We are Gretchen and Jordan Rushing, the filmmakers behind Rushing Productions. As storytellers, it is our passion to bring our love to your film. When we aren't busy editing your masterpiece, you can find us challenging our friends to a game of Settlers of Catan, checking out the newest movie at Alamo Drafthouse, or enjoying dinner at Taco Republic with good friends. After all, we are firm believers that tacos are always a good idea.
There comes a time when you find your purpose and your passion in life. We found it in the heart of telling your wedding story through film.
Visual storytelling captures moments in a way that no other medium can. Only a film will let you listen to your new brides vows, or see the change in your grooms face when he first sees her walking down the aisle. Film allows you to relive your speeches & take you back to that special day.
It is an honor to be considered to capture your treasured moments, and we are looking forward to getting to know you!

While I cannot wait to see our wedding video finalized, I was beyond blown away by the communication, organization and detail they provided prior to and on our wedding day! I know the final video will be perfection! I am fortunate to work with this wonderful couple on other client projects as well. Every time they show up and are ready to make a true work of art! If I could give more than 5 stars I would! They deserve it!

etting the website up and running including dual language needs.
On the day of the event, they were on site promptly and setup without hinderance to our guests. We were even able to tap into the mic audio so we could broadcast it to our local guests (wedding was outdoors on a dock and we were ~30 feet from our guests) so they could hear us clearly.
They were packed up and gone before we even knew it.
The actual stream was also very well done. The angles (did the 3 camera positions) were amazing along with the camera transitions. The audio was clear and only had one instance of drop out (brief).

Gretchen and Jordan were great to work with, organized and detailed, which ultimately helped us with our planning as well and was a large reason we decided to hire them. The videos were could see online were exquisite and we are so eager to watch our love unfold all over again with our own video! We are not thrilled that it will take a few months, but that’s too the fault of our impatience and excitement, a wait we are willing to sacrifice for a great quality video we can have for the rest of our lives. The videographers that were sent were easy to work with and did they’re best to be behind the scenes and work alongside the photographers. We can’t wait to see the final result and relive the best day of our lives! ds and family said the livestream was so nice! They captured everything so well and clearly -- from the ceremony to the father-daughter dance to the dance performance my siblings had been working on. We were a last minute addition to their schedule, but they worked so hard to accommodate us (and our picky families). They worked with us closely to make sure we could livestream to China, Philippines, Taiwan, and even Saudi Arabia! They also answered all our questions almost immediately and helped us a lot with the last minute details on the livestream, including a nice Zoom picture with all of our loved ones who couldn't attend. All in all, I totally recommend them -- they took a lot of stress out of our big day! They came with everything we needed for the videos (even things we hadn't thought of), and all in one affordable bundle!
