We loved Rustic & Main! My husband got his wedding ring from here, and he was so happy with it. He has large hands, and we were told at other jewelers that the rings that he liked wouldn't come in his size. Rustic & Main had so many options. The ordering was so easy, especially with the ring sizing kit that they send, that we were able to get the perfect ring. My history-loving husband also loves that his ring was made out of materials from WW1.

n done incorrectly as the titanium ring which is supposed to be nearly unbreakable, cracked and bent right where the middle inlay was. When I called I was told that they have “run cars over the rings” to test durability and never had one break, no one else is having this issue so it must be an issue with my husbands everyday lifestyle and something he did was what broke it, so the warranty was void. Although my husbands job does include some manual work, there is nothing he does which would cause that kind of damage to what is supposed to be a well made titanium ring. He doesn’t deal with chemicals at all which would deteriorate the epoxy, he didn’t drop or squish his finger/ring with anything, nothing traumatic happened to break the ring. He randomly noticed the ring felt tight, and took it off to realize that it was oval and cracked, and because of that even some of the wood from the middle inlay fell out.
We were told basically it’s not their fault and the best they can do is give us a discount on a replacement. No way were we going to buy another ring from them knowing the poor quality of the first one, so ultimately we are out $700+ with no wedding ring. Frustrating and disappointing especially because we live in NC and were happy to support a local small business; unfortunately that was a big mistake in this case. Unless your husband plans to sit the ring on the dresser and only wear on special occasions, expect that the ring will not last and look elsewhere for a better option.

My now husband found the ring he was extremely happy with, a bit unusual and unique. We are not in NC, so had to order online. We did our due diligence, got him sized at 3 separate...
jewelers before ordering.
When we received the ring, it was not accurate sizing at all. Rustic and Main uses their own sizing matrix. We reached out to see our options, as our wedding date was fast approaching. They informed us that there wasn’t much, they said we could absolutely not use the ring for photos, as this ruins the ‘specialness’ and we would need to use a stand in. That we would need to send it back to have it properly sized (understandable) but would be a $75 fee.
After I reached back out a few weeks later we were informed that the fee was actually $150, and needed to pay the difference. I followed up outlining their own communication where we did exactly what was asked, and didn't hear back.
Finally reached back out to the general email after another few weeks and got a response clarifying what was trying to be accomplished, after responding that we just want his ring and that we had done everything that was asked and again, never heard anything back.
Now I am going on nearly a month from hearing anything from the company, they have their ring back, and all my money, and have quit responding.
*************************************************EDIT to respond to vendor: I followed all the instructions provided to proceed with this process, which your associate, Ricki said to process a resize and include a note as all other fees were waive. This changed after you had the the ring back, the resizing fee, and the original amount I had paid. Through this process what your company promised had changed so many times, I asked to only be contacted via email, which the voicemail I have from you shows my request was not followed and that my mailbox was not full. Communication also does not seem to be a strong point with this company.

e we want for any of our customers. The issue you were having is that you paid for a resize, the $75 fee, when in reality you needed an exchange, the $150 fee, because of the size difference needed. When you were told this you seemed to not understand the difference and we offered to call you, as alot of times things are easier to explain vocally. For whatever reason you have chosen to not call us or respond to my phone calls to you, I have called at least four separate times, but can not leave a VM as you have a full inbox. I have three separate email threads where I reached out to you as well and you haven't responded to those either. (Maybe they are in spam?) We are more than willing to help you and your husband out, just waiting to hear back from you. Look forward to speaking with you.

Every married couple I know has the simple silver or gold bands, and my now-husband and I decided we wanted something much different. Their customer support is top-tier and one of the easiest to work with; my husband needed a ring size that wasn't on their website and I was so worried we wouldn't be able to get one from Rustic and Main. Within hours of reaching out, we were taken care of and all worries were squashed. They are one of the best companies out there, so support them with everything you've got!

purchased the weathered Jack Daniels whiskey barrel wood ring with the yellow gold inlay. 1 year later and it's still just as nice as day one. Minimal evidence of wear/tear on it... Still polished and cool as ever. It's super comfortable, super light, and I get comments on it all the time. Just makes for an interesting conversation piece that you wouldn't get with a typical silver or gold ring. I highly recommend R&M for your wedding ring needs... Especially the wooden rings!

scussing rings, my husband didn’t want a plain metal band. He wanted something with a bit more character but still classy looking. He asked me if wooden rings were even a thing. At the time, I didn’t know R&M existed, but I told him I’d do some research and find out. Once I discovered their website, I knew this was where I would find his ring!
He is a history nut, so the fact that he was able to get a ring made out of wood from the USS North Carolina was very exciting to him. He had a tough time choosing between that or a ring made with wood from an M1 Garand, but ultimately chose the USS NC wood since he has family ties to the state of NC.
The ring was even more gorgeous in person! Very well crafted and so unique. He gets comments about it often.
One thing I would suggest is to utilize their ring sizer because the fit of the rings can be more snug than a traditional metal band. So even though we went to a local jeweler to have him sized, it wasn’t quite right for him when it translated into the wood ring. We ended up having to send the ring in to get sized up a half size.
R&M had excellent customer service throughout all our dealings with them, from purchase to ring resizing. They were quick and timely even during the height of COVID!
I highly recommend them and am constantly dropping their name to my friends who are getting married.
