Emily Rohrer at Runway Events Orlando was the magical wedding godmother that we never knew we needed. She went above and beyond to work with us (and our families) to design and plan a dream wedding! She even helped us plan the rehearsal dinner and post wedding brunch. ALL of this while she was pregnant and she still didn't miss a beat! She was always available for quick text messages or quick calls to ease a very anxious and stressed out (from work) bride-to-be. Unlike most ladies, i didn't really have a specific or detailed idea of what i wanted the big day to look like, neither did my husband. All we knew was what we didn't like, how we wanted to feel, how we wanted our guests and family to feel. Emily and the rest of the design team was able to use this information and carefully craft the wedding day, perfectly! Emily and the rest of the team were absolutely amazing the day of! The whole day was a dream! They worked tirelessly to make sure every detail was on point and everyone was having a great time. Even months after the wedding, we're still getting compliments from our guests about how beautiful the ceremony was, how breathtaking the reception was, and how much fun they had the whole day.

Runway events with absolutely amazing. My wedding planner was Cristina and I have to say she did an amazing job. She made the whole process easier and helped me with everything I needed. She was always there for me throughout my planning process, reminded me of the things I had to do as well as provided me with a checklist so I could stay organized. Cristina made sure my special day ran smoothly and took care of everything. I couldn’t imagine my day being as wonderful as it was without her and her team. I highly recommend runway events if you are getting married. They will make your day perfect.

As a Type-A bride, I was wondering if hiring a planner was worth it but let me tell you, Runway was THE BEST decision I made in the planning process. They made every meeting as fun and stress-free as possible. They made sure to reassure me and answer any questions I had through the planning process. I have been in about 5 weddings in the last two years and my own wedding day was the least stressful! Lexie and her team handled every little fire that happened leading up to the wedding & the day of and I was able to just enjoy it! They managed our crazy crew & made sure everyone and everything was where it needed to be. Lexie also helped both my Husband and I to surprise each other on the wedding day & made sure the timing of both events was perfect. Runway has the best vendor friends & connections and each vendor we hired that they recommended were the absolute best. Now I’m trying to think of another party I can throw just to work with Runway and Lexie again

Cristina and her team were absolutely amazing! Our big day went very smoothly. Cristina helped us plan our day from start to finish. She was so organized and very responsive. She was so thoughtful and caring as well and even helped me secure my veil since our wedding day was windy! She also made sure we got all of our belongings back into our room at the end of the night. We are so happy we chose Runway and would 100% recommend!

Kayla with the runway botanic was so awesome to work with. She listened to our vision and captured it perfectly. From rehearsal dinner to wedding day the floral was impeccable. Working with Kayla and her team was seamless and I would highly recommend.

Our wedding planner was Shay and she was the absolute best. An amazing person to work with, she really cared about the details and made our wedding day truly magical. We could have done it without her. She kept in touch with all our vendors and made the process just seamless. The services from Runway Events were just flawless! Highly recommend. Love you Shay!!!

Perfect execution is an understatement. Sophia from runway events was our planner for the last year and a half and she did not disappoint. From the moment we met Sophia it was an instant connection and felt like a friendship we’ve had for years which made the planning process so much more fun and enjoyable. Sophia’s attention to detail and having our backs with vendors was incredible and greatly appreciated. She definitely went above and beyond for us but that seems to be the norm with Sophia and runway events. The wedding day was PERFECTLY executed down the the T and we couldn’t be more grateful. This was the best money we spent and we’d do it a million times over if we had to. Sophia thank you a ton. We appreciate you and will continue to recommend you in the future.

I hired Runway with less than 4 months to plan my wedding. Spoiler alert...we pulled it off! Working with Sophia kept me calm and organized each step of the way. She is just as sweet as they come! Definitely the calming energy you want to be surrounded by for your wedding. I was so impressed with the whole Runway team on our big day and I cannot imagine doing it without them!

