If you are looking for an amazing catering company/chef who will go above and beyond your expectations and is extremely professional, look no further-Chef Fenya of Russian Doll Catering is the BOMB. Also, she is absolutely your best bet for a GREAT price! It was very important to us that we were able to incorporate Russian culture at our wedding as we come from a mixed cultural background and Chef Fenya was perfect for this (we had our food served family-style). She brought such an awesome flare of Russian food to the table- one of our favorites was the beef stroganoff (we are still dreaming of it…you know how some couples have wedding cake 1 year after the wedding to celebrate their anniversary, I might seriously ask Chef Fenya to make us a batch of the Sour Cream Beef Stroganoff instead ☺) needless to say it was ONE of the food hits of the night… all the other Russian dishes (Borsch, salad, etc.). She was understanding and happily answered any questions we asked… how do we do this or how does this work she would instantly reply with however you want it to be… it's your wedding… which is exactly how any vendor should respond to you for your wedding. Remember you are paying them for their service and you should get exactly what you want. She also made insanely good cupcakes, we thought about having a cake but the cupcakes were such a hit we barely have any left over which was unfortunate because we could've eaten them all weekend. She is such a kind person, organized, and on top of her staff. I would absolutely recommend her for any event (catering, the hosted dinners).
