We loved Rustic & Main! My husband got his wedding ring from here, and he was so happy with it. He has large hands, and we were told at other jewelers that the rings that he liked wouldn't come in his size. Rustic & Main had so many options. The ordering was so easy, especially with the ring sizing kit that they send, that we were able to get the perfect ring. My history-loving husband also loves that his ring was made out of materials from WW1.
I ordered a custom ring for my fiancé and it is absolutely perfect. The communication from Carolina throughout the process from helping me decide and find the right material, to placing the order, and making sure all the details were correct was great! The quality, appearance, and comfort of the ring are 5/5, and the personalization options and customer service can’t be beat. Can’t recommend enough!
The ring I ordered is a 3-inlay, wide center, with providence lavender, Jack Daniel’s (center), and imperial diopside (green) in a titanium band.
My now husband found the ring he was extremely happy with, a bit unusual and unique. We are not in NC, so had to order online. We did our due diligence, got him sized at 3 separate jewelers before ordering.
When we received the ring, it was not accurate sizing at all. Rustic and Main uses their own sizing matrix. We reached out to see our options, as our wedding date was fast approaching. They informed us that there wasn’t much, they said we could absolutely not use the ring for photos, as this ruins the ‘specialness’ and we would need to use a stand in. That we would need to send it back to have it properly sized (understandable) but would be a $75 fee.
After I reached back out a few weeks later we were informed that the fee was actually $150, and needed to pay the difference. I followed up outlining their own communication where we did exactly what was asked, and didn't hear back.
Finally reached back out to the general email after another few weeks and got a response clarifying what was trying to be accomplished, after responding that we just want his ring and that we had done everything that was asked and again, never heard anything back.
Now I am going on nearly a month from hearing anything from the company, they have their ring back, and all my money, and have quit responding.
*************************************************EDIT to respond to vendor: I followed all the instructions provided to proceed with this process, which your associate, Ricki said to process a resize and include a note as all other fees were waive. This changed after you had the the ring back, the resizing fee, and the original amount I had paid. Through this process what your company promised had changed so many times, I asked to only be contacted via email, which the voicemail I have from you shows my request was not followed and that my mailbox was not full. Communication also does not seem to be a strong point with this company.

I'm sorry that you had an issue with your ring, certainly isn't the experience we want for any of our customers. The issue you were having is that you paid for a resize, the $75 fee, when in reality you needed an exchange, the $150...
fee, because of the size difference needed. When you were told this you seemed to not understand the difference and we offered to call you, as alot of times things are easier to explain vocally. For whatever reason you have chosen to not call us or respond to my phone calls to you, I have called at least four separate times, but can not leave a VM as you have a full inbox. I have three separate email threads where I reached out to you as well and you haven't responded to those either. (Maybe they are in spam?) We are more than willing to help you and your husband out, just waiting to hear back from you. Look forward to speaking with you.

I ordered my Husband's wedding ring from here and it was perfect! The included sizing system is so easy to use and took away all of the stress I had about making sure the ring fit. My Husband loves military history and really wanted a wood inlay in his ring. Rustic and Main made it possible for me to get a wood inlay from a World War II rifle and he loves it.
Rustic & Main helped me pick out the PERFECT wedding band for my groom! We are both in the Navy and have spent time onboard the USS New Jersey so having Teak Wood from the ship is SO SPECIAL to us! The combination with his fav whiskey is perfect. Can't thank you enough! Can't wait for him to see it on 11/11/22!! Production and Shipping were SO FAST!!!

Purchased this for my husband, who isn't the type to wear a conventional wedding band. The craftsmanship is beautiful & the story behind the pieces are what sold me. He gets asked all the time where he got it and after almost 3 years of marriage, it still looks awesome. He swaps it out for a silicon one when he’s working/working out and the little leather case it came in his perfect to store it. Definitely recommend these guys!
My husband is a forester so he wanted something that fit his style. The wooden rings were a perfect fit for him. Shop owners were really communicative and processing/shipping times were accurate according to website. He gets so many compliments on it and it has held up really well (2 years so far!)
I had such a great experience with this company from start to finish! I did a lot of shopping around because I wanted to make sure I found the perfect ring, but I am so glad I ultimately went with R&M. I was able to customize the ring with coffee and whiskey barrels to make it super personal to my fiancé, which we both love! I had a ton of questions before I ordered (I means its an important purchase!) and customer service was consistently patient and kind. We have since received the ring and we CANNOT stop showing it to everyone. It looks amazing!

