absolutely everything. So type A friends, let it go - they got you!! It's the little things: My mother passed away so we had a seat saved at the ceremony for her with a rose, which was very lovely. Kalika and team took it a step further and placed a personalized candle for her on our welcome table. Allowing for her presence to be felt at our reception. I had no idea and it was so perfect. That candle meant so much to me. This is what they do, they get to know you and they do all these little things to make everything absolutely perfect. My wife and I felt so special every second of that day because of them. Photography: Our photos are BREATHTAKING! Stephanie is a genius and she is so lovely to work with. My wife was a little nervous about the photos because you have to do a lot of silly stuff you probably wouldn't normally do and Stephanie made her feel so comfortable and confident. We love her!! Last few things... Kalika was our lead planner but she had a previous commitment so she told us she was unable to make it to our wedding. My wife and I were bummed (because we love her) but felt extremely confident in Brianne and Sarah (because they're amazing). Well, Kalika surprised us and showed up! We had grown quite attached to our team so my wife actually cried because she was so happy she was there. Kalika, Brianne & Sarah - thank you so much for making us feel so loved and special. Thank you for making our wedding so absolutely perfect for us in every way. You are all so amazing and we are so grateful. Our wedding was a dream!

Everything was seamlessly coordinated for me so that I could just show up and enjoy the day. From our very first phone call to the end of the wedding day, Run Away With Me was absolutely incredible. We live in the Florida Keys so planning a destination wedding in wine country sounded quite daunting- I came across Run Away With Me researching the area and I’m SOOO happy I went with them. The flowers, the food, the photography, when I say they took care of everything and made the day feel absolutely seamless I mean it! I was all smiles every step of the way. All our guests kept saying this was the best most beautiful wedding they have ever been to lol and I have some honest and opinionated friends haha. We had our wedding at the Robert Young Winery and omg it was just STUNNING. We cannot wait to come back for every anniversary already. I hear so many brides stressing out about all the little details because there are a million little details however the Run Away With Me team already has it all figured out- easy breezy. You can be as hands on or off as you’d like, they are amazingly accommodating. I can’t even begin to describe how GORGEOUS my flowers were, the cake was heavenly, the fresh local food and ingredients were to die for. There wasn’t one moment where I wasn’t gushing over every little detail they thought about. The day was so lovely and stress free- I still can’t stop smiling about it all. We danced and laughed and had the best time. We even rented a little vintage photobooth called Hitch and let me tell you- it was a hit! The cute photobooth strips of pictures we got are the cutest! The Run Away Team was available and ready to answer any questions every step of the way, especially the weeks and days leading up and the day of they were incredible, I really felt like they were my closest friends making sure every angle was paid attention to. If you’re looking to have the most beautiful small wedding or event that you want all your guests to feel loved and welcome you need to go with this company. I wish I could relive our big day over and over again, it really was the best!!!

Brianne and the RAWM team planned an intimate outdoor wedding at Vintners Resort in Santa Rosa for 50 guests. It was PERFECT!! They made the entire process so easy on us, listened to our vision and made it come to life. Their vendors were excellent….everyone from the Photographer (Stephanie, who is incredible) to their Florist (Alison) and DJ (Vaughn) were just great. Cannot recommend runawaywithme enough! Brianne, Sarah P, and, of course, Kalika are actual angels and guided us through every step with such incredible kindness. They were responsive, always available, and so patient with any and every question we had along the way. We would have been so lost without them. The entire RAWM team was phenomenal in making our wedding happen! We cannot say enough for the amount of stress they took off our own shoulders in getting the wedding logistics together. There's not a chance we could have gotten this together on our own, even aside from the relatively short timeframe in which we were looking to get this done. The RAWM crew were responsive by text and email to all our questions, and remained, calm, supportive, and responsive even as we had last-minute realizations for scheduling changes and adjustments. The entire day went off without a hitch, and we had a gorgeous ceremony in a beautiful venue with a lovely backdrop. Each of the vendors working through RAWM also did a wonderful job in executing their roles. We can't recommend RAWM enough!

