I would highly recommend using Russell Anthony! He was so nice to work with and perfectly matched exactly what we wanted. I loved that he mocked up one of our high arrangements, be...
cause we were able to truly get an idea of what everything would look like and were able to tweak it however needed. He was so accommodating and an all around great guy! He was onsite on the day of our wedding and made us feel really at ease. We did a lot of research and got estimates from a few florists and no one could beat Russ’ pricing either! If you want gorgeous arrangements for your wedding, I would highly recommend reaching out to Russ! We had an amazing experience!
AMAZING! Russell was wonderful to work with and patient through the whole process. His pricing was more than fair and the end product looked verrryyy expensive. We've received s...
o many compliments on the flowers and decor that Russell and his team did. They truly exceeded our expectations.
Russell and team came through for us 100% on our wedding day. He took care of everything I wanted and improvised where need, since I'm not someone who knows flowers very well (I sp...
eak in terms of colors) and had ideas about centerpiece arrangements, but also wanted the guidance of an expert as to what would work. Russell was very easy to work with and we were very happy with the results of his efforts on our behalf.
Russell Anthony Florist
Our daughter was wed recently, February 2018. She chose a venue, hours away from our home. We wondered how we would find and work with vendors so far away. ...
We anticipated a great challenge.
I received a glowing reference for a florist from an experienced wedding planner. Over the years, she had seen the work of a great many florists. Of them all, she had chosen Russell Anthony Florist of Bensalem, PA. for her own wedding. While he was local for us, he was hours from the venue.
After meeting, it was obvious to us that, not only could Russell do that which we wanted; he would also help us in all necessary areas that we were too novice to recognize. He suggested fine touches and embellishments to his already beautiful design. During our discussions, he was able to discern what my daughter would like for her bouquet as well as our tastes for the centerpieces before we could put our ideas into words.
As we browsed through his portfolio and walked through his warehouse, I was distracted. I could only think, Poughkeepsie, N.Y., 3 hours away, in February. I must be crazy. What happens if there is a giant snow storm and this guy could not get there. Russell explained that if the roads were not closed by the state troopers, he and his team would arrive. He would, if necessary, have a refrigerated truck and arrive two days early.
The wedding day arrived with no snow. The flowers were more than magnificent. They were almost as beautiful as my daughter. Pillars, with flowers atop, lined the ceremony path. Petals lined the “runway”. The Chupah was unique and incredibly adorned with beautiful orchids
My daughter’s favorite flower is the calla lily, and they were incorporated throughout the wedding.
The centerpieces were full and set well above eye level so as not to obscure our guests at the dinner. The tables and the “party” room had a most romantic and sparkling ambiance. Russell helped the bride and groom to have the wedding that one dreams about.
Russell Anthony is a truly wonderful and talented artist. More importantly, Russell was easy to talk with and easy to work with. He was eager to bring to “life” the brides and our visions.
We unconditionally recommend Russell Anthony Florist of Bensalem, Pennsylvania for your celebration.
We worked with Russell Anthony for our wedding and we are so glad that we did! We had a Christmas-themed wedding and from our first meeting Russell really understood the vision tha...
t we had. We gave him our budget and he worked within it while still creating gorgeous bouquets, boutonnieres, and centerpieces for our special day. He was so easy to work with and definitely knows how to create beautiful floral designs. We would strongly recommend him for any special event!

nderstood the image that I wanted and he went above and beyond what I could ever imagine! Highly recommend him for anything since he isn't just a florist, but a Decorater too.
Russell was great to work with. He was easygoing, relaxed, and extremely willing to work within our budget. Most florists have certain price bracket offerings for weddings, but wit...
h Russ we gave him a exact figure we could afford and he gave us the absolute most for our money. Our wedding was in December, so he also gave us a clear idea of what flowers were available in season within our color scheme - he has a ton of experience & knowledge and it shows! It's a good idea to go to your initial meeting with photographs of arrangements & colors you like, to give him a clear idea of what you want. He is responsive via email but it's best to get him on the phone. The flowers at our wedding were gorgeous - guests continue to comment on how beautiful our chuppah and centerpieces were. My bouquet was exactly as I envisioned and he made the prettiest corsages for our grandmothers. Walking around the venue prior to the wedding, I couldn't stop looking at the gorgeous flowers. Would gladly use Russ again for any future event!