Hiring Runway was the best decision we made! We hired them for the day of coordinator service, and it made everything run SO smoothly! Cristina and her team made my wedding go off without a hitch, and we really appreciated having them there! Would highly recommend Runway Events, we don’t know what we would’ve done without them being there and making sure in the months leading up to the wedding that we had everything in order that we needed to!

I cannot say enough good things about Runways Events! They were there for us for everything we needed and they kept our planning on track! Our planner, Lexie, is a genuinely kind, energetic, and loving individual. She listened patiently, understood our dreams and goals, and delivered more than we could have possibly imagined! It was truly the best day of our lives and we could not have done it with our Runway and Lexie! All of my bridesmaids and family could not stop commenting on how wonderful Lexie and the whole Runway team was. I have already recommended them to several of my friends getting married. I don’t even know where to begin… I am in AWE of how absolutely amazing, compassionate, kind, hard working, and loving this company and their planners and floral team are! I keep telling everyone that from day 1, I felt absolutely supported. I did the 6 month from the wedding package and every step of the way, Sarah had my back. Come wedding day, they did not disappoint. Florals, absolutely amazing. Legit had tears in my eyes when Kayla brought me my bouquet. It’s like she knew exactly what I wanted, and granted, we only shared a few pictures and spoke on the phone a couple times. She just knew. And Sarah, Lexi, and Lexa on wedding day, HELD IT DOWN. It poured, I mean monsooned, all day. Without them, I don’t think the wedding would have gone as perfectly as it did. Sarah was literally drying my feet and the bottom of my dress all night. She is an actual angel on earth. Lexi saved me from getting hit by bird poop. Seriously. Lol I never once knew what time it was all day. I didn’t have to think about what needed to be done, they were on top of it all. The guys, the families, the girls, the vendors, the set up, the break down, everything. I tell everyone that without them, it wouldn’t have gone so smoothly. What a dream. We will forever be thankful for the humans that they are and how much they love what they do. We had the wedding of our dreams and they were a HUGE part of it. I can never thank them enough!

We had an incredible experience with Runway. Our planner Amy as well as their floral team helped bring our big day to life and it was better than we ever could have imagined. The communication was amazing, so easy to keep up with, and was hands down the best investment we made in our wedding planning. Not only did they make sure everything ran and looked beautifully everybody could not stop raving about how great they were. They were so much fun to hang out with on top of everything else. Highly highly recommend.

Runway Events were absolutely incredible! I could not recommend a better company. Our coordinator, Emily, was on top of everything. She handled talking to the vendors, researching pricing, and making sure everything was aligned and perfect. Emily answered all of my emails and texts in a timely manner. We knew she was always there for us! On the day of the event, Heather did an amazing job! The team made everything run smoothly. Everything down to the details was thought about and meticulously executed. The entire wedding just flowed seamlessly because of them! Also, the Runway Floral Fairies were amazing! They brought our floral vision to life and made it even better than we ever imagined.

We are so happy that we decided to hire Runway to help with our wedding! Amy was incredible and our wedding exceeded all expectations!

I don't even know where to begin describing how amazing the Runway Events team was, specifically our planner Sophia. Our wedding would absolutely not have been as incredible as it was without Sophia there! She literally never missed a beat from our first conversation in the planning process, to the end of our wedding night. Our wedding day was absolutely perfect and we didn't have to worry about a thing - all we had to do was enjoy our day! Sophia is so talented, organized, knows exactly what is best and has great advice when we needed it, and she is so friendly and fun! She was so patient with our friends and family, especially our little niece and nephew, making sure they make it down the aisle. We spent so much time laughing and enjoying our day with Sophia, it was like having another friend celebrating with us, while she also took care of every last detail. The entire Runway team is incredible, if you are even considering them do not hesitate for a second! They were worth every penny and more. Thank you Sophia and Runway!!!!!!

