Being able to see everything come together in advance made the planning process so much less stressful and helped us feel confident in every detail. Even better, they have a huge selection of décor available, and they actually help decorate for you — which was a total game changer. Megan and Jess were beyond amazing to work with. They were so kind, organized, and genuinely invested in making sure everything was perfect for us. They made the entire process feel easy and enjoyable, and we truly felt taken care of from start to finish. Everything came together beautifully, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate. Highly, highly recommend to anyone looking for a gorgeous venue with an incredible team behind it!

We hired Mission bbq from catering list, not one person had leftovers on their plates! DJ Christopher Bucci deserves a BIG shoutout. I didn’t hire a coordinator, so he kept everything running so smoothly! Great choice in music set list too! Bartending we hired Thirsty Philly, top notch professional service! All of my guests really enjoyed the bar! My makeup artist was Becca Haines, she gave me a “natural glam” look and it turned out perfectly! She does beautiful work, especially if you love looking flawlessly airbrushed!  My hairstylist was one of my personal friends, she was amazing! Just overall the best experience and night of both our lives! 

ifully renovated barn, we knew! it had everything we were looking for and more! the simple fact that they had both the indoor and outdoor ceremony options were enough for us! trust me we needed in not knowing what weather we would get the first week of november… Megan communicated very well the entire process. no matter how silly our question was, she had an answer! this venue offered ALL of our decor needs! the only things we brought in were the simple things we wanted to tie details together. the fact that we didn’t have to decorate a single thing was amazing! they also provided us with a list of preferred vendors in which we used three of them! we had the best time with the Walltenders, DJ Chris B., and the Helping Hands!  We couldn’t believe the turnout we had! Thank you for everything you all did to make our night so special!

erfect answer! They took care of literally EVERYTHING. Decorating, set-up, extra stash items to add extra touches, they handled all of it, alleviating so much off my plate as well as my bridal party. This aspect was the cherry on top of having an absolutely breathtaking venue. We got married 10.26.2025 and had a gorgeous fall backdrop at the farm. We had kids at our wedding and being out on the farm where they could run around outside or make as much noise as they wanted added extra peace of mind not only to us but the parents as well. Megan and her crew couldn't have been sweeter. We also got to do a mock setup back in January and it was such a sweet moment to share with my matron of honor, mom, and mother-in-law. We had such a fun time on that day and created memories we will cherish forever! I couldn't recommend Running Horse Farm more for the perfect all in one venue for a truly beautiful venue and staff that goes above and beyond to make your day go smoothly and look stunning!

vel. Oh and the amazing stash of decor they provide. I barely had to bring anything. We had a Friday wedding, so by default we got Thursday and utilized that for our rehearsal dinner. Megan is so accommodating. The response time is great, we weren’t left waiting for answers. Their website has a list of preferred vendors and we ended up choosing most of our vendors from the website. And we got super lucky because everyone who ended up working together, works together frequently. The venue is beautiful. The bridal suite was perfect for all of our stuff. I couldn’t even imagine having my wedding anywhere else. I don’t think anyone would have taken care of us the way Megan and all our other vendors did. I recommend them 120% again and again. 

ng the entire process and cannot believe how beautifully they decorated the barn excatly how I wanted. The entire place was so clean and their landscaping was beautiful!! Their barn is handicap accessible with an elevator to the top floor. All of my guests had a blast and I would love to have a party there in the future. The decor that is included with the venue is stunning and a huge relief off of a bride's shoulders who doesn't like to decorate, like me. All of the staff were lovely to work with and the venue has recently upgraded the outdoor ceremony site which was beautiful and romantic. We highly recommend this beautiful venue for your wedding!

married. When they tell you that they have decorations, they mean it. We bought maybe three decorations that we wanted and every single other decor item came directly from them. They even set it up for us!!! Our wedding was nothing short of amazing and beautiful thanks to them!

We got non-stop compliments from our guests…even from the grumpy uncle who usually never notices anything! :P

iews are incredible - the fields, flowers, and grape vineyards outside, and it’s just as stunning inside. I still can’t get over how dreamy the upstairs reception area is with the string lights. I wish we do our wedding day over and over again! I’ve heard from several of our guests that it was the best wedding they’ve ever attended and I know that’s in large part due to this incredible space. The other thing that really sealed the deal when looking for a venue was the inventory of decor available for us to use! It gave us a nice break in the budget to not have to purchase our own decor and even more appealing was that the staff set it up for us exactly as was requested so that I could enjoy a low stress morning with my sisters. We had to wait a year longer than we had originally planned so that we could have an October wedding here, but it was so worth the wait! I would have waited ANOTHER year if I had to - it’s just THAT perfect. Thank you so so much Megan, and your whole staff, you truly offer something so special and so beautiful!

ish! When my husband and I originally toured the venue, the owner shared the family history of the barn and how him and his wife (Megan) converted it in to the venue it is today. I don’t know why that stood out to me so much, but it was very genuine and I appreciated it. Megan and her sister Jessica are the same way. They were so kind and helpful throughout the entire process. Trust me… if you are planning a wedding, this goes a longgg way! A bonus to this venue is that it includes tables and decorations in the rental price. They even go an extra step and welcome their brides and grooms to do a mock set up with all their decorations. I had a vision in my head what I wanted but when I looked at my mock trial pictures a week before my wedding, I decided I didn’t like what I put together anymore. I told Jessica my vision and when I showed up to my rehearsal, the set up/decorations were PERFECT! I was worried that the venue would be “too rustic” but I was literally obsessed with what she put together! Seriously I could go on and on but overall I am so grateful I chose this venue. Thank you RHF team for making the day so special! You guys are amazing!

d Jess from the RHF were so helpful during the planning process answering all our questions and giving us advice on things that we were unsure about. They went above and beyond to help with all the preparations for our big day and were very quick to respond whenever we reached out. Their wedding décor stash was a bride’s dream come true! RHF not only having such a large stash of decor to accommodate a wedding of 150, enough to decorate the ceremony and reception space, but using their decor for our wedding day part of the venue rental. This was one less expense and task for which we were very thankful! RHF has a Brides Facebook page that allows you to ask questions to past/future RHF Brides, recommended vendors, and the owners of the venue which was a HUGE help to see others day-of décor, seating charts, and what venues others loved. Thank you, Running Horse Farm, for making our big day magical we are so happy we chose RHF to celebrate the start of our next chapter!

The décor they offer as part of the package was great to add to what we brought in. Overall the venue was exactly what we were looking for and would highly recommend!