My flowers were stunning. Russell really wowed me with his work. I put together some inspiration to give him an idea of what I wanted, and he knocked it out of the park. Each cente...
rpiece was perfect. My bouquet was everything I dreamed of. I loved all the boutonnieres, and the corsages were dreamy. His prices were exceptionally reasonable. I feel I got a great value for my money, and the flower arrangements looked sumptuous. Really happy I preserved my wedding bouquet because I'm still obsessed with my wedding bouquet. Russell is professional and very talented. Works best with phone communication and voicemail. It has been such a pleasure to work with Russell.
AWFUL!!!!! Horrendous to work with!!
Russell ignored all communication for 3 months! He failed to deliver part of our order to our wedding, and took a lot of "convincing" to get h...
im to drop off the remaining flowers after our ceremony had already started. His prices are significantly cheaper than other florists, but you get what you pay for. Working with him is not worth the headache.
Russell was, by far, the worst vendor I have ever worked with - for my wedding or professional events.
Russell is the best! We used him for my sisters wedding and again for mine in November. He was very thorough and made sure I would have exactly what I wanted. He was also extremely...
helpful and understanding of any crazy requests I had! He is a pleasure and an amazing person to work with! All of the flowers and decorations were gorgeous!!! Can't say enough good things!
We had our wedding this past weekend at Philmont CC and Russell was recommended by Ed the event coordinator. My daughter and I met with Russell and loosely discribed the vibe we we...
re interested in. Russell gave us a preview of the flower design he created incorporating our vision. The preview was perfect. On the wedding day his florist showed up early in the morning and created the most beautiful centerpieces. My daughter and I were thrilled. THANK you Russell for your creativity and installation of the perfect wedding flowers. My guests complemented them all evening. I'm addition, Russell did a great job working within our budget, which was modest.
Russell understood exactly what I was going for with my floral arrangements and brought them perfectly to life. He made my ideas better with suggestions of certain flowers that I d...
idn't know about; they enhanced what I was imagining. He's a straight shooter, like me, which I loved; he listened and got everything done. He makes amazing quality arrangements and the price is unbeatable; you would pay so much more for the same if not worse quality at a Center City florist. Couldn't recommend Russell more!
Russell was amazing! The flowers were beautiful and the centerpiece was gorgeous. The centerpiece truly brought the whole wedding ceremony together and the lights were put together...
perfectly. We had our ceremony in a dark planetarium and the lights provided really helped get good pictures of myself and my now wife. Thanks Russell!
Russell Anthony is very passionate about what he does and it shows in his work. From our very first meeting he understood my "vision" and worked with me to create what I wanted to ...
the best of his ability. The chuppah and centerpieces he created were beautiful and I am thankful for his time and effort.
Russell was great to work with from beginning to end. The way he transformed our ceremony room from just a room to a gorgeous ceremony room was amazing. My family is still talking ...
about the alter he created. We had a tea ceremony and he decorated it to give it an Asian feel. It was really beautiful. The centerpieces were also outstanding. We highly recommend him to any future bride.
Russell was recommended to me by a family friend. We looked at other florists in Philadelphia in addition to Russell, and Russell’s prices were unparalleled! We met with him in h...
is warehouse and brought pictures to use as inspiration on what we wanted our personal flowers, centerpieces, and Chuppah to look like. Russell let us look through his pictures and was in sync with what our wedding vision was. What really sold us on him was his willingness to create a centerpiece and bridal bouquet mock up at our second meeting. They were both gorgeous, completely captured the vision we were going for, and perfectly mimicked our inspiration pictures. We booked him right then and there! Russell also came up with innovative ideas such as using our tall centerpieces to be our décor down the aisle.
When I snuck a peek at the ceremony set up on the day of, I was blown away. The Chuppah, uplighting, draping, and tall centerpieces were absolutely breathtaking! We received so many compliments on our flowers and on my bouquet. Russell was a joy to work with, his prices cannot be beat, and I would highly recommend him as a wedding florist.