We booked the full planning package with Runway Events roughly over a year before our set wedding date so we have worked with our planner Amy S. for the greater part of a year. Throughout the whole planning process Amy was excellent! She helped coordinate everything between the vendors while doing her best to keep us within budget! I felt like all I really had to do was do the final approvals. For someone who hates planning anything, she made what would’ve been a very stressful time feel like a breeze! Amy is super personable, very organized and overall great to work with! She is also readily available and easy to get in touch with! This was very important for us since we both work night shift and have inconsistent schedules! During the day of the wedding, Amy handled every thing to make sure that our big day went on without a hitch. She coordinated the rental set up, vendor arrivals, and managed everything so that the only left for us to do was enjoy our big day! Amy helped make all our wedding day dreams come true and I can definitely say that our wedding day went by perfectly!

We hired runway on the recommendation of a friend who had used their month of services. We used their full planning services and were paired with Amy. From March 2020 till our wedding in October of 2021 I could text email call Amy with any issues concerns complaints ANYTHING. She always responded and helped to quickly resolve any issue I had. She helped us find the perfect venue, went with me to pick my wedding dress, helped with the budget. Really anything and everything. She helped me with the pros and cons of each wedding exit when I was randomly stressed about it. Fast forward to the day of- I don’t think our day would have been so magical if it weren’t for Amy. She picked up panty hose when my MIL forgot them. She helped me go the the bathroom in my wedding dress multiple times - they say full service they mean it. Her team made sure our dog Sunny was taken care of. Not to mention the several things she took care of that I didn’t know until several weeks after the wedding. If you are getting married I’m telling you hire runway and get a wedding planner she helped bring my vision to left made sure me and my husband had drinks and food and enjoyed the day. Runway also stands by their promises and any issue with them can be worked out. 10/10 would recommend

Lexie and heather were absolutely incredible to work with. I know the wedding was a success because of their hard work and professionalism. I have recommended them to so many people in such a short amount of time because they are INCREDIBLE. I miss working with them, that’s how much I enjoyed them. I can only hope every bride is as lucky to have such an incredible team to work with on their special day

I just want to start by saying that the second best decision I have ever made after marrying my husband Husni was choosing Runway Events to help me plan my DREAM wedding. The team is unbelievable and went above and beyond on wedding day to make sure everything was perfect. Sophia was our wedding planner and my first thought the day after the wedding was I am going to miss her so much. I texted her every day from the moment we met till weeks after our wedding and she was ALWAYS there to respond. The bond we created was truly unique and I felt like was I was talking to one of my closest friends every time. I am so lucky to have had her by my side throughout this entire process and I'm not sure what I would have done without her. She is so professional and so damn good at what she does, she had everyone in awe and I would just respond THATS MY GIRL! My wedding was amazing because of Shay and her runway event team!!! Wow!! Planning during a pandemic was difficult but Shay helped every single step along the way. She guided us during planning and was always quick to respond with answers or advice! During the rehearsal and the day of she gracefully ran the show and my friends and family raves about her the next day. The way she communicated with each family member and friend was so special and supportive of us! I am forever grateful and will never forget the type of service she provided. I would 10/10 recommend her and her amazing team. If I ever have another event that large I will definitely be calling Shay!

You guys!! Runway Events was THE best decision. Not only did they have the exact package I wanted (not to mention for a great price), the girls who assisted me on my big day felt like my best friends. Emily, Cristina, Lexie and Norma... I can't thank you enough. The extent to which you cared for my husband and I and all our guest was incredible. I knew you guys were good, but you all surpassed my expectations. Thank you, thank you! Sarah from Runway Events was more than 100% perfect! We could not have had a better planner. She was A+, and we all feel we could not have successfully managed this wedding without her. She made us feel like everything we asked of her was her pleasure to complete. Her enthusiasm was infectious and felt absolutely genuine. She stayed with us throughout the process, answering every email, text, call immediately and addressing every concern. She kept us calm. We always felt she had everything under control, and she did! She attended to every single detail and then some. We have nothing but the highest praise for the work that Sarah did for us and for her personality. Runway Events has an extremely professional, meticulous, top-notch employee in Sarah. We couldn't have asked for more. Sarah exceeded every expectation! Norma was a terrific assistant on the day of the wedding! They both made us feel like they couldn't do enough for us. Our wedding had many unique moving parts and the rain added additional challenges. Everything was handled without a hitch. I felt so comfortable leaving the wedding day hurdles in their capable hands.

