r price, tried to change when we would meet up the hour that we were meeting (I was out of town by 2.5 hrs to meet her and had to wait 1.5 hrs for her to get to the venue), and she wrote down the wrong location for the wedding. I would document EVERYTHING and with photos. I would also verify with her multiple times that she is bring xyz products and be specific. She kept saying that she didn't have things in her notes, changing the decorations we agreed upon, including day of the wedding (she didn't show up with items we agreed upon candles, different colored flowers, nor did she set it up the way we agreed upon). My husband and his family had to go out looking for and buy the items when he should have been getting ready. I paid her to do the set up and tear down, when she got the the venue she took boxes that were left for another vender, and the day of turned in chaos for other venders and myself trying to find all these items that she took. Then I was told after the wedding that she didn't set up the reception hall at all, she left it for another vender to do. Melissa ended the night by yelling at all my friends and family who were trying to help us break down the items that we brought. She started a fight with my husband and tried to start one with me once I came back from changing out of my dress. Melissa asked one of my friends if she could take items that I bought, instead of asking me, and then she also accused multiple people of stealing her napkins, saying she had 20 more than what we paid for (reminder, she didn't set up those napkins earlier in the day). Like I said before, I think her products are great to rent, I don't recommend her at all for set up and tear down. I heard from at least 15 people about how awful Melissa was after the wedding.