Do not think you have to use a center city florist to have perfect floral arrangements. Russell Anthony was amazing. He was the only florist who did not make me feel like my budg...
et wasn't adequate. People told me that they thought my chuppah was one of the most beautiful chuppahs they have ever seen. Russell gave me exactly what I asked for and never once tried to get me to go over my budget. Trust me, you want to work with Russell!
As soon as I was engaged & started to plan my wedding in 2012 I knew I wanted Russ to be my florist. He is a family friend & we've known him for over 10 years. After the first meet...
ing, I was relieved that Russ would be able to make our wedding a memorable event. We met at his shop a few times to go over details and it was a breeze bc I had already had my decor in mind. The theme I coined was "Timeless Elegance". Pearl accessories (hair clip, garter (love ETSY), all custom stationary matched with neutral undertones, ivory linens & chair covers, candles to set ambiance, my lovely Maggie dress Priscilla style etc.I chose tall glass V shaped centerpiece glasses filled with clear seaglass with white calla lillies, babies breath & twig sprigs. We had 10 centerpieces. Candles were on all the tables & we had a sweetheart table decorated. As for all the bouquets, I had pink & white roses with pearl pins wrapped stem, 5 girls had all baby pink bouquets, a throw bouquet, roses on the cake around the bottom and top tier with our monogram, the 5 guys had pink rose boutonnieres , my groom had a white rose one, my father had a white rose dipped in the color of her dress (blue) to match my mother's corsage & my in-laws the same only her dress was a different color of course. My bridesmaids were in long, one strap, empire waist, rushed bust semi sweetheart neckline Alfred Angelo gowns in the the color Jade. Our wedding was April 26, 2014. The colors popped the dresses and groomsmen were in black suits with matching Jade vests/ties/scarf with white dress shirts. It was a beautiful spring day and Russ made our wedding the talk of the event/staff/visitors bc we were the first wedding at the newly renovated Inn at Lambertville Station & it was also Shadfest!!! Had so much fun that day and now he is the florist for my brother and future SIL wedding next year! Thanks again Russ!!!
Russell is a wonderful florist. He is very easy to work with, very flexible, and really understands what the client wants. He listened to the colors and flowers I was interested wi...
th and made the most beautiful bouquets for myself and my bridal party, as well as gorgeous centerpieces for the tables. Everyone commented how pretty the flowers were. He is extremely well priced and much cheaper than most florists in the south jersey/philadelphia area. I would highly recommend him!
Russell Anthony was recommended to me as a friend, and I am sure glad they did. If you want to walk into a beautiful shop, sit down with a glass of wine while you pick out flowers...
with the florist, this shop is not for you. However, if you want high quality flowers, amazing designs and reasonable prices then read on. The first glimpse I got a glimpse into how easy Russ would be to work with is when he was willing to meet with my fiance and I any time over the weekend, we would just need to pick a time. We drove up and a cold and blustery Saturday to his warehouse. We immediately felt at ease with Russ, as he navigated between my desire for elegance and my fiances desire for contemporary. Overhearing me tell my fiance that we couldn't afford orchids (my fiances favorite flower) he said, let me see what I can do. An not only did he create one of the three varieties of centerpieces all orchids, and incorporated orchids into all three but all of the groomsmen boutonnieres were orchids as well (for no increase in the price). He helped us shave off pricing with ideas such as using the flowers from the ceremony arch as the same flowers as the head table and stayed around to move them himself. I could have not been more pleased with the quality and service I received from Russell Anthony florists. I honestly to this day can't believe I could afford flowers that elegant and beautiful. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
My flowers were beautiful and he has such good ideas. The only thing he forgot was my throw away bouquet. He is very nice guy but his communication was really not there. One time I...
emailed him and then 3 weeks later I had to call him to see if he had received the email. I kind of felt like he really didn't want to do business with me.
Russell captured exactly what I wanted for our flowers for our August wedding at the Hyatt at Penn's Landing. Everything was perfect from the bouquets to centerpieces. He also did ...