Words can’t describe how amazing Sophia and her team were. With Covid, we had to change our date a few times and they worked with us throughout the entire time. They made sure our special day was perfect from beginning to end. Hiring Sofia from Runway was the best thing we could have ever done & worth every penny! Having Lexie on the day of the wedding to assist me was such a blessing. She was amazing and couldn’t imagine my day without her. Sophia and Lexie were the perfect team for us. I would highly recommend any couple to hire them to eliminate any stress or anxiety you might have with your wedding. We were able to enjoy our wedding without having to worry about a single thing! Our guests also noticed all the details and appreciated everything being on schedule. We could not have had a perfect wedding without them and we owe the world to them. Thank you so much!

I’m so thankful that we got Runaway in our wedding! Shay and her team are the greatest of all time!! I didn’t have to worry about anything and everything went so smoothly!!! Our wedding day was as perfect as we could ever imagined and we have Runway Events to thank for making sure everything ran so smoothly! From coordinating details with our vendors to following up with me and my husband on outstanding questions, our planner, Daphne, kept us on track. Not only was she a pleasure for us to work with, but our other vendors also said they had a great experience working with her. We also had Cristina and Jenny helping us on the day of the event, and we’re happy to report that they were friendly, attentive, and so helpful to us and our guests. All three of them acted as our proxy, communicating with guests and vendors throughout the day and we were thrilled with their thoughtful approach to all of it. Runway Events is spectacular. My day of coordinator, Shay, was so helpful from start to finish. From our first meeting to our wedding day, Shay was extremely well organized and detailed oriented which allowed us to have fun and enjoy the whole experience. Shay and her team on the day of were always accessible, friendly, and super organized. I highly recommend Runway Events!

Working with Runway Events was possibly the easiest and best decision we could have made for our wedding! Without them the day would not have been smooth and we would not have been able to enjoy ourselves as much as we did. Shay, our day of coordinator was thorough and beyond helpful as well as extremely organized. We had planning meetings, which were always productive & fun. She made sure to get to know us & really understand what we wanted for the day of the wedding. She was great at communicating and keeping us updated with everything. The day of the wedding was so great, they were punctual, organized and again helpful. The day of the wedding It was not only Shay but two others (Sofia & Daphne) who were so personable and kind. They had everything mapped out to the last tiniest detail & time. I can whole heartedly say they were the reason our wedding went so well. They are awesome if I could do it all over again I’d hire them sooner.

After several wedding date changes-to which Runway never once batted an eye when we had to tell them the date needed to change (thanks COVID😒), we were assigned Sophia. Let me just say that many times throughout this wedding we felt we were truly blessed in that it was as if God was saying you guys have been through a bit, let me send you a guardian angel to see you through it...well, that angel was Sophia! 😌. We instantly bonded with her and she understood us immediately and took such great care of us at all times, not just at the wedding, be it for virtual meetings (since neither myself nor my mom were local to Orlando), for the decor drop off, or the rehearsal. Sophia was always available to us and that is so important to a bride. Sophia demonstrated such calmness and patience, especially during the rehearsal, trying to wrangle in a wedding party of 17 plus two sets of parents...it was impressive! I, without a doubt, feel as though we were in the best possible hands with Runway Events as part of our dream team and I would highly recommend them to anyone. My brother and his fiancé have also decided to go with them for their wedding next year.

Runway Events made our wedding day a breeze for us, and helped us really be able able to take in all of the moments on our big day. Our wedding was initially planned for March 2020, but we ended up postponing. We hired Runway Events for our new date in March 2021, and from the very beginning, Sophia was absolutely incredible. She was so responsive and helpful with suggestions, and made everything so much less stressful for us. It definitely helped put me at ease after a long year of trying to ensure all of our details were in place after having to postpone. On the day of the wedding, Sophia and Lexi were everywhere we needed them to be, and were so willing to help with absolutely anything we needed. I cannot thank them enough for all that they did. We would definitely recommend Runway Events to anyone planning a wedding!