Do keep in mind that when you're ordering a custom/hand made item, it will take time, so plan ahead! But they did a great job, and three years later, he still loves his ring.

The work they did on the ring was incredible. I wear a silicon ring most of the time because I don't want to damage it or lose it, not that is would get damaged because the craftsmanship is great. But, I highly recommend and the customer service is great.
Rustic and Main is AMAZING!! We ordered the Frontiersman with the Jack Daniels whiskey barrel wood and the local Colorado elk antler since he’s been a hunter his whole life and we absolutely LOVE IT! He says it’s the most comfortable ring he’s ever worn! They were great to work with and kept us up to date every step of the way and had GREAT customer service. Not to mention the friends and family run business is fantastic! I will definitely be sticking with them!

Great quality, light, great fit
I picked my husband’s wedding band as a surprise for him, at his request. He absolutely loves it, stares at it all the time, and tells me constantly that it’s his favorite gift he ever received. He never takes it off. I was worried that him wearing it constantly might damage the ring, but it looks as good as the day we got it.
Customer service was extremely helpful to work with - I actually changed my mind about which ring to order, and they were able to update my order with no issues. I’d recommend them to anyone who is looking for a unique wedding band!

Their customer support is top-tier and one of the easiest to work with; my husband needed a ring size that wasn't on their website and I was so worried we wouldn't be able to get one from Rustic and Main. I received my fiancé ring yesterday. The ring we got was the WW1. My fiancé collects antique fire arms so this ring was perfect for him. He didn’t want to take it off and wait for the wedding because he loved it so much. The wait was worth it! I also love the emails they sent with updates through the process and learning about who made the ring .
I ordered the Americano coffee ring and provided my own Kona beans to add a bit of my personality to it as we chose a beach wedding theme and it takes place on International coffee day. The order placement process beginning with a simple online chat with the staff with questions, to ordering, ring sizing, sending in the beans and overall engagement with the R&M staff providing updates on the status of my order has left me enthusiastic that when I receive my ring later this week (4 weeks after I placed the order) it will exceed my expectations.

My wife and I got married last year, and for my ring, I wanted something special. We came across R&M and I was instantly sold on the idea of a wood ring. Being a whiskey drinker, I purchased the weathered Jack Daniels whiskey barrel wood ring with the yellow gold inlay. 1 year later and it's still just as nice as day one. Minimal evidence of wear/tear on it... Still polished and cool as ever. It's super comfortable, super light, and I get comments on it all the time. Just makes for an interesting conversation piece that you wouldn't get with a typical silver or gold ring. I highly recommend R&M for your wedding ring needs... Especially the wooden rings!

Our experience with Rustic and Main was the BEST! We had a small wedding in the woods and had a lot of wood and natural elements as part of our “theme” so to speak. When we were discussing rings, my husband didn’t want a plain metal band. He wanted something with a bit more character but still classy looking. He asked me if wooden rings were even a thing. At the time, I didn’t know R&M existed, but I told him I’d do some research and find out. Once I discovered their website, I knew this was where I would find his ring!
He is a history nut, so the fact that he was able to get a ring made out of wood from the USS North Carolina was very exciting to him. He had a tough time choosing between that or a ring made with wood from an M1 Garand, but ultimately chose the USS NC wood since he has family ties to the state of NC.
The ring was even more gorgeous in person! Very well crafted and so unique. He gets comments about it often.
One thing I would suggest is to utilize their ring sizer because the fit of the rings can be more snug than a traditional metal band. So even though we went to a local jeweler to have him sized, it wasn’t quite right for him when it translated into the wood ring. We ended up having to send the ring in to get sized up a half size.
R&M had excellent customer service throughout all our dealings with them, from purchase to ring resizing. They were quick and timely even during the height of COVID!
I highly recommend them and am constantly dropping their name to my friends who are getting married.