We wanted a no stress wedding/elopement in Napa. I started thinking I could do it myself and then realized that Run Away With Me had already done all the legwork. The venue, the location, the photographer, the cake, and the flowers were all perfect. I swear they even had a hand in making sure the weather was perfect too. It was so easy and no stress at all. This group has weddings handled! My husband and I were looking for a no fuss event and that expectation was exceeded with the Run Away With Me team. While we didn't care too much to be a part of all the details, it was clear from the start that Kalika and her team were capable of creating the wedding of any standard. All our guests have been saying is was the best wedding they've been to. I'm sure they'll say the same thing if you work with this team.

I didn't know much about planning a wedding or where to start, and quickly became overwhelmed with all the different elements in planning a wedding: venue, hair/makeup, photographer, catering, music, alcohol, officiant, florist etc. Lucky for us, RAWM takes care of everything, while you just have to show up. Our wedding planner/day of coordinator was Kalika, who is easy to talk to, we had a getting to know you phone call and we told her we wanted something special and intimate. I appreciated the convenience of communicating by email and the planning portal, with the freedom to be as involved (or not) as I wanted to be. We shared our preferences with venue location, wedding decor style, color scheme, cake flavors and design, food preference, floral likes/dislikes, and some other details/requests. The day of the wedding the hair/makeup artist arrives at my hotel, her name is Charlene and she is so kind and makes me look stunning. We arrived at the venue and it was absolutely amazing, the flowers were blooming, the redwood trees are majestic, the photo ops are endless and I am greeted by a literal team and Kalika, who make me feel well taken care of. I walk down the aisle with the violinist playing a special requested song and there are white rose petals and a beautiful flowery arch, surrounded by my closest family, I'm already crying. Everything is literally perfect. The officiant, Stevi, is amazing, she is passionate and filled with emotion, she is a master with words, and our ceremony is the most emotional heartfelt experience. The photographer Stephanie was great, all the photos were gorgeous and she was a pleasure, she made us feel comfortable and we're having fun with it. The food was delicious and everyone enjoyed it. The cake was beautiful and tasted heavenly. The bouquet and boutonnière were elegant, the flowers are put together beautifully referencing my color scheme of blush, sage, and white. The violinist was amazing, she set the tone for classy and special. Everything went smoothly, stress free and literally perfect. I am so grateful to Kalika and the entire RAWM team for making our wedding one of the happiest days for us! We made the right choice choosing Run Away With Me!

Run Away With Me made our wedding planning so seamless and easy. Our May 2020 wedding, like many others, had to be canceled due to the pandemic, which, of course, was disappointing and could have been a disaster. As busy doctors (my husband works on the front line) in the beginning of the pandemic, managing a wedding would have been impossible for us. But the Run Away With Me staff was immediately responsive and communicative; they took care of everything for us! They postponed and rescheduled our wedding as soon as the venue was allowed to host events in 2021. I can’t imagine how difficult it must have been to manage all of those moving parts! But, it was definitely worth the wait! The wedding and all the details were spectacular and beyond anything I could have done myself. Even the hair and make up artist was scheduled for me and my bridesmaid. Our guests were blown away by the beauty of the event. The venue, wine, food, etc. were top notch. We literally just had to show up and be present in our hearts for our wedding day.