Where do I begin!? I will start off by saying how Runway truly blew my floral expectations out of the water. From the get go, I knew I could trust Kayla with my floral dreams. She was so kind and truly made me feel like she and Runway could bring all of my dreams to life—and they delivered!! When Kayla walked in with my bouquet while I was getting my makeup done, I had to do everything I could not to cry. It was exactly what I had dreamed of but better. Then I walked down the isle and saw the florals on the arch and again, it was exactly what I envisioned but better!! They went above and beyond to repurpose our arch flowers onto our sweetheart table and even put the flowers on our cake. Not to mention Kayla put greenery on my dogs leash to make it all match! Everything they did was perfect and I would highly recommend Runway to everyone. I couldn’t have picked a better company to make everything so pretty! Again, thank you Kayla and Runway for everything 💕💐✨

Runway Events quite literally made my wedding day a FLAWLESS one. It all started with Rebekkah Rose, who is quite literally an angel. She helped us create the best wedding budget, walked us through a style meeting, and paired us with the most amazing day of coordinator Amy! Runway Events was there for us when COVID hit and we had to postpone our wedding. They helped answer every bride concern, question, doubt, and fear throughout the entire process of postponing and planning a wedding mid-pandemic. Amy was truly the best person I could have ever picked to lead a strong team of women to handle our wedding too! I have so much I could say about her and the entire Runway Team, but know that from one fellow bride to another if you’re looking for assistance with planning, assistance with gaining some peace through the process, and knowing that someone has your back and will make your day be EXACTLY what you want it to be… then BOOK THEM. You will not regret it.

Look no further for a wedding planner! Runway helped plan both my daughters’ weddings and they did an amazing job! Most recently, we used Emily at Runway for “day of” planning, although what she did encompassed so much more. From creating a detailed timeline to managing the vendors and décor set up, Emily managed the day with complete confidence and professionalism, which allowed us to relax and enjoy the day. Before the wedding, she gave great recommendations for vendors, offered advice with design ideas and was always available to answer our questions and help us make decisions. We felt completely taken care of every step of the way. I can’t thank her enough!

We had the pleasure of working with Runway Events and Shay Castro for my daughter’s engagement party two years ago and knew then we wanted to get the team back together for her recent wedding at Bella Collina. As expected, Shay made the planning process seamless (even during Covid!) with her strong organizational skills, attention to detail and always positive and upbeat attitude. And when she walked in with Christine and the rest of the team the day of, I knew we were in good hands! I can’t recommend Runway Events highly enough, they are the real deal and worth every penny. Runway was absolutely AMAZING. I cannot recommend them enough. Our venue required us to have a day-of-coordinator to ensure everything ran smoothly and I was a little hesitant at first because of our budget, but it was honestly worth every penny! The organization, helpfulness, communication, etc. was a DREAM. Our coordinator, Sophia, was a life saver. She had everything covered at all times and made sure every little detail was in place. She really left my husband and I in awe. They were so thorough to make sure everything was taken care of and accounted for. She helped keep us on track with things we had to do. She was a major line of communication between our vendors to ensure everything was how it should be, which really took the weight off of our shoulders. She helped handle any problems that arose, gave endless advice and recommendations, and made everything fun and exciting! She was always accessible and so responsive. It really made you feel like a priority. Wedding planning is obviously stressful, but Runway/Sophia took so much pressure off us and helped make it all more enjoyable at the same time. It was the best choice we could have made for our wedding. They provided us and our vendors with clear schedules on the day of, to make sure everything played out perfectly, but without feeling so structured and stressful. It was so helpful and enabled us to sit back and really be able to enjoy the flow of the day and the truly important moments because we knew Runway was taking care of us. This team really knows what they are doing. It felt so amazing to be able to let go of some of the control, which can be really difficult to do, and be able to trust such an amazing team to have our backs. It really made such a huge difference in our entire wedding planning experience and our wedding day. The entire Runway Team is amazing, and Sophia is an absolute angel. I really feel like we made some amazing memories during a very special time in our lives and such a sweet friend at the end of it all :)

