I sponsored a disabled person wedding dress hunt. She found one she liked at Russell's. We decided to do layaway. After making 4 months payments of a hundred bucks each, she has outgrown the dress and has relocated. I am told that I cannot have...
a refund because the dress is now old. However, we can switch to a different dress, which proves the previous reason not to do a refund a crock. She no longer needs the dress you bunch of con artists.
