on, and wedding all in one place. I appreciated that there was also an auto-back-up plan in case of adverse weather (which we didn't need, but was a nice peace of mind). I also ended up booking her for day-of-coordinating, which is a new service she offers and what a dream it was. I did not have to worry about any set-up, tear down, or hiccups, as she had it handled. I had several of my bridal party as well as guests comment on how nice of a venue it was, how the enjoyed that there was an outside space, a more quite downstairs, and the main party upstairs to allow guests to engage in what they felt most comfortable in for my guests (I have some partiers and I have some more subdued friends, so it was best of both worlds). I also had several ask if Addison provided DOC outside of Rustic - she was that good!

She gave us the reassurance we really needed at our lowest moment in the planning process. Her flexibility and willingness to accommodate our needs made everything so much easier, allowing us to focus on enjoying our day.

They went above and beyond on our wedding day to ensure that everything went as smoothly as possible, all while having smiles on their faces, at all times! Addi answered all our questions leading up to the event and never made us feel like any question was silly question. She was more than willing to bounce off ideas and brain storm with us. She is personable and friendly and reliable. She is organized and knows exactly what needs to get done and when. She has a great thing going at Rustic Oaks and will be forever successful! uch a gem of a person, everything was perfection. She’s so helpful, has wonderful opinions and advice, and adds the extra support you NEED while planning one of the biggest days of your life. Our parents all loved her, our wedding party loved her, she is 90% of the reason we chose to get married here. She’s the best. You also get access to their online wedding planning portal which I used all the time! And we got a free wedding website through there too which was so fun to make and look at all the time! We got a lot of compliments on that. The venue itself is just as fantastic as the owner and staff! It’s beautiful inside, and then add the gorgeous scenery outside, done. Book it! You’re right by the river, there’s beautiful trees, a pond, and the buildings are adorable. The houses are so cute and convenient to be able to just stay right there all weekend. The getting ready house with the bridal area upstairs and the boys’ downstairs is nice because you’re separate but not so far that you can’t communicate if you need to, and the ceremony location outside is breathtaking. Anything that went sideways, was quickly taken care of without me even having to lift a finger. Any worries I had, Addi was there to reassure me. Seriously get married here. You will not regret it. It was amazing!

Addison, the manager and operations manager, is simply incredible. She does it all and works so hard to ensure your day is the most amazing day. My whole family commented for weeks past the wedding day how hard working she was and how organized and on the ball she is. We had the most amazing wedding and Rustic Oaks was a huge part of that.

o budget issues. Beautiful venue and they take care of all set up and take down. Only thing I can say is that with the layout, it is difficult to keep people upstairs and on the dance floor. I also wish they would invest in steel beams and open the upstairs so everyone has a good line of site as that was the biggest complaint I heard from guests.

There are so many beautiful options for portraits, and the barn provides a great rain option if needed. We couldn't have asked for a more relaxing day while getting ready in the Inn. The upstairs bridal suite was more than spacious for all the ladies to lounge in for the day. The guys definitely enjoyed their time downstairs in the "man cave" watching TV and shooting pool. Our ceremony was set in the backyard, surrounded by trees and looking out over a serene pond. It was exactly how we wanted to start our married life together.
Every one of our wedding guests were entertained during the reception, whether dancing in the barn's loft, relaxing on the barn deck, hanging out by the campfire, playing yard games, taking a stroll down to the river, or just taking in the beautiful scenery everywhere you looked.
Last, but not least, Rustic Oaks' owners were more like our family on our wedding day. They were beyond helpful and made every second of our day worry-free. We couldn't have asked for a better experience from the first day of planning to the second we drove away as husband and wife.