After our experience with Emily R. at Runway Events, I’m not quite sure how anyone coordinates and enjoys their wedding day without her! Emily was on top of constant communication with all of our vendors to make sure that everyone knew where they had to be and when, and every last detail was exactly how we wanted it to be. Her Agenda allowed us to know what was going to happen at every minute of our wedding day, and add details to collaborate with her when we wanted. Emily was ALWAYS responsive and pleasant. In addition, she made sure that every important piece of our wedding went home with us at the end of the night! We were able to put our trust in Emily fully and know that everything would happen exactly how we wanted it to. Emily was an absolute pleasure to work with and maximized our enjoyment of our special day.

When my husband and I had change our wedding plans and start from scratch due to COVID we did not know where to start, it was so overwhelming. As I was researching venues I saw a wedding that was coordinated by Runway Events and I was in love! We reached out to Runway and worked with Heather. She went above and beyond, my husband and I were completely blown away. We often times said we had no idea how involved she would be, we felt like she consistently did more than what was described. From recommending vendors to detailing every minute of our special day, Heather was there for us. On our actual wedding day Cristina assisted me as the bride and she was amazing! They both took all of our worries away and made sure that our day ran smoothly. If you ever wonder if hiring a coordinator is worth it, trust me it is. Heather is top notch! She even continued to help us after the wedding with our marriage license. Our experience with Runway was fantastic, and our wedding truly felt like a fairytale.

I do not have enough positive things to say about my entire experience with Runway! If I could give a thousand stars here I would!! I had runway for the day of planning and oh my gosh it it so much more than “day of”! Runway started working with me months before my wedding!! I was matched with Emily as my Runway event planner and she was the perfect match!! Emily was absolutely amazing the entire time and she is probably the only reason we got through the entire wedding planning process. She made everything as easy as possible and always had great suggestions for me. Even when we had a few hiccups along the way with my venue she went out of her way to call me and meet me to ensure I was okay and that we found solutions that I was comfortable with! Emily and I had a few different meetings prior to the wedding week and we went through everything imaginable! I truly had no idea how much went into the day until these meetings! Emily organized everything for me and coordinated with all my vendors so I didn’t not have to! She got answers to questions I had and truly made sure everything was how I wanted it! The day before our wedding she came and organized our rehearsal and made sure everyone was comfortable with what to do on the day of! On the day of our wedding everything ran so smoothly! Emily and Courtney showed up at our house and made sure everything was going well and on time for us! Courtney stayed with us the entire day and she was absolutely amazing. Anything we needed she had with her!! Courtney was the perfect fit for all of us and we got along so well! Emily and Courtney thank you SO MUCH for making our day so amazing, we truly owe 99% of it to you!! Having Runway plan my wedding was the best decision I could have made! I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for an amazing company with amazing people to help plan your perfect day!!

Runway has been amazing taking care of every detail and assisting us with a wedding during this crazy COVID year. They have the calmist disposition and are very organized and on top of everything. This was the best money I spend on the wedding.

I hired Runway Events for my day(s)of coordination needs, day one was our Indian wedding and day two was our formal reception. I had my initial conversation with Shay and explained my needs and we hit it off from the beginning. Next, we met with our lead planner, Amy who worked with us for two months before the wedding. She is such an angel. From assisting me to locking in last minute details to creating our itineraries she was there for anything I asked. She coordinated all of my vendors for our two day wedding, scheduled everything you could imagine, created lists of everything I needed for the days, and all around was always a text/call away. When the team arrived at my home the morning of they treated my family and I with such love. They kept us on track with the schedule (brown people are always late lol) helped my dad pick between his two suits, attended to my Nanie, packing up all of belongings at the end of day, and always made sure my husband and I were taken care of. Amy and Christina went above and beyond my expectations and ensured our days went off without a hitch. These ladies executed my wedding seamlessly and I couldn’t of asked for better. Look no further and hire, I promise you will not regret it!

