!!this isnt want the venue looks like!! It’s not real photos it’s AI. I wouldn’t recommend to anybody. The photos below are from the morning of my wedding. Due to the uncleanliness...
and unsanitary state of the venue, I relocated the morning of my wedding. He refused to give a refund. Consistent lies, and false promises from the owner. He uses AI for advertising and the photos don’t look anything like the actual venue.
My daughter was in love with this venue, but due to Covid-19, cases reaching an all-time high in our area, and the Governors mandates, they were forced to cancel their wedding. Th...
ere is no end in sight for Covid, so we asked what the options for a refund were and got no response. Finally, after 5 weeks of emailing and texting several times a week, they told her she has no option for a refund because it was not requested within 8 months. She can reschedule if the venue has an opening. Having this wedding was a risk to all our family and friend's lives and not one we were willing to take. The owners at On A Whim only care about their bottom dollar. During the tour, you are told about all these wonderful things they have that will make your day special, beware everything costs extra. Dawn was incredibly rude to my daughter and treating her like she was a stupid annoying little kid, instead of a 23-year-old young woman paying her almost $5,000 for what was supposed to be the wedding of her dreams. We did not even ask for all the money back just something. It was a flat no.
So, if you choose to have your wedding here, bring your physic to the tour so you can have them predict pandemics, deaths, or illnesses as refund policy stats at the owner's discretion, but the owner's discretion is to line their pocketbooks and not make your event memorable. They do not care about you, only about how much you can pay them.
I highly recommend On-a-whim for your special day. Dawn & Joe were awesome to work with. They always got back to us in a timely manner and stayed professional throughout the proces...
s. They made signing the contract, choosing our services and paying our bill easy and convenient. The venue is simply breathtaking!
Just had our wedding here 5 mo ago and cannot say enough amazing things about not only the venue (the photos don’t even do it justice how beautiful and stunning it was! Not only th...
e venue itself but the couple who runs it. They go above and beyond, take care of stuff I didn’t even think of, and made it 100% stress free. My guests were giving compliments all night about how amazing everything turned out. Nothing negative at all to say-best decision we could have made to use them for our special day!💕💕
We had our wedding at On-A-Whim last night and it was absolutely perfect! Dawn, Joe, and their family are incredible to work with. They are all so kind and they make sure that you ...
have everything you need to make your wedding perfect. They consistently checked in with us to see if we needed anything and they treated us like family. The barn is stunning and made for the most beautiful pictures. We had family and friends tell us how beautiful the barn was and we will absolutely recommend anyone who is looking for a venue to talk to Dawn and Joe. Thank you for everything!
To put it simply: Dawn and Joe are incredible people. Our wedding at On-A-Whim was perfect. We were able to incorporate our dogs into the ceremony and the Clydesdale carriage rides...
were a hit with our guests.
We had many guests come from out of town (Texas, New Jersey, New York, Illinois) and they were stunned by the simple elegance and natural beauty of the location.
We opted for the S’mores Bar, Popcorn, horses, drinks, etc. and every detail was met with service and a smile. We used Wilton Bus service to transport our out of town guests (they’re great). TUGG provided incredible music as the barn has incredible acoustics.
This venue is only going to get better with time because of the forward thinking vision the owners have and the passion they put into their business.
I cannot recommended this venue enough and I hope our friends decide to get married here so we can visit and see the progress.
A stunningly beautiful location is supported by very accomodating staff. they have a beautiful outdoor ceremony site at the location. They have indoor bathrooms and a beautiful...
barn with chandeliers and dark wood tables. We were close to running out of beer, and they ran and got more for us. They arranged to have a golf cart for our guests who had difficulty walking and were available to drive them a needed. They have good relationships with area vendors and can offer suggestions as needed. Our guests enjoyed visiting with them during the wedding!
