Russell Florist

My wife was supposed to have flowers delivered to her hotel room. They were not. I have not been able to receive an adequate answer from management about why they were not delivered. The florist says they were delivered to the front desk but cannot provide a name of the person who received them. The hotel insists they did not receive flowers. Someone is not being truthful, and since neither seems inclined--after multiple inquiries by me to determine the cause--to find an answer, I will hold both accountable. Do not use this florist for any delivery that you deem important. And who sends flowers and doesn't deem them important?

I was so impressed with how beautiful the flowers turned out for our wedding. I had a vision for what I wanted, but they put it together better than I had even hoped for. Don't overlook Russell's!
