ting. Our sales rep, John helped us put together a great look and didn't bat an eye when we brought in a female attendant who was going to also wear a tux. My partner had a fit issue the morning we picked up the tuxes, which they remedied immediately. The pics look great and everyone has said how wonderful we all looked in those tuxes. "Perfect look for the venue."

avigator and a classic Rolls Royce. The limo was on time for pick up at the hotel location and in order to stay on schedule was a bit pushy. The guys were taking photos and were to leave for the church and then the limo was to return to pick up the ladies. My husband said the driver showed little to no class when rushing him into the limo to get him to the church. Jerry, the Rolls Royce driver was INCREDIBLE!!! Absolutely incredible, he helped me into the limo, entertained us with a sweet CD for the ride, helped with the A/C and was so amazing when we arrived at the church. From making sure photos were taken to getting me out of the car, into the church and ready to walk down the isle, he was perfect. The second the door of the chapel opened and my husband and I walked out, Jerry was there smiling with 2 glasses of water. He quickly assembled the receiving line and started the process of the guests passing through, offering us Altoids prior to our first guest coming through. The other driver, however, decided it would be a nice idea to cut into the receiving line to inform my husband that we needed to hurry things up because it was getting late and his limo needed to be somewhere for another job, talk about a rude obtrusive person!!. At seeing this, Jerry came over to us to assure us that the Rolls didnt have anywhere else to be and to take our time.... We quickly ended the process and hurried all of the wedding party into their limo and sent them off...without a single picture taken at the Church!!! As I was later informed, there was no champagne in the limo for my Bridal party, but he was kind enough to stop so they could go into a liquor store, it was stated on the website there was champagne to be included. The driver was speeding and was asked numerous times by my mother to slow down because they were feeling sick when he took a sharp corner on the highway. Also, the radio was working in the limo and the driver refused to help to assist in getting it to work. Overall, thanks to Jerry and his impecible service, I am able to give Russo's an average score...

supposed to have ivory shirts and ties like the ushers and they ended up with white shirts and bow ties. Not a big deal and nobody noticed but me. They still looked cute!

tting and when he went back to pick it up it did not fit! They had to sew additional vests together to fit him and he couldn't pick it up until the day before as he was on his way to the rehearsal dinner. They pulled it out in the end and everyone looked great it was just stressful at times.

side was stock with drinks, but not sure if it was complimentary. The driver was very pleasant too. Wished I got to use the limo more, but definitely if you need to go to lots of different destinations on your big day, you need a limo. So you don't need to worry about parking, etc.

get the grooms rental free and get a very good price on the rest of the bridal party. Some of our guys were last minute(SHOCKING) and they were able to accomodate everyone. I'd definetly reccomend them!

The only complaint I have is that our 10 year olds tux was literally falling apart as the night went on; the sole fell off his shoe, buttons were falling off the vest and jacket. When we returned it they gave us only a $10 credit, that was surprising, I had expected better customer service since they had been so easy to work with until that point. But at that point what can you do. Just double check that the tux is in good shape before you leave the shop.

I was very impressed with how reasonable they were and accommodating to an early pick up time due to our wedding being out of state. They also worked with other tux shops throughout the country so our out of state groomsmen could be fitted and order their tuxes from other parts of the country. Highly recommend!

rented 5 tuxes other than the groom's, he got his for free! We chose a Calvin Klein tux and the price was very reasonable. We also used Russo's for our limo services on my bachelorette party night and for bringing us to the hotel the night before the wedding. Our driver for my party was fantastic. I cannot say the same for the drive the day before the wedding...we had 7 of us in the limo, so of course we had LOTS of stuff to bring with us including 4 bridesmaids dress and my wedding dress. We were trying to figure out how to fit all of our stuff in the limo, and he was no help at all, just standing back watching as my bridemaids to to finagle all the suitcases, bags and dresses into the truck and in the limo itself (he even refused to let us put stuff on the front seat because his breifcase was there!) The driver was just very rude and stressing out calling his manager every 5 minutes. The only time I went semi bridezilla during the entire wedding planning process was on this day. I pretty much told the driver that he did not need to be calling the office, that we had it all figured out. I also told him that he did not need to be stressing out, that I was the bride and if I was fine than he should be too. After that he was nice.

ddings right down to mismatched shoes for the groomsmen. Russo's was perfect. Everything was included and matched perfectly. The guys could go in at their leisure for fittings and pick up. It was quick and painless...exactly what you want when guys are included!

They coped with challenging situations including a groomsman from overseas who was not able to attend a fitting and a Jr. Groomsman who ordered the wrong size (at the fault of the Jr. Groomsman) and had to exchange his pants for another size on the morning of the wedding. Russo’s was unlike other vendors and would allow you to try on the different styles of tuxedos before you sign up to a contract with them, which is different from the rest of the tuxedo rental industry. Other companies would have you select a tuxedo from a book of photos and sign a contract on the spot without having the chance to try it on to see if the style and cut are suitable (no pun intended...) and hard to believe that brides would even consider going through the same process with their dresses. Russo's was the complete opposite and after comprehensively measuring offered us excellent advice on the colour of vests for all of the wedding party to match & look stylish and were able to accommodate changes during the fitting with ease. We owe it to Russo's to provide them with as glowing a testimonial and as high and positive a recommendation as we can provide, as they really surpassed our expectations and really helped to made our wedding an incredible and unforgettable experience for us and our guests!

Mike R. and his staff took the time to work with my (now) husband and his friends, even when after getting everyone fitted, my husband decided to change from suits to tuxedos! Mike R.'s knowledge of the product was invaluable as he was able to easily handle the change as well as the multiple visits my husband made to the shop. We would definitely recommend Mike R. and Russo Tux.

looked amazing. My son was in the wedding as well (9 mo old at the time) and Maria Russo (owner) was so helpful in getting a tux that fit him right and was comfortable for him.. well as comfy as a tux can be! I would highly suggest Russo's Tuxedo for your tux rentals. We also used them for Limo service.. Super clean and the driver was wonderful!!!!!!!!!!!!

ad ordered and had to reorder it, then they were going to give us a couple of tuxes that were dirty. Also a tux needed to be fixed because the measurements were not correct. They cleaned them but they did not check before hand. I recommend that anyone who gets a tux try it on and looks at it when you pick it up even though it may be a pain.
