n a timely manner, not editing the photos, not responding to clients, etc.
We tried to dispute the deposit (which is 50% of the total btw - ONLY vendor that charged us this) and she replied with her non-refundable clause within her contract. That’s fine because that’s why we have business reviews right? I tried to work it out with her personally but she stopped responding to my messages.

understand family problems and a simple message would have been nice. Now she is refusing to give me any family photos that were taken after the ceremony. I've contacted a lawyer who sent her a letter and now have to move the legal process along. I just wanted my photos because that's a day I'll never get back and it's creul of someone to take away such amazing memories. She's also using my photos for personal gain on her pages. I would avoid her services at all cost if you actually want your photos.

se there were no actual photos from our ceremony! The whole entire point of hiring a wedding photographer! She has not responded to me once since the wedding so I am obviously not getting any answers as to why she didn’t take pictures of us getting married but save yourself the stress and do not make the same mistake I did by hiring her. I really wanted to let her make things right and explain herself but when she doesn’t answer, it’s impossible. I would not recommend her services. Let someone else who cares about capturing your special day get the chance instead of her.