We loved working with Kalika & her team at RAWM. Kalika was extremely helpful throughout the planning process and it was a great balance between being clear on deadlines but not pushy about things that weren't pressing yet. We talked about details that mattered to us but the rest was handled with little hassle. Due to COVID restrictions, we weren't able to taste or see things beforehand but Kalika had great suggestions for us based on the vision we had and what we wanted. She was flexible when we couldn't make up our minds and everything was really easy. Leading up to the wedding, we weren't worried or stressed - just had to show up! We were also able to relax at the wedding and be in the moment with our friends and family because the team at RAWM had everything organized and flowing beautifully. It was seamless and the wedding of our dreams! Even better than anything we could've imagined. All of our guests still talk about what a wonderful wedding it was & how they had an amazing time. RAWM - The Run Away With Me (RAWM) team was extremely enjoyable to work with, especially in a challenging time to host an event! Their onboarding process, proposal portal, and event portal were very intuitive and helpful. Their fixed price model creates peace of mind and simplifies the financial side of planning a wedding. Kalika – Kalika, our planner/day-of coordinator was amazing! It only took like 4 inspirational photos and one phone call for her to digest, envision, and co-create our dream wedding. Leading up to our wedding, she partnered with the venue coordinator to ensure that both sides were always on the same page. On the big day, she did a great job of keeping everything on time, making it feel easy, and doing it with a smile! Vendors – Our officiant, photographer, hair/makeup stylist, DJ, and shuttle drivers were all extremely professional, punctual, highly skilled, and pleasant to be around. It was evident that most of our vendors work events for RAWM on a consistent basis. The collaboration and familiarity made it feel like one team, led by Kalika and RAWM! WOW Factor – Both our wedding guests and friends that have seen pictures, described our wedding as a “dream” and a “vibe”. My wife and I described our wedding as “effortless perfection”. The RAWM team, with help from the venue team, made all that possible! Highly Recommend - Planning our wedding was simple, fun, and very low stress, thanks to RAWM. My Husband and I eloped just the 2 of us a week ago without telling anyone! It was the best decision we could of made. It has been a stressful year for everyone and we had to reschedule our wedding twice. I am so beyond thrilled I found Run away with me weddings and chose to elope with them. My then fiance' found RAWM for our elopement ceremony. We started working on the details with Kalika and we immediately knew we were in excellent hands. Zero stress, all done by email. Very reasonably priced for an all inclusive day of magic where we really just had to show up! Jessica my stylist, was a doll to hang out with and she effortlessly transformed me into a pin up princess, I never gave my hair or makeup another thought. I was comfortable and gorgeous all day and night. Sarah was our day of coordinator and photo shoot assistant. She was a true pro handling every single thing, keeping it all running with ease, even texted me some preview photos that night. A truly lovely person to work with. Kalika was also our gracious officiant and she customized a beautiful ceremony for us that made it all feel so very personal. Stephanie was our photographer and we cannot say enough about how great she was. With her sparkling "bedside" manner, she was a blast to work with and made an hour of shooting a real blast, time just flew by. And her photos were STUNNING! Aces all around with this team!! You cannot go wrong choosing them. An absolute storybook day.

My husband and I booked Run Away With Me at the beginning of the year, pre-COVID, hoping for a stress-free wedding planning experience. Man, did we get it! Not only did the pandemic hit, we had to change venues twice, the second time to a completely different city because of wildfires only a week before our wedding date. Kalika and Britt helped us switch everything over, including our hotel for all of our guests. They were beyond helpful in the final hours leading up to the wedding. Our new venue was stunning, the flowers were beautiful, our dinner was customized and absolutely delicious, our photographer, Stephanie, was SO fun and easy to work with, and every last detail we had hoped to have was there - Kalika and her team made sure of it. During a year that could have derailed our wedding completely, Run Away With Me never let us doubt we could pull off the wedding of our dreams. We had the most perfect day, with the most perfect photos as evidence, because of Kalika, Britt, Sarah, and Stephanie.