I absolutely loved working with Runway Events. Our coordinator, Emily, did an incredible job making sure everything was set prior to the wedding, and that everything went smoothly. I didn’t feel an ounce of stress the entire day of the wedding thanks to her! Prior to our wedding, Emily was always quick to respond to any question I had, and she very clearly laid out how the wedding would go. I loved all the detail she put in. I would HIGHLY recommend Runway Events for your wedding, they helped make mine absolutely perfect. (Even during a pandemic!) We also used Runway Botanical, and they were a dream as well. Planning a wedding in the middle of a pandemic is not for the faint of heart. With so many challenges from our rehearsal space closing and having to find a new place the month before our wedding to a number of our guests not able to come due to Covid, our planner Heather Keyes from Runway Events was a complete life saver. Her attention to detail was amazing and really allowed us to still enjoy the process. Day of our wedding, their entire team was fantastic and really allowed us to enjoy the moment and not worry about anything! We would highly recommend them!

We are in the process of rescheduling our wedding due to COVID-19. Naturally, I was so overwhelmed by having to find a new date with all my vendors. My Runway planner went above and beyond to help me through this process and make it as stress-free as possible. She communicated with all my vendors and found a new date then initiated the contract addendum process, all I had to do was sign! I am so incredibly thankful to have had Runway on my side during this very difficult time and I can’t wait to have them with me on my wedding day!! Runway Events is a fierce tribe of the most organized, efficient, friendly, loveable, detail-oriented queens in the WORLD. They have the insane ability to take the 2-months-out-from-your-wedding weight off of your shoulders and reassure you that your big day is going to be perfect no matter what. I can't imagine my wedding day without Runway. They made an amazingly detailed 9-page timeline with every possible bit of information for me to review, as well as each of my vendors. They took all my vendor info and handled the communication leading up to my wedding so that I didn't have to worry one bit about everything coming together. There are no unknowns when Runway is running the show. I don't know where they found all these talented ladies, but I am SO thankful they did. Rachel, Amy & Emily made my day so perfect and kept me laughing/smiling the whole time. Future brides, every wedding day is going to have things go astray from the plan, but with the Runway girls in your squad, you don't have to worry about a single thing. They're like wedding ninjas that you also want to be your best friends. There's no choice when it comes to wedding coordinators in Orlando (and beyond), Runway is the answer, the absolute best. Where do I even start!? Runway is without a doubt the BEST thing you could invest in for your wedding day! I was on a tight budget and went back and forth on whether it would be worth it and I am so glad I did it! They helped me stay organized before, during and even after my wedding! My wedding day was perfect! If there were any issues, I didn’t know about them because they are pros and hiring them will put your mind at ease so that you can enjoy the most important day of your life!

As someone who works in events, I always knew I'd plan my entire wedding, but I wanted to have a great team to provide day-of services - which is why I'm so glad we found Runway Events. From the initial conversation with Rebekkah, I knew we'd be in great hands. Planning our wedding from out-of-state was challenging at times, but it was so helpful that Runway provided a list of preferred vendors (some of which provided discounts!) to make the process a little bit easier. Two months prior to our wedding, Rachel was assigned to us as our day-of coordinator, and she was an absolute pleasure to work with. I appreciated her attention to detail from the moment we handed over the reins. She was super patient and receptive to our feedback the entire process. Our wedding day ran smoothly thanks to Rachel and her assistants Emily and Sophia. They truly took care of us from beginning to end, and we couldn't have done it without them. My wife and I consider ourselves people who like to plan, and are usually very detailed in all our preparations for events and traveling - but wedding planning is an entirely different beast! Seriously, this wedding would've been so stressful without Amy and the team at Runway. Amy helped us address all these details we wouldn't have ever considered during the planning process, and then on the big day, she took full operational control of every aspect allowing us to relax and enjoy the wedding to the fullest.