Designing my husband’s wedding ring on Ristic & Main’s website was so fun and quite an easy process!! Being able to customize it gave us everything my hubby wanted including the polished wood look, offset rose gold band, and crushed flower petals in resin. It’s so unique and he gets compliments periodically. Rustic & Main is an awesome company who makes insanely high quality products! My favorite part was how personable they were throughout the entire process even letting us know who made the ring. I couldn’t choose which one to get. They were all beautiful! I finally decided on the “ Weathered Whiskey Barrel Wood Wedding Ring with Elk Antler Edge and Copper inlay”. It is absolutely breathtaking. My now husband loved it and loved to show it off. What I loved the most, is the ring sizer! I am so glad it was offered, I would of hated to go back and forth trying to get it resized and this prevented that.

We weren’t originally going to do a classic wedding ring for him because of his job. Our engagement rings were cheap wood ones from Etsy. We had more important things for our future to spend money on. But I decided he deserved something special. And I found it with the “Customize” option. His ring is made from Buffalo Trace whiskey barrel, with a turquoise (his favorite stone and our wedding colors) insert surrounded by copper. It is amazing and he loves showing it off. They sent a sizer so it was sure to be perfect. And it came faster than originally quoted and had a certificate of authenticity for the whiskey barrel. The financing made it super easy as well. We were married 8 months ago and he still tells me regularly how amazing and perfect his ring is
This ring designer/maker is extraordinary. My fiancé harvested a piece of wood from our property and sent it to Rustic & Main to have them make my engagement ring with it. They created the most beautiful ring with an offset copper band set within the wood, and the effect is stunning. The quality is beyond compare, and their service was outstanding! I can’t recommend this highly enough. You’ll end up with an exquisite ring that is entirely unique. Five stars!!

Placing an order with rustic and main I thought that I had sized the ring and knew what I wanted. They promptly reached out and asked if I was sure, then subjected that I try their ring sizer as their rings run differently than most. Next day the ring sizer was there. During the entire experience I waited no longer than 12 hours for a response regardless of how trivial my question was they were there ready and willing to help. My new ring should be in within the next couple of weeks...much sooner than I was expecting. Would 100%recommend.

With rustic and main, I was able to have something incredibly unique be what represents my undying love for my wife. My band, made of coffee grounds from my coffee roastery and weathered maplewood, is both eye catching and beautiful. Being in the coffee industry, I get to use my wedding band as a conversational piece often, which is always a hit with others who share a similar passion. The process was also incredibly easy and I cannot stress enough how much I recommend rustic & main.
Rustic & Main gave my husband a ring he had never even dreamed of. He has the ping of an M1 Garand as a text tone. So I though why not see if someone makes rings out of them and lucky for me Rustic & Main was there to make our dreams come true. We received a beautiful custom walnut ring with a gold inlay. This company also communicates very well if you have any issues, the ring was a bit snug and not completely sealed so they offered a free sizing and repair. This company makes a beautiful product. I got two rings, a leather one and a metal ring with the bourbon barrel and rifle stock inserts. Both rings are beyond great. The metal ring was accidentally washed and put in the dryer and there is zero damage. The leather is my everyday ring and it is very comfortable, being that there is a clip that keeps the ring together I was very skeptical, but, no issues. Overall I am very satisfied.
I absolutely loved working with them to design my ring. The WWI uniform and naval wood ring is so dear to my heart as it connects me to my grandfathers. I would recommend any guy looking for a unique ring use them.
My husband is a huge history buff so when I saw The rings offered by Rustic & Main I knew I was going to order one! I ordered the one that has a soldiers uniform and part of a gun from World War I! When I showed my husband he was ecstatic and tells everyone about his ring!
The customer service is also amazing. When I went to do the initial order I accidentally ordered the wrong size. I reached out to the customer service and they were quick to update my order and help me with any questions or concerns I have. We love the company so much that we tell everyone we know about them when they ask who they should order a ring from!

I ordered the Jurassic ring in size 11 for my partner and it’s just as gorgeous in person as it is in photos. They have amazing communication, and super quick to answer any questions. The ring sizer came fairly quick. And they even sent me a picture of who was making the ring when it was being started!

Our story is that we launched Rustic & Main out of our garage seven years ago when Mike could not find a comfortable, commercially made ring. He used his childhood hobby of woodworking and created a wooden band for himself. The ring got a lot of attention whenever we went out, and Mike started getting requests for custom rings. Six years later, Rustic & Main has grown to be a whole team of artisans handcrafting rings at our shop in Huntersville, NC.