I still don't have the words to describe our Elopement.... It honestly was magical. It was so much better than I imagined. My husband and I had originally planned to get married in Michigan at the courthouse then have a large reception with our families. Well, Covid-19 ruined our travel plans and due to gathering restrictions we weren't allowed to have more than 20 guests and we all had to wear masks and be spaced apart. Not to mention that some of my family from other states were afraid to travel. My husband and I decided to Elope and we stumbled upon RAWM and I adored their website. When I spoke to Kalika I was blown away by her professionalism and laid back attitude. I had so much anxiety during these uncertain times and she made me feel so comfortable!!! We stayed 3 nights at the Harvest Inn (you must get the vineyard view suite with a jacuzzi! Seriously the best room I've ever stayed in!!!) and were married there also, underneath some beautiful Redwoods overlooking the vineyards. My husband said he was so very impressed. He said he knew I'd do a nice job making the arrangements, but he just thought we were getting married at "some winery" he didn't realize it would be so beautiful and organized. Kalika took care of everything with only about 6 weeks notice. She got me everything I wanted!!! She even had zoom set up so our friends and family could watch our ceremony and our first dance 😭😭😭 I still become emotional when I look at our wedding photos; Stephanie was absolutely INCREDIBLE!!! Everyone was in awe of our photos! She got all the shots I asked for and then some! They both made it so fun! And Jessica did an amazing job with my makeup! I looked like a celebrity! My husband cried when he saw me!!! Aweeeee! 😭❤️😘 Another highlight was Kalika's recommendation of the French Laundry. By chance my husband and I were able to get reservations and it seriously was the best dining experience we've ever, ever had. Again! We felt and were treated like celebrities! Even the staff at the Harvest Inn remembered our names and congratulated us when we checked in and when we had dinner there. Seriously, hands down, best day of my life!!!! Oh! And we were so very close to the Hennessey Fire! Kalika called us two days before our wedding and let us know that she was keeping an eye on things and would keep us informed about what was going on. She really is a very, very special person and even though we only knew her for a short time, we hold a special place for her in our hearts! Cannot thank RAWM enough for making this day so beautiful and grand!!!!!

When my husband and I planned to elope rather than having a more traditional wedding due to the pandemic, we knew we were compromising on many of our original ideas/goals/wishes. We learned to let go of many wedding luxuries and prepared ourselves for a very bare bones operation. However, RAWM entered the picture (with ~ 5 weeks advanced notice) and proved to us that we could make our elopement as special and luxurious as we wanted it to be! Kalika, our lead planner, coordinated absolutely everything after asking for our input upfront: flowers, bridal hair and makeup, a cake, wine, officiant...the works! This was a double-edged sword for my husband and me, who generally like being involved with details/plans each step of the way. There was a fantastic sigh of relief when everything ran smoothly and Kalika took such great care and attention to our details. On the day of our elopement, Kalika was warm, inviting, and calm which helped put us (and keep us) at ease. She had incredibly strong communication with our photographer, which helped keep us all on schedule. She set everything up for our ceremony in the absolute perfect way. She tended to my bouquet in between important moments with the photographer. She even used the blazer off of her own back to catch excess water dripping from the stems in my bouquet when she handed it to me fresh out of the vase for the first time....who does that?!! It was honestly one of the greatest displays of care we had that day and it spoke volumes about how attentively RAWM focuses on each of their couples/events on their special days. We're so grateful to RAWM for helping us incorporate many traditional wedding elements into our elopement. It made us feel like we weren't missing a thing!

We could not have asked for a better experience. With only a months notice they planned a dream micro wedding/elopement for us. The decorations, the food, my bouquet, it was all bridal magazine worthy. Kalika was so accommodating and went above and beyond. Stephanie was such a sweetheart to work with and captured the most beautiful moments of our day. All of the staff was so patient with the five kiddos (ages 3-6), and it was so heartwarming to see their little faces light up from the kindness they were shown. We want to relive our day over and over.

Run Away With Me offers a wonderful service that we would recommend to anyone. Both of us wanted to elope quickly, yet were pretty uninformed about how to do it. Kalika was our wedding planner and handled everything easily and efficiently. She told us which decisions we needed to make and executed them. All we needed to do was show up with our license! Kalika was also our officiant and did a great job. Run Away With Me offered unique elements like the wine box ceremony and catered to our personal touches. Stephanie was an awesome photographer. Our photography session was fun! We have received an enormous number of compliments on the ceremony and we attribute that largely to Run Away With Me. They took the stress out of wedding planning and allowed us to focus our energy on celebrating. Run Away With Me exceeded our expectations by far. Beyond a shadow of a doubt we would highly recommend them!

