Our big day felt like a destination wedding!—Russell Lands provided the venue, catering, & lodging. The Lodge at Cocktail Slough has a gorgeous view and is a convenient location on the lake. The venue was spacious and versatile, so we had the freedom to create a ceremony/reception customized to us. Kowaliga restaurant catered our reception—we still dream about the prime rib and collards. Our wedding party and out-of-town guests loved the waterfront lodging and how close they were to restaurants and other attractions. Our guests raved about the entire weekend. We can't thank y'all enough!
This venue is absolutely beautiful ! The staff were kind and knowledgeable.
I absolutely LOVED having our reception at this location. It is perfect for a country chic wedding, and Linda and her staff are incredibly easy to work with and get back to you quickly when you have questions. This place is gorgeous, and our guests loved being able to pet and feed the horses during our cocktail hour.
We housed our wedding party here and also had our reception at Willow Point. Beautiful location off Lake Martin and great value. Everyone loved the food and the staff was very professional and helfpul.
Russell Lands is an incredible place for weddings, rehearsals, receptions, etc. I've been to several events and I've been consistently impressed with the beauty, service and range of choices that allow a couple to have an event completely unique to them. And the food is just awesome.