Amazing team overall to work with! I started off having a planning/design meeting with Rebekkah and Trish. They were very thorough and help me decide and pick every detail I needed for my wedding and reception. They were both amazing! I actually got to meet Trish in person which was nice to do a walk through of how everything was supposed to lay out. The day of was everything I imagined it would be and more! Amy, Rachel and Sofia were all life savers the day of the wedding! They made sure I had everything I needed all day long until the end of the night and everyone was gone! Very sweet girls with big hearts! I’d recommend the full team to anyone! I wish I could give more stars!

We loved having Runway Events as our day-of wedding coordinators! They were so on top of things and went way beyond our expectations to make sure our day was perfect - down to monitoring the weather for us and suggesting back up plans when rain and cold threatened our day. Our wedding was perfect thanks in large part to their efforts. There was so much to think about and so much to do, but Emily, Amy and team were so on top of things that nothing went wrong. Having Runway Events as wedding coordinators is worth every penny!

I love the Runway crew! When I signed up Rebecca the owner called me within an hour and we were talking about my version for the big day, my expectations, and what they had to offer. I was very impressed at the end of the call and knew I wanted to go with them. We did the “Day I’d Package” but it was really like a 3 months help package. They make sure you have all you i’s dotted and T’s crossed. During the process I had to fill out a personality survey to be paired with a planner who would match us best. Our lead Planner was Amy and she was AMAZING! I love her and the whole team. They felt like close friends by the end of the planning and helped make sure I always had a cup in hand and my husband had some water to wash down the tequila shots from his groomsmen.😂 The day didn’t go exactly as planned (Does it ever?!) but they made sure EVERYTHING I wanted to be a priority was and That the day was Perfect for us. I would highly recommend this team. They are genuine, hard working, fun, professional, and overall a pleasure to be around.

Let me just say that Trish and the Runway Botanical Team are an awesome, immensely talented group of women! I found out about their floral services close to a month before my wedding and contacted them. Trish was so accommodating, friendly, listened to my ideas, and made some great suggestions. Their team came through and created beautiful centerpieces and ceremony arrangements for my wedding day. More importantly, they did not see my budget as an obstacle as other florists did and surpassed my expectations with the gorgeous florals. Everything was so beautiful thanks to all of them. I could not be happier, more thankful and blessed to have them as a part of our wedding day. I highly recommend them, trust me you will not regret it!

Amy and the Runway team are beyond perfect!! Couldn’t have gotten through the wedding planning process without Amy. It didn’t matter what time it was, she would always text or call back. I’m the most indecisive person so I was able to tell Amy my vision and she totally “got me”. Day of the wedding she made sure everything was going smoothly and was able to deal with some of my stressed family members LOL. Amy was a huge part in making my day everything I dreamed of and more.

Rebekkah and her team are beyond AMAZING! Helped me and my now husband from start to finish with everything! All we had to do in show up! Their attention to detail is phenomenal , and they could not be any sweeter, the whole staff. The team took amazing care of us , from a upgraded room, to special vendor discounts and of course the most important part to me... making sure my now husband got the venue and showed up on time! We also used their in house florist (Runway botanicals) which was perfection! Thank you Runway team you made our day magical!

The Runway Events team is the reason we even got married. We booked their full-service wedding package and had step-by-step help during the year leading up to our big day. We had both face-to-face and conference calls on a monthly basis. As a busy professional, I appreciated the flexible times that we could work with Rebekkah and absolutely loved that we were able to work together though email and Google Drive. When working with Rebekkah and her team, you will be walked through all the small decisions you have to make to prepare for your big day. They truly think of everything and are so, so, so organized and communicative. They helped us choose the most phenomenal vendors while also understanding our budget and talked us through each and every decisions no matter how big or small. They create an actual dossier of your big day that includes a detailed timeline of who should be where and at what time. On our big day, Rebekkah, Hannah and Rachel went above and beyond to make sure our venue was beautiful, that we and our guests were well-taken care of, and that all of our items made it back home. Beyond being incredible professionals, this team was also personable, passionate, kind, and humble. They are invested in you having an amazing wedding, but also an amazing marriage.