Thank you so much again RAWM for such a wonderful & unforgettable wedding! It was way beyond (as in way beyond times 100!) our expectations! The setup and music were just magical! The band’s rendition of the songs Something and Beautiful Day were absolutely brilliant. The cake and bouquet were just.... omg... It was mesmerizing... it is the most beautiful and elegant I’ve ever seen in real life (and in photos!). Sarah, our on-the-day wedding coordinator, did such an excellent job. She handled everything with such finesse. We appreciated you being there for us ‪24/7‬! Shot out to Stephanie, our photographer. The pictures are amazing... we can’t stop praising your work as you captured all the best moments and background! Everyone looked so beautiful. You are just gifted! We loved how you just made us comfortable and how seamlessly you made us laugh/smile the entire time. Your enthusiasm was infectious. And to Katie, our make-up artist! I hope I spelled her name correctly. Everyone was complimenting Katie’s work on my hair and makeup! Thanks again for the lipstick! To Kalika, our lead planner, thank you for the amazing prep work! I truly truly loved working with you. We had such an amazing time. We both were so happy during the wedding day we didn’t want it to end. Our experience with Run Away With Me was more than we ever expected. From the very first phone conversation that I had with them I knew they were going to be our wedding planners. We had an Elopement Destination Wedding and got married on Valentines Day 2020 in Sonoma CA. They truly made all our wedding plans so simple and easy. They completely took away the stress of planning and made our experience amazing! They guide you through the entire process from A to Z without you having to stress over anything. How amazing are they? Well, funny story. I forgot my wedding shoes! What am I going to do? I text our wedding planner Kalika at 5:30 a.m. She responds with, what size are you? I'm a size 7 so she responds: Hmmm... I'm an 8 but let me ask around and see if we can find you some awesome something borrowed shoes. What does your dress look like? All I can say to myself is WOW! I am beyond grateful and thankful for such caring and amazing staff! Needless to say that my now husband had some time to kill while I got my hair and makeup done for the big day. He went shopping and found me the perfect wedding shoes. I would do it all over again in a heartbeat and that is why I totally recommend Run Away With Me!

Everything about this company is amazing. They created a personalized and heavily detailed elopement with less than 10 days notice. My husband and I work insane hours and it was incredible to have someone else take care of all the planning and simply show up the day of. We could not have been happier with the vendors, the decor, the photos, our coordinator, and all of the little extras along the way. I cannot say enough how impressed we were with the team’s professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail. I would recommend RAWM for your wedding without hesitation!

This is such a good team that work with you in every detail with fast response. Giving less than a month notice for planning, they did such a good job helping me out with every aspect. The venue was decorated very nice, lovely and fresh. Food and cake were very fresh and tasteful. The wines are well selected. My day was a busy day at the vineyard but they still arranged very well. All my guests were very happy with amazing photos. I can't say enough to thank my coordinator Kalika and photographer Stephanie! That beautiful day still pops up to my mind from time to time just like yesterday. I highly recommend!

This crew goes above and beyond. My heart reaches out to them for going through the wild fires and now through covid 19. My coordinator Kalika managed to pull off the happiest day of our life and still make it wonderful. The vendors cared for our safety and followed health procedures to the T. Everything was beautiful, food and cake was delicious, make up and hair was flawless, and photos made me look like a supermodel. We went to the Santa Rosa DeLoach vineyard and it was gorgeous, the whole sonoma county is gorgeous. I can't thank this group enough and I highly highly suggest everyone for everyone to go book their wedding with them.

It can be quite intimidating planning a destination wedding, however, we had an excellent experience with Run Away with Me. Everything was seamless, effortless and exceeded all expectations. Kalika was extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating. We always felt comfortable reaching out and were met with a quick and warm response. On the day of the wedding Kalika made sure everything was executed to plan and tied it all together beautifully. Every vendor they chose, from the make-up artists to the officiant made us feel special. A wedding is supposed to be one of the greatest days of your life and Run Away with Me made that a reality. Run Away With Me, made our wedding day exactly what we had dreamed it to be. We wanted a private, intimate and romantic elopement in Napa Valley and they delivered. It was stress free (how many brides can say that?) as they had great communication and really understood our vision. They handled everything! All we had to do is show up with dress, tux and rings. I can't thank them enough for making our wedding a dream come true.

My husband and I eloped to Sonoma and RAWM handled everything for us from booking the venue, arranging the hair/make up artist, finding the officiant, to other details (i.e. flowers, photography, cake). Kalika (wedding coordinator) and Stephanie (photographer) were consummate professionals and made sure everything went smoothly. It was wonderful to just show up and get married!
